Went to see Dr. Rumfola as a new patient. Scheduling my 1st appointment as a new patient, I only had to wait 4 or 5 days to get the time slot I wanted. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by his receptionist Heather. My wife came along for the ride and waited out in the waiting room for me. My wife said Heather was very nice and asked her if she wanted to change the style of music in the waiting room. She also asked her how her day was what she did for her job. My wife said Heather helped pass the time.
As for Dr. Rumfola and his assistant. They were both very down to earth and made every effort to make sure I was at ease and not in any discomfort. They took X Rays and did an exam of my teeth and took impressions for a partial. Note this was the 1st time I've ever had this done and it was a breeze.
So now that we came up with a game plan, I await without hesitation my next appointment with Dr. Rumfola! Who knew there would come a day where I look forward to going to the dentist! 2 thumbs up for Dr. Rumfola! read more
