Located on the first floor of a historic home in the Village of Hamburg, it's a relatively small dental practice that feels comfortable and provides courteous and professional dentistry. I've been in twice now for work on fillings and have had nothing but a positive experience each time with Dr. Colon and his staff. I can't speak for the others who left this dental practice bad reviews, but I will return for my dentistry needs and recommend it to my others.

Explained everything she was doing and probably had the most gentle touch i have ever had for a cleaning. Dr Hejazi was very friendly and thorough and explained everything he wanted to do and took time to answer any questions I had. The receptionist worked with me to get a followup appointment to fit my schedule. i am a huge chicken when it comes to going to the dentist but everyone in office puts you at ease. I am very pleased to say the staff was absolutely wonderful with both myself and my girls. We showed up on time and were seen right away, checked in by a wondeful secretary. It seems to have been updated and is very clean(always a big plus for me!) My 4yo cried and was shaking when we first arrived but the dental hygienists went above and beyond to make my girl feel safe and comfortable. They walked her through every step and let her touch the brush before they used it which helped calm her down tremendously. I am beyond grateful for the patience they had with her. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by his receptionist Heather. My wife came along for the ride and waited out in the waiting room for me. My wife said Heather was very nice and asked her if she wanted to change the style of music in the waiting room. She also asked her how her day was what she did for her job. My wife said Heather helped pass the time. As for Dr. Rumfola and his assistant. They were both very down to earth and made every effort to make sure I was at ease and not in any discomfort. They took X Rays and did an exam of my teeth and took impressions for a partial. Note this was the 1st time I've ever had this done and it was a breeze. So now that we came up with a game plan, I await without hesitation my next appointment with Dr. Rumfola! First of all, let me say all of the staff at Thomas and Dragonette were very relaxed, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed or that they were too busy to manage my care in the way that it should be. What a pleasant surprise to be able to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time with a wonderful, caring, professional, dental hygienist. Unlike my previous dental car provider, my dental hygienist, at Thomas and Dragonette cleaned my teeth and I felt absolutely no pain or tinges the entire time. It's also very nice at the end of your appointment when your dentist walks in to the room, addresses you by name, shakes your hand, checks over your dental work, and you feel you're not just another number out the door. I'm completely glad that I have returned as a patient to Thomas and Dragonette.

Anytime a business owner takes responsibility for bad practices it can be only a good thing.
