Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by his receptionist Heather. My wife came along for the ride and waited out in the waiting room for me. My wife said Heather was very nice and asked her if she wanted to change the style of music in the waiting room. She also asked her how her day was what she did for her job. My wife said Heather helped pass the time. As for Dr. Rumfola and his assistant. They were both very down to earth and made every effort to make sure I was at ease and not in any discomfort. They took X Rays and did an exam of my teeth and took impressions for a partial. Note this was the 1st time I've ever had this done and it was a breeze. So now that we came up with a game plan, I await without hesitation my next appointment with Dr. Rumfola! Who knew there would come a day where I look forward to going to the dentist! 2 thumbs up for Dr. Rumfola!

First of all, let me say all of the staff at Thomas and Dragonette were very relaxed, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed or that they were too busy to manage my care in the way that it should be. What a pleasant surprise to be able to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time with a wonderful, caring, professional, dental hygienist. Unlike my previous dental car provider, my dental hygienist, at Thomas and Dragonette cleaned my teeth and I felt absolutely no pain or tinges the entire time.
