I visited your store on Bellview and Parker this morning about 9:30 to drop off a donation. There was a panel truck in front of me that had a lot of toys to drop off so I got out of my vehicle and got the bag of clothes I was donating and the person that was helping the person dropping off the toys told me to just drop the sack of cloth's in the blue container. It was inside the building by the door. So I walked in, dropped off the cloth's, picked up a receipt as I was leaving, and then was met by a very angry young man that told me I should never ever be inside that area. Mind you, the blue container is inside the building. He got right in my face and told me no one was allowed there unless he is there. The only word I said was "OK". As I was getting back into my vehicle another person came through the doorway and pointed his finger at me and said, " I will kick you a-- if you ever come in here again". As I was leaving I told them I would never come here again. There was no thank you for the donation, nothing but hateful speech. I asked myself what did I do wrong to get these two employees so mad at me. I don't know, I really don't know. Maybe they were having a bad day, maybe. If they have talked to me like this I am pretty sure it may have happened before. I don't know though. They need a very hard course on customer relations. I will make my donations somewhere else from now on. read more

Nicest Goodwill I've ever visited. Clean, well-organized, bright. I called ahead to see if they had my needed item, and they answered the phone (another Goodwill did not, in repeated attempts), were cheerful, even told me precisely where the items were in the store. And guess what--they were correct. I got the needed medical items at a great price, one was brand new with tags. I'm very impressed! read more

This store has gone downhill. It's no longer wheelchair assessable. Spoke with manager many times about accessibility and it does no good. The people that were friendly are no where to be found. So sad that the state of this store has rapidly decreased in all aspects. read more

Not a fan of this location. I went to drop off some items and the drive-through is nice, but the people working there were not very friendly and made me a little uncomfortable. If I'm going to drop off GW stuff I prefer the Drop-Off only location on Smoky Hill. Unfortunately that one has been closed for a while, so Iliff was the next closest. read more

I haven't actually been inside this location, but I've used the drop off several times. It's so convenient. Today, the two gentlemen helping unload my items were very pleasant. I'm sure they weren't thrilled that my vehicle was loaded with bags and boxes, but they didn't show it. They moved quickly, as though they felt my time was valuable. Wanted to let you guys know that the last 3 times over the past year I have been to the Goodwill Aurora - E. Iliff location for a donation drop off the guys that work the drive up there have been awful. They don't acknowledge you or greet you after saying hello to them. They walk past you like I'm not even visible and will not help you retrieve the donations from the back of your car. I think in the future I will be using a different charity. read more

The reviews don't lie, this place is great!! While I tend not to venture on Iliff east of 225, I will definitely be coming back to this location. It's one of the biggest Goodwill locations I've seen in Denver with a nice selection of clothes, knick knacks, furniture and everything in between. When we went, yellow tags were $.99 and purple tags were 1/2 off so those were my targets. I found a plethora of sweaters and tops for the upcoming winter season, work appropriate and some fun ones for when I go out so I will call that a win. I also found some snazzy glasses and a kebob set for $4 and never used so I was particularly excited about that. Finding awesome deals plus giving back feels pretty nice, I will put this store into my regular thrift store rotation. Donation drive through as well that opens an hour after the store opens. read more

Organized clean neat and lines move fast. Great sales on saturdays and lots of parking.

$3.99 is a bit much for a used DVD, especially considering I bought 10, plus another 5 CDs, and not to mentioned I have shopped at this location many other times - buying dozens of items. The DVD, CD, and Video Game selection is larger than most other goodwills I have been to - for that I will give them 1 extra star. Many of the discs are missing from its case however, in particular from their selection of what customers would want to buy. Anyone that wants to test that claim can walk in there, pick out five DVDs at random, and count how many of them have a missing disc. It will likely be more than 1. After fishing through their swiss-cheese selection of movie (cases), enjoy the feeling of paying a dollar more per item than every other goodwill charges. read more

