She repeatedly talked over me, was dismissive, and came across as outright argumentative instead of helpful. It felt hostile and completely unnecessary for such a basic inquiry. My inquiry was not resolved (how could it be when she was so focused on being contentious) This is not how a manager should treat customers-especially paying members. Really disappointing. Def should have just gave Jaffy a raise instead of replacing him.

After the massage, I was checking out at the front desk, the we're loud conversations from the break room on the side with massage therapist saying loudly "dang, bla...bla...bla", which was totally off putting and some of the massage therapist were a bit rough around the edges. I can put up with all the things they did such as raising g prices, skipping the foot bath, loud and inappropriate conversations from the break room. The major deal breaker for me is the therapist showing up to my appointment late and gave me less than 75 minutes of the 90 minutes massage I booked. They have women's and men's locker rooms to change into a robe and sandals. One thing that I didn't love was how small the women's locker room was. When there are three or more people in there changing, it's a little bit too close if you don't know the other people there. After changing, they have a relaxation room where you can calm down and wait for your masseuse. I was a little bit uncomfortable waiting, as when I entered the room, there was a man who was fully dressed and on his phone while sitting there. As a woman in nothing but a robe, it made me uncomfortable that he was on his phone just sitting there. I'm sure he meant no harm, but I would have liked it more if phones weren't allowed. It would be more relaxing. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Mira, and she did a great job releasing some of my tension in my shoulders and neck. She did some nice stretches during it too. First she ran a biofeedback / energetic diagnostic test and gave me so much insight about the current working of my physical body. Then I sat in the Ozone machine for about 30 minutes while she kept me company and shared great conversation.
