I have donated and bought from this location. The donating process was easy and went smoothly. Everytime I go here I find something to buy. They have good selection. You can often find good brands here too even with tags still on. Last time I went in I found 3 Zara items still with tags, never worn. Usually there is a decent amount of furniture here as well. This location does not smell like a thrift store too if you know what I mean. Decent pricing for items. read more

The store is now laid out differently. I haven't been to this location in a while and I liked how clean it looked. They are down in merchandise said an associate and I wandered around a bit. Prices are okay, but this place is an absolute disaster. All of the clothing sizes are mixed together, so you spend an exorbitant amount of time having to go through each, individual article. I would never buy shoes from this place because they are all absolutely disgusting. These should be thrown in the trash, not put on a sales display. The staff are in perpetual slow motion. You'll have one person serving a line of 20 people, and they move at a snail's pace. One of the perks here is buying candles, which are considerably cheaper than everywhere else read more

Downside: Overpriced! But admittedly a good selection. I did find that east of Denver this would be the Goodwill I would go back to. I spent 65 dollars when really I should have spent around 40. I did think they had a good frame selection if you're looking for that and glassware. Parking and accessibility was also optimal. read more

As I came here to drop off a few donations, I decided to stop in the store as well to check out if anything sparks my interest. The interior of the store was generally clean for a Goodwill store and the selection of merchandise also rang true for the nature of the business. I love Goodwill, so of course I'm always down to go all over town to check out all of them! At this particular location, what was a win for me was how clean it was and the level of random/fun items around the store! I loved the variety. Personally, I rate thrift shops the most based on their book area, because I am an avid book thrifter. At this location, it may look like there were a ton of books, but there was no order at all. Usually, there would be organization by genre, but this felt more like you had to scan every last piece of the bookshelf to see each book. It can be fun to do if you're willing to spend the time sifting through it all, but I ended up walking out without any books finds. Aside from books... the prices were a bit higher at this location than others. I couldn't find any deals worth investing in for myself. But, I'm sure one day I will go back to see what has found it's way into this store. Staff was pleasant as well! read more

After leaving the Parker Goodwill location which had closed dressing rooms, I went to this one that was the next nearest only to find dressing rooms closed for the same reason, "staffing shortage." When I asked the cashier, after she refused to sell an item missing a price tag to a customer who very much wanted to buy it, if there were any Goodwill stores with open dressing rooms, she told me she didn't know. I asked for the manager, and she called a man from the back who stated that all Goodwill stores in the state of Colorado had closed dressing rooms. The staff really doesn't care about customers. They seem to want to do the least amount of work possible. I will not be supporting such an organization any longer. read more

Every time I go to goodwill it seems the prices continue to go up. It's a thrift store. All this stuff is used. They are now charging $2 for paperback books. Everything was marked up significantly that it's not even worth shopping here anymore and takes the fun out of thrifting. I'm extremely disappointed at this location. I'm also wondering if they are upping the prices for the holidays & if that's the case then they are taking advantage of lower income families & that should be enough of a reason to not support Goodwill anymore. Ive shopped at Goodwills around our nation for 30 years. Majority of locations possess decent quality merchandise donations, organization/cleanliness, pricing and hours. What makes the difference is management & staff. It is a huge disappointment to experience this location (appx 7 times) and experience & witness unprofessional staff interactions with customers (& on 2 occasions, each other) Management and staff here are deficient in business culture & community professionalism! Never should I hear a manager speak rudely or condescendingly to a customer. Never! Never should I witness staff berating each while working. Never! Goodwill staff provided customer service and customers are the livelihood of most businesses. I'm always appreciative of the employees who help unload my car with a smile and a thank you. I imagine this is a very tough job gathering, organizing. WARNING: this turns into a PG-13 review at the end: Needed a gift for a sick friend and couldn't find any of the more traditional places to stop. So when I was just about to arrive at my destination I saw the Goodwill Thrift Store just off the corner of Parker Rd and E. Belleview. Figured that maybe there'd be something inside that would fit the bill. Holy guacamole, was I surprised when I found the perfect fake plant gift for under $6. Now I was taking this to a friend in a nursing home, and if you know nursing home rooms you know that they're not arranged like Ritz-Carlton suites. So this plant had to fit in a rather confined space. Well, I guess I shouldn't have bought a 6' tall fake ficus tree, but I mean come on. Less than $6? How ya gonna say no to that? And I guess I should have foreseen the small problem that got created when I brought something so large and tasteless into a nice little conservative nursing home. But gee whiz; I thought it actually might make my friend smile a bit, and isn't that what all nursing home residents need? A little laugh now and then? Anyway, the method by which we solved the "problem" was to plant the "plant" in a corner of her bathroom. Yes, you read me right . . . her bathroom. Now I can truly say, that she has the most arboreal toilet in town. And, given that the Pope is resigning and won't be living in the Vatican proper any longer, if he visits her and has to use the facilities, you could look at me in wonderment and honestly inquire, "Did the Pope actually s--t in the woods?" read more

