Excellent service from the initial phone call to the moment they left---professional, high quality,…read moreattention to detail, it was all there. I am a professional organizer specializing in high end apartment clear outs in Manhattan and it is critical for me to have top level referrals for my clients as their services are a direct reflection on me (no pun intended!). Chris came in, gave us a realistic estimate for the cleaning of the two chandeliers in my client's apartment and did exactly as he promised: made those dusty, sad glass lamps look sparkly and appealing and way more valuable than they had before. His crew was respectful, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Cleaning the chandeliers was worth EVERY PENNY because I am certain that the auction buyer would not have given us near the price quote had we not spent the money on Crystal-Smith service. I look forward to doing business with Chris and his crew again in the near future to make ME look good. If you are thinking of getting your chandeliers cleaned or repaired, no matter what shape they are in, I HIGHLY recommed Crystal-Smith.

We considered this to be an investment in our home and were happy to pay the cost for it. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and I get to live with them everyday.
