I still don't understand how a simple gas station purchase of a lighter somehow became a "third-party" issue requiring both IDs--especially when I didn't even have my ID with me. Instead of simply explaining the policy respectfully, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and frustrating. I honestly don't understand how this location has the rating it does. Customer service matters, even at a simple gas station. I won't be coming back.