At one time Goodwill customers sneaked into the store with a bag over their heads (paper or plastic?) to disguise themselves, because shopping there meant you were too poor to afford even K-Mart. But times have changed and Goodwill stores are not necessarily located on the edge of Red Light districts anymore, and they attract people of all stripes. I recently visited the Goodwill store close to Cherry Creek State Park to pick-up some bargain. While no one will confuse Goodwill with Saks Fifth Avenue (which incidentally is closing down it's chic Cheery Creek location), the store is brightly lit, reasonably clean, and reasonably organized. You really need to look carefully to find good stuff though, because there are plenty of thorns among the roses. And some of the aisles are narrow with shelves stacked full of ''stuff''. But if you dig deeply enough you'll probably surface with a nice item at rock-bottom prices. Try going during the week though because it's a zoo on weekends. read more

Do not go there. Do not donate to them. They have the worst donation drive though it changes litterly every day what they will take and wont take. They have come out and wanted to pick through bags of clothes. There slow and they dont care. So neither do I every donation now goes to ARC or VVA. read more

Someone in the back that is pricing things must be smoking crack because he or she is putting very high prices on junk. I do stop by this place every now and then but I keep seeing the same stuff out because nobody is buying it for these stupid high prices. I went into this store on August 11, 2018 browsing, thrifting. I found a wall pull up machine with the price tag on it at $5.99. I get up to the cash register to check out and the cashier takes off the price tag and says, the one on the bottom is $8.99? WHAT? Then the manager comes over and accuses me of putting the price tag on myself LOL! $3 isn't a big deal but knowing the customer isn't right here, makes me never want to come spend money here again. Love this drugstore converted into a Goodwill! It's in such a random spot right off of Parker and Belleview but super convenient for me since it's in my hood. I've been here during the week days, on a Friday night and on the weekend and it's never too crazy which I appreciate. It's pretty well kept and organized for a thrift store and I always leave without it affecting my wallet too much. The last time I went I found a DKNY dress for $8, Columbia sweater for $4 and Liz Clairborne pants for $5, that's what I'm talking about! I am not sure I have actually shopped at this Goodwill, but I drop off all the time. It is a bigger store and the parking lot is always packed. It also has a nice drive through in the back of the store that you can pull into and the associates will unload your car and give you a receipt. I come over here just for that reason! Make sure you always test the product, I was lied to and told all "boxed and taped" merchandise was tested and worked. Not the case, paid $35 for a air purifier that didn't turn on, when I returned less then 2 hours later I'm told all I can get is store credit even though I paid with debit won't make that mistake again! read more

The new changes make the store inaccessible to people in wheelchairs and walkers. The aisles are barely big enough for the carts. If your claustrophobic do not shop here as there is too much merchandise and not enough space to go around people. When they bring the big bins out and leave them in the aisle it just gets worse. if they want to sell more stuff then they need a bigger store. It's too bad this used to be a great place to shop, it's too bad they do not consider the handicapped worthy to shop there. read more

