Well you're supposed to anyway. This particular Chevron is ridiculously outdated. The screens on the gas pumps are so old and damaged that it's nearly impossible to read what it says. I had to go wait in line inside to pay for my gas because I fought with payment at the pump for longer than I had patience for. The gas pumps themselves are an older style which you never see around anymore. You have to lift the lever that the nossle is held in to get the gas to start pumping, no buttons. The instructions aren't very clear either. The orientation of the station, and the locations of their driveways make for a very confusing user experience as well. They could benefit from having some signage specifying the pumps are only one way. I witnessed people coming in the other driveway trying to cut people off at the pump who have been waiting from the other end. Hopefully this location will consider a remodel in the near future. I look forward to updating my review at that time.

Two things about the whole "pumping gas" task that I CAN NOT stand is:…read more1) Mr. Nozzle requiring a constant squeezing of his trigger by moi during the entire process, 2). Mr. Nozzle that thinks its funny to only spit out about $0.20 to $0.40 cents of gas at a time causing moi to experience: squeeze/trips/stop... squeeze/trips/stop... squeeze/trips/stop... squeeze/trips/stop. I usually stop this nonsense after getting a few dolla's of gas in my rig; enough to get me down the road to the next station anyway. So with that said, I actually rarely have these problems at a Shell station in general, and this particular station was no exception! So yep, I'll write the first review of my Dukedom whilst sipping my coffee, and declare this station a 4 out of 5 stars! Why not 5? While the price at Shell's are typically higher than your Valero's, Arco's, Costco's, & 7-Eleven's of the world, but to avoid my enumerated pet peeves above, sometimes I think it's worth the extra coinage! ...and definitely it is when using your company's gas card LoL!

I then emailed them and they have not responded. I have been a loyal customer for almost six years. I also tip the guys on many occasions. Customer service needs major improvement! Also when you get unlimited car wash...say for $20.00 the price is actually $24.00... The Extra Mile won't allow a customer to utilize restrooms after 2:30-3:00!

Chevron guy was super nice about helping me with this, and at such a reasonable price it wasn't even worth waiting for AAA (which I have). Today I saw they added Food! I got the lamb + beef wrap & loaded fries. The fries themselves has a light seasoning on the outside which made them so delicious. Salt? Garlic? What is this cream? Feta cheese?! YES please. My lunch companion said "I don't like this kind of cheese" then proceeded to scarf most of the fries. Id sat that's a good sign. The wraps were made to order, and had a clean taste with nice crispy veggies. nom nom nom. Another random tip, but for the Chevron side: Their air compressor is THE best in the area. Always works, and fills super fast! Important for those things you roll your life around on. And don't forget to enter your Safeway # before you pump that gas! :)
