Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by his receptionist Heather. My wife came along for the ride and waited out in the waiting room for me. My wife said Heather was very nice and asked her if she wanted to change the style of music in the waiting room. She also asked her how her day was what she did for her job. My wife said Heather helped pass the time. As for Dr. Rumfola and his assistant. They were both very down to earth and made every effort to make sure I was at ease and not in any discomfort. They took X Rays and did an exam of my teeth and took impressions for a partial. Note this was the 1st time I've ever had this done and it was a breeze. So now that we came up with a game plan, I await without hesitation my next appointment with Dr. Rumfola! Who knew there would come a day where I look forward to going to the dentist! 2 thumbs up for Dr. Rumfola!

I just started going to a new dentist and found out I have to get two root canals and countless fillings repaired, all on teeth that were filled in the last year by this horrible dentist! In the past I have got 2 infected teeth right after this dentist made poor fillings and didn't place a crown properly. Every time I left an appointment, I was left in pain for months. Also, the hygienists degrade you if you have even the slightest problem. It wasn't until I started going elsewhere that I found out for the first time in my life that going to the dentist doesn't have to be a terrible experience and can have minimal, short-term pain.

She gave me three shots of nova cane, the last one in the roof of my mouth, I never felt any pain. Dr Koli explained everything she was doing. It's not fun having any extraction but she makes it very comfortable for me.

His first visit today, went very well and he is so relieved to be without pain and back to regular dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Proto and his staff. They are courteous and knowledgeable and his office and operatories are immaculate.