The atrocities that I witnessed today in your store on 9/20/2020 will forever be the imagine in which this store is ran.. I was checking out and my total came to 100.48, so being that we are in a coin shortage I was looking the remaining 48 cent in change. I guess the cashier had a question, so she (I believe her name was Rachel) called over what I'm hoping was not what you call management. This individuals name is Chris, and this less the gentleman very harshly snapped at this poor cashier for apparently no reason. It was a very uncomfortable interaction for myself and if this is how your management is projecting themselves you have a very poor image painted for your location. 10 out of 10 will never ever shop here again, Very poor management. As well as I'm not certain what your dress code is but I don't like seeing the undergarments of one of your supervisor in yoga pants. read more

i have been to this particular Good will a few times. Each time I go the merchandise is organised well. But every time everything is dirty, the floor, the clothes, and especially the changing rooms. There is always a gross smell that is around the whole store, which then gets in the clothes. The workers are nice but slow and take forever to get you checked out, even if you have a few items. read more

this store is closest to my house so its the one I frequent most and my experience is ok when I go but this last weekend I went I was a bit annoyed. Some items seem to be getting more and more expensive each time I go. $6 for a coffee cup, $50 for a bridesmaids dress, $10 for a plant stand? I am a photographer and I found this (non working non fixable) film camera super small, maybe the size of my palm, was missing the back part and was broken, it didnt have a price on it so I threw it in with the rest of my stuff thinking it cant be more than a couple dollars... the cashier gave me a price of $5! Five dollars! for a piece of plastic that doesn't work (I was going to get craft and put it in a frame or something) isnt this a charity? arent they supposed to price items to sell to raise more money? This location is part of my love for this Goodwill. It is up on a hill for all to see. It is a drugstore that was converted into a good will so there is a good amount of parking, even though on half off Saturdays it can be a pain. That being said, they have TONS of fun items to buy. On this last trip, I bought a pair of leather golf shoes for $5.50 and an aluminum mug with a glass bottom for .50. That's right FIFTY CENTS. (CUE- you say you a gangsta but you never popped nothing, i say you a wanksta and you need to stop fronting). You can find tons of knick knacks and even nice sporting equipment options. That is one cool thing about Denver-ish Goodwills. You can get ski's boards, golf stuff, googles and more! Relatively organized and fun to go to every once in a while! read more

1/2 off almost everything on Saturdays make for a huge crowd! So much so that overflow parking is located in the neighbor streets. Great prices on random unnecessary items. This Goodwill is nice and big, conveniently located, ample parking, and friendly staff. A bit messy in terms of where things are placed. read more

This Goodwill location has the rudest most inconsiderate helpers in the drop off location. Without posting signs to notify people of new rules when dropping of items they spend the entire time berating you while you are donating your items. I will no longer donate to this establishment and will take my items to a place that treats people with a little respect. read more

Went here to donate some very nice items. I donated a matching music desk set, a couple of computer chairs and a brand new kitchen table. It was about 15 minutes before 6pm (hours online say 9pm for donations but it's actually 6pm). They were very pick and refused a bunch of items including the kitchen table leaving me hauling back a bunch of stuff. They wouldn't take the "brand new table" because a bolt came loose on the way over. I didn't have a wrench to tighten it back on and the manager said they didn't have the man power to put the bolt back on. I tried to tighten it back on with my fingers and when 6pm rolled around I was almost done but he said they couldn't take it anymore because it was 6pm. He wouldn't even wait for 1 more minute and take a brand new table that I'm sure they would have sold for $100 or more. He also refused a computer chair because it had a small crack in a non-supporting cover on the leg. When I told him I had desks he asked if they had scratches or anything because they woudn't take anything with scratches. When I told him they were music desks and he knew they could get a lot of money for them he changed his tunes (they were in perfect condition like almost everything else I donated. Lesson learned, I will not longer donate anything to any goodwill. I spent a ton of effort to try and donate some very nice things here and they wouldn't be flexible at all. Also I don't trust people that "don't have the man power" to screw on a bolt. Goodwill needs to use some of their 25% they pocket and pay a little more for their employees. You made $100's off me and I donate nice stuff but I'm going to someone else from now on. read more

I went to drop off over 20 men's long sleeve shirts that had been sent to the laundry..pressed and on hangars...my cost over $100 for the service...and the young man who accepted them just shoved them into a large box in a wrinkled mess...didn't make me want to "donate" again...perhaps more employee training???...isn't that supposed to be the point of Goodwill?? read more
