Because I am not wearing tin-foil on my head I have been abducted by aliens and they are residing somewhere inside my body. However, what's the real story here? I have been to most of the Lab Corps locations around the Greater Miami area. I have found that some of them do not have sufficient parking and some of them are dingy and dirty. Almost all of them do not have staff that speak very good English. But, I was very pleased to find this location where the staff spoke a little bit more English, but more importantly, the place was super clean and there was free valet parking. I have visited this location twice for different tests and in both occasions they called me to the front within 10 minutes of arrival and within ten minutes later I was done with my test and on my way. The location is very easy to get to, you just have to know that you have to turn down the side street to get into the parking area. And when you get into the elevator go to the fifth floor because it is in Suite 570. This Suite listed in Yelp is the wrong Suite.

Their check in process is pretty good. A few hours before my check in time, I received a text message and I followed the link to virtually check in. If you are inside the lobby there is a big screen, displaying your position in the queue. It goes by appointment time rather than check in time, so if you arrive way early, all you see is people arriving after you but with an earlier appointment being slotted ahead of you. Therefore, there's no point in arriving much earlier than the appointed time. The screen also tells you how many clients they are seeing at the moment and how many people have checked in. Then, when I am near the top of the line, I receive another message telling me to get into the lobby (should I be waiting in the car or elsewhere nearby) to be ready when they call my name. A lot of transparency there instead of just sitting and waiting with no clue when your turn is. So... the reason for the two stars: my arm was all bruised up after the drawing of blood. It was a bit greenish and bruised immediately after, and then by the next day this big bruise developed. Definitely the worse blood test I ever had!!

The ultrasound and mammogram techs were kind, professional and very thorough. I got my results from my doctor within 2 days. There is plenty of free parking (it's in a shopping center).

Ask if we have appointment ( that we don't) We were advise that there will be about 1 hour wait but we will be served. After 1hour we were call in for blood test & fill rest of the information that Tech needed. My wife & I ( we were taken care by different tech, mine was Vazquez) are appreciated the way this establishment works with the patient, from the sign in, Technician that took care of us letting us know the waiting time that we agreed to wait patiently ( arrive time 9:15 & leave at 10:40) :-)

When I asked if they only had 1 person working they said yes . Its Friday , they shouldnt book so many appointments if they cant handle it . People have somewhere to be and this is very unprofessional. If you call make sure you ask if they have more than 1 doctor on site or u will be waiting for more than 2 hours unfortunately.