Incident 9/18/19 at Goodwill 5509 E Iliff Ave, Aurora, 80013, Colorado On 9/18/19 I was shopping at above Goodwill store (where I frequently shop and spend at minimum $1000 per year probably more like $3000). I was looking at the purses on a Metal Rack hanging on the end of the 5th isle from back of the store was loose, which I didn't know. The metal rack fell off along with the purses and slippers/shoes on my left ankle and then bashed my right top of foot and ankle. The worker did not speak English and shooed me away, picked up the fallen purses and slippers and rack. I decided since there was a cut on my ankle and bruising already started to appear I would inform someone. A really nice lady helped me, she was in training but had been a manager at a retail store for several years. She started filling out he incident report and then got the Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager treated me like a low life peasant, and he was the king, basically accused me of lying and the non English speaking woman said she didn't see it happen (there were cameras at every angle and why did she pick up everything and shoo me away? IDK? Strange, no apology). I have a TBI and when they said she didn't see it, I did say "Bullshit". The nice lady, "Crystal" got me an ice pack since the assistant manager Salissi was so rude and snatched the paperwork out of her hand, I decided this was unacceptable and called Goodwill Corporate to report everything. Played phone tag for a couple weeks. Finally on 10/10/19 I spoke with Anthony from Corporate and supposedly they did training at the store for how to handle customers and incidents, but because I swore (which I had told him that due to my TBI sometimes I have no control of my mouth on 9/18/19 during our conversation I also apologized to the people at Goodwill store for swearing) I had also explained had Salissi not been so rude and condescending, I probably would not even have said anything since I used to love this store. These were taken on 9/18/19. Here we are almost a month later and the bruising is way worse as of 10/11/19. Still no apology. I find it so sad that this company is a billion-dollar business that makes its money off of donated items that are 100% free for them! They treat their employees like poop, yell at them and make them cry in front of customers (which I have seen on numerous occasions and reported). I couldn't even get an official apology or any compensation (a gift card would have been nice, but per Anthony, because I swore they didn't feel I deserved one - I am sure the truth was embellished about me swearing). I guess I won't shop here anymore and line these people's pockets with money and continue supporting the "Cause" - they do not deserve it, the mission is not the mission, it is just a façade. read more

A very large store with ample parking. I usually hit up the book section only, and I've come across some good finds. The signs clearly state to keep your children in check. Kids run amok here. Kudos for the military discount. read more

As it is with most thrift stores this place is a bit of a hit or miss. I've found some great items and good deals here throughout the years but it's a bit on the small side and I more often than not end up leaving empty handed. The staff have always been great though, but I feel like the store itself could use a good cleaning. Beware: this store gets crowded easily and the bathrooms are gross. More than once I've had to leave the girl's room because there were a bunch of boys in there (why??)! lol read more

Best Goodwill store to date Ive ever visited. My Saturday morning was to find a cheap umbrella or tent for my dog but no such luck. But instead here I bought small things I didn't need but thought such a deal I could not refuse. For the amount of inventory & 1/2 all on Saturdays it was insanely busy BUT not a pig pen as Ive seen others. Loved browsing thru store and definitely worth going back. read more

One of my favorite Goodwills in the area. They have a big store, with a lot of quality options to choose from. The prices are reasonable and they have great sales. All of the employees have been kind and helpful every time I've dealt with them. The only thing I would complain about is that the fitting rooms are in disrepair. The hooks are broken off the walls and the paint is peeling. I hope that's something that can be looked into and fixed. read more

Military Discounts. Clean organized and current! I like to shop at the thrift stores for little nick-nacks, infant clothes, etc. I like coming to rhis location because thigs are organized in the shelves. No hald burned candles or items that cleaely need to be discarded. Clothes are clean..and rhe placw doesnt smell like an old storage unit. The staff ia friendly ans professional. read more

This is the goodwill that I frequented most often as a kid. It's very well organized clothes wise and I can easily find my size. It's a hit or miss for finding things that you like with the current color tag, but their sale days are awesome! Get there early though and remember that they bring stuff out all day. read more

I hate to give away the secret that is this thrift store, but it's too good not to share. This Goodwill has amazing stuff - it's such a hidden gem! They get a lot of stuff from Target (brand new, with tags), which is pretty cool. I got a super comfortable pair of moccasins for $5, and a bunch of brand new packaged hiking socks for $2/pair. I found an awesome fondue set, and almost bought an old-school pasta maker! They have a bunch of great stuff in the kitchen section; it's really fun to go through. This is hands-down my favorite Denver/Aurora area Goodwill. I'm a book person, and I swear, every single time I go (and I go during every half off sale), I'll walk out with an armful every single time. Someone in Denver is dropping off a ton of young adult and other advanced review copies and it's so exciting to snatch them up. They also have great organization, a clean store, and their staff are always really really friendly to me. This is the store I always look forward to coming to! read more

My Mother loves thrift shopping so i went along for the ride this past Saturday. when walking in it seemed like the usual good will. I love the hassle free parking. I found a large easel board, an activity table for my 9 month old, A banana republic cardigan, little tykes piano for my daughter a buckle dress shirt and i got about 12 outfits for my daughter. I found 2 large drink coolers to take along for camping trips or summer days to the reservoir for a grand total of 66.00. I was so happy with all my purchases. Since i have been loosing weight this will be the first place i stop by to look for clothes. They had several name brand clothing. i would highly recommend this location, just keep in mind thrift stores can sometimes be a hit or miss! read more

Have only used the drive-up to drop off donations. Both times I've never had any real issues although the gentlemen working there are not overly friendly (maybe they aren't used to a chatty female). Haven't been inside the store yet so I'm unable to comment. read more

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I don't find what I'm looking for, and sometimes I walk out with a nearly brand-new Black and Decker juicer for $6.50 (gotta love the 50% off sale!). It's those kinds of gems that make shopping here worth it. read more
