This gas station has the rudest cashier ever! Do not even think about getting air at this station unless you want a confrontation. I pumped gas first and asked for air after, and the cashier was extremely rude and confronted me about it 3x. Even after I told him I already pumped gas, he still decided to come outside as I was pumping air to tell me off for no reason. I come here often because it is between my work and home, but never again. It is not my fault you work as a cashier and hate your job/life. read more

I would give minus 10 for the store's cashier! Bought milk yesterday, didn't check the expiry date. Came home made tea for me and my family. The milk and the tea got spoiled while boiling. I called the store, she told me to come next day morning to get a refund. I went there in the morning today and she was so rude to me, as if she drank the expired milk. She started asking me questions-why did u drink the milk that's not good. I said I have a family of 3, we make tea with milk in a container and that's when I knew it isn't good. She told me she will have to call his owner to confirm the refund. What if I don't stay here? I am a student here, we work hard for a living. Politely I said okay I will come tomorrow. So the gas is actually cheaper than the other ones and they accept credit unlike one (forget the name) down the road. Plenty of pumps and even diesel . . . my little Jetta doesn't need that though. Two things suck though: It's a one way on one side and well, um, I went out that way only to meet some pretty angry cars! That and it's a sketchy street - I usually don't feel super comfortable getting gas here, especially at night. They take credit cards inside but will pre-charge your card and supposedly credit it back. I asked for $15 (rental car refill) and he misheard and put $20.75 (who does that). I figured it would be credited back regardless, so I didn't mess with it. It was around $6 worth of gas and when I restarted the car the tank wasn't full but the transaction was completed and he wouldn't reload that station.The charge was on 10/23 for the full $20.75 and I haven't gotten a refund. Went to fill tank and 2 out of 3 pumps I tried using didn't work. The third one gave me three gallons then shut off. Would not recomend.

My review is for the mechanic shop and for Tony who runs the shop. I have had my oil changed three times now, had a new starter put in with a guarantee, had a tire patched up, and I almost always get my tires rotated and all fluids topped off as well. Each and every time I have taken my car in, Tony is welcoming and always remembers who I am because of the car I drive, which is nice because it's less explaining for me and he can get straight to it. Being a female, we're under the impression that mechanics try to take advantage of the fact that "we don't know car language/knowledge", however, Tony is NOT that way whatsoever. Tony's demeanor reminds me of my uncles when it comes to fixing my car and making sure my car is safe to drive(not that anything is really wrong with it, it's just that they care enough to make sure the car is up to date so I don't have to worry). If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and understanding mechanic, then look no further than this shop next to the gas station. Just walk up and say "I'm looking for Tony" and the rest is history. read more

Super convenient location on my way to the tanning salon and always about $.05 cents less than any other gas station around WHEN you pay cash. I am not a fan of the paying station but i don't hate it either. For the most part it's a clean station and although i've never walked in their convenient store, as far as i'm concerned it's an "ok" store. I usually get my coke or candy fix on a different store right next to the salon so i dont have to walk in into this one. I've never seen the attendant either but I suppose that's a good thing... their pumps are always working properly. read more

This review is for the Arco Auto Repair shop, run by Tony. I have had him do several services on my 02 Tacoma, including oil changes, tire rotations, check engine lights, and replacing a bad heat sensor. His prices have been fair, but, more importantly, he has been highly honest and competent. On more than one occasion he has made minor adjustments (responding to check engine light) free of charge. In another instance, I took my Tacoma in to the dealer for a recall notice. They advised me my water pump was leaking and should be replaced (at the cost of $675). I explained another shop (not Tony) had replaced the water pump, timing belt, etc. at 94k (as part of the 90k service) approximately two years ago (I'm at 105k now). Their only advice was to have that shop look at it or they could change it out. I decided to have Tony look at it since ithe pump was past the warranty period. Tony spotted a very small leak, but instead of recommending a replacement, he suggested I try StopLeak. I bought some at the local Napa Auto, put it in, and it appears to be doing the trick. My basic point: Tony could have tried to sell me on a full water pump replacement; he instead suggested a much cheaper fix (even though he would not gain monetarily from the suggestion). What he did gain, however, is a loyal customer and champion of his shop. I highly recommend him read more

I hate this gas station, but still come because it is the closest to my house. There is always something wrong. I went in the other day and their system was down and they didn't know when it would be up and running. They also wouldn't accept my ARCO gift card, which was absolutely ridiculous. I called the number on the back of the card to make sure that they would accept it and they said that they should, but the cashier said he couldn't take it. Also, they still can't accept debit cards at the outside kiosk which makes it so much more complicated to get gas. Can they please change this!?!?!?!?! read more

HANDS DOWN WORST MECHANIC EVER!!!!! This short guy named Tony worked on my car and really screwed it up. I had to take my car to another mechanic and pay for his stupid mistakes. I'm very unhappy with his sloppy and careless work he had done on my car. You would think that going to a mechanic for a simple alignment wouldn't be an issue but it was the worst decision i had ever made. i am never going to a random mechanic again especially this one! This guy also had some nerve to be rude when i was asking him for help. He was very angry and rushing himself when no other cars were in the shop. I don't recommend this mechanic to anyone. Gas Station clerk is a thief. his name is brennen or brandon or however you say along that name. first he claims that my card didn't work as to somehow my card is the problem. but i'm pretty sure he is the problem. the way he looks at the card machine is somehow confused like he has no idea what he is doing. he says that after i swipe my card it didn't go trhough but the reader says waiting for the cashier. he says its okay it's not charged so i left. couple minutes passed i check my bank got charged $31 at their gas station. went back ask the manager he says it's ok they refunded my money. since it was pending transaction i waited the next day if it was refunded. check today it never did still got charge $31 for nothing. worst part is i'm 100miles away from that place since i was only at that area for a supposedly fun long trip until this happens. moral of the story is don't ever use your card at this gas station because the clerk doesn't know what he is doing. read more

I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for many years because it was near my work. Last week, I was at this gas station when my tank was on empty (car showed that I can only go for another 11 miles before gas ran out). I went in and put in $5 worth of gas. Except, the pump claimed to fill my car $5 worth of gas, but it actually did not. The computer on my car was still on yellow and indicated that I have 11 miles left before I run out of gas. I complained to the attendant, who was not helpful. I also complained to the owner who basically accused me of lying. I kept insisting that he come and look at the car, but he would not do so. I went to another gas station and confirmed that the information on my car was correct..It was. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I hope this guy goes out of business! read more

they do not refil propane tanks, they only swap them. Swapping tanks is a scam since they not fill them all the way.

Nice mechanic and nice cashier. Their store has a good selection of drinks, food, candy, and coffee. Overall a clean place with a bathroom. They just renovated too. Cheap gas! read more

I suppose its just an ok station. Just moved in the area and called for a next day appointment for an oil change. Price is just decent. I came in next day for the appointment and the mechanic said it will take 2 Hrs. (really for an oil change). I agreed since I didn't have other appointment. I left the car and went home. After 2 Hrs . Still no call from them. I called to check after 2- 1/2 hrs. Mechanic tells me give him another 1/2 hour because he just loaded it onto the lift. I'm just disappointed about that.
