I was charged $1400 and because I'm a person who loves to support small business vs big corporate, I figured this would be the best approach and I wouldn't get anything less than the best. The Christmas lights were put up before Christmas, 3 of the strands didn't work. I made this known to the company immediately and it's now the 1st week of January in the new year, they still have not made good on replacing what doesn't work. My recommendation is to do them yourself or call a company who sticks by their word.

Within 3 days one strand went out. It took them a week to finally come by to fix it temporarily and that's the last I heard of them. By 12/15 half of the lights were out, no one responded to any of my calls or texts, and we had to hire other people to take the lights down. With $2500 we got 3 days of holiday lights and a whole lot of frustration. I have never seen such dishonesty and irresponsibility. please don't make the same mistake.

With the help of Joe Randazzo, I was able to locate lights seen at previous places but with a 1/3 discount. Although I was unable to locate the lights in the showroom, Joe walked me to the exact location to see them in person. I have dealt with Joe on numerous occasions and I am still stunned at the amount of knowledge he possesses. Maybe that has to do with the 30 years he has been in this business.
