This one, you can simply drive up, and someone will come out to help you unload your car. Or you can simply deposit things in the outside bins. Very efficient. They have the tax donation receipts outside, so you can just grab one instead of waiting for someone to bring one to you. Parking is convenient. I prefer donating to ARC as opposed to Goodwill or the Salvation Army because reasons.

We were so overwhelmed by his actions we asked if we could speak to his supervisor so that we could share with him how Jared made his feel. Meeting Dave it was obvious why their environment was so positive for the Team that worked there as well as those who came to donate. From NOW on it's the ARC for us they are well deserving.

And they have an area with accessories from Claire's. Shoes and handbags, electronics, furniture, housewares, decor. So many area to look through. The restroom was clean and there are fitting rooms. I like that. It's hard to buy clothes when you can't try things on. The associate was not as attentive - I stood waiting to be rung up and was ignored. Then mumbling so I couldn't hear him. Goodwill associates are perkier. It's not that convenient a location so I'm not sure I'll frequent this place. But it helped while away my time. The thrift store for those who can afford not to "thrift"…read more I have put off writing this review because I appreciate the mission, enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff has been (mostly) friendly. The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

There seems to be some construction going on with the car dealership they share a lot with so the parking situation was a bit of a hot mess, even on a Wednesday morning. But the sales and prices clearly made up for that, I was greeted by volunteers telling me the specials of the day which included a color tag and then women's tops. I found some great brands because it is so well organized and the prices were reasonable. I just loved this place and had such a great time exploring the racks. You can often find good brands here too even with tags still on. Last time I went in I found 3 Zara items still with tags, never worn. Usually there is a decent amount of furniture here as well. This location does not smell like a thrift store too if you know what I mean. Decent pricing for items.
