Went to pick it up again after the mechanic said it was fixed and got smart and tried driving it first before leaving. It wouldn't run! Left it there again but apparently no one wrote up a work order for it. Went to pick it up and they didn't even know they had it because there wasn't a work order. (The owner helped us). Finally went to get it today, Oct 25th, because it's been raining and their carts are all kept outside and we want it covered. The owners grandson was in the office and apparently there was STILL no work order for our cart. He wouldn't let us speak to the mechanic so my husband just brought it home. Then the guy had the nerve to call me at home and say my husband was cranky. Of COURSE he was cranky! Throughout this whole ordeal they did not call us ONCE to say what was wrong or that it was ready to pick up. The response was "No one called you?" We are now out $1,000 and our golf cart still won't run!

I order around $750 in products with claims and excuses of reasons not to fulfill my orders.I filed a better business bureau claim to try to get my money back. This is the exact wording in Bbb. "I ordered some products from this merchant around February 2 2015 in the amount of 524 on my debit card and 259 on my credit card for his half off February promo. After my time frame was up i called and emailed the merchant for my products but each and every time he made up an excuse such as my worker quit, my machine broke and so on. I waited in him because I thought these were legitimate reasons. After a few more emails there was not contact back from the merchant. I tried to file a complaint to my bank but the time frame has passed to get my money back. I have email correspondence from the merchant still as proof. Thank you for your time."
