She went in at 4:00 and he wasn't there even though he said he would be there until 4:40. Her ankle is so painful she cannot practice for her club volleyball team. She repeatedly talked over me, was dismissive, and came across as outright argumentative instead of helpful. It felt hostile and completely unnecessary for such a basic inquiry. My inquiry was not resolved (how could it be when she was so focused on being contentious) This is not how a manager should treat customers-especially paying members. Really disappointing. Def should have just gave Jaffy a raise instead of replacing him.
