Okay so I went to put gas here like I always do because they have cheap prices (I've been going here for many many years) and unfortunately this is the last time I will step foot on the property. I inserted my debit card, put the billing zip code, and start to pump my gas but then my pump stops after only filling $3 worth. The owner then comes out and asks what happened and I told her it stopped and she said I know I stopped it because the customer on the other side paid $10 and she credited to my pump by mistake. I told her I had inserted the card and she told me it didn't charge the card and that I owe her $6. I told her I don't know what she's talking about because I only put $3 worth of gas (I don't mind paying but she wanted me to give her $6?!) So then she said if I gave her $10 she'd just resume the sale for $10. So I gave her $10 and she DIDNT RESUME the pump. SO, she was trying to charge me $10 for $3???!! No, I was already in a hurry, she messed up my pump, and demanded the money?? I was not going to let her get away with that. So I walked in the store and she kept insisting that I put $6 worth and then $3 and that was the $10 and I kept telling her that no I gave her $10 BUT SHE STOPPED MY PUMP AT $3 and DID NOT RESUME THE SALE. It took over five times of telling her this until she let me put my money's worth of gas. I didn't want to but I had to raise my voice because she kept saying that I had put my money's worth and I didn't after HER mistake. And not once did I receive an apology for her mistake after she knows my family and I have been going to her for years!! I went home in tears out of frustration and her embarrassing me in front of everyone both inside and outside the gas station. You would think someone who owns a gas station would be better at math? Oh well, if I could give the gas station 0 stars, I would. I am publishing this review to warn you, check your records and make sure she doesn't charge you extra, it seems math and common manners are not her strong suits. read more
