This place is grimy, the clientele can be interesting and the parking lot is atrocious....that being said, it's one of my favorite locations! Staff is friendly and helpful and they have inventory aplenty! ARC locations have sales every day along with special promo days like $.99 sweaters, jeans day and often have a $10 off $30 coupon on holidays like New Years Day. read more

My boyfriend found lots of goodies here! There's a a large parking area to accommodate for how big this Arc is. There is so much stuff here. Several racks of clothing for any and everybody. Things were decently priced, could be cheaper and more affordable since a lot of this is donated. Good things relative to other Arcs in the area! read more

Like other large thrift stores (good well) it is a mix of household stuff, cloths, shoes, etc. The store is somewhat clean, with lots of staff putting stuff away. The store is also well organized, it was pretty well group with only those items in the section. You will need to spend some time togo thru and look at everything. read more

Don't like posting a bad review as I'm a big believer in the salvation army. Would drop in about once a week and just walk around cuz you never know what you might find. It was a good cause.But this store has went downhill. They price everything as if you're going to buy it on a 50% off day. The employees are nice. They don't have any air conditioning so they have these huge fans that just blow around the smell and the dust. read more

The employees that price must be smoking meth in the back. They price stuff high af. The place is a mess. They even have the most basic Starbucks mugs behind glass the ones that aren't worth anything. I think l the good stuff is going out of the back door by reselling employees. It's the thrift store I don't expect much but I've been going here my whole life (for the selection) First of all the cashier CLOSED Infront of me so I had to wait, it's an our before close yet they're shutting down their registers with a (from what I can tell) a pretty busy store and a line growing. I did actually see people working which is new. I get to the register I'm (over) charged $1.80 I ASSUME it's a BAG FEE, I ask for a bag cashier rudely tells me it's $1.70 AFTER my transaction and refused to give me a bag. (Honestly would've have mind paying if I was told and actually got a bag. Also learned they indeed charge 1.07 for bags but I was charged $1.80 over for no apparent reason) the doors are also LOCKED (don't open automatic anymore) and they were actively being cleaned while I was trying to leave (had to wait to leave but at least they were cleaning.) read more

Being the closest thrift store to my house, I have been here several times. The store is quite drab and outdated, but that's expected at a thrift store. It's not the cleanest place, but it gets the job done. There is always a sale and some great finds. As most thrift stores go, there is mostly clothing and a decent miscellaneous section. Staff members are roaming around, putting up and displaying new items. Overall, a decent thrift store with good deals. read more

The manager is rude and hot headed. He treats his employees horribly and doesn't care if his store is disorganized. His prices are also higher than some things you can buy new at Walmart. I recommend supporting LOCALLY, PRIVATELY OWNED thrift, consignment, and antique stores. As a previous owner of my own thrift store, I can attest to this poorly managed store. read more

In the home electronics, furniture, tools and electrical section, there's nothing but junk, they just take someone else's donated trash and throw it on the shelf, a extreme lack of quality control, no do it yourselfer or handyman is going to want to buy a outlet or a switch with cut off stab locked wires still stabbed in the back of the device. I'd say that the tools / electrical section is just filled full of junk, basically someone else's trash is just someone else's junk! Don't go to this store if you want to buy electrical devices cheap, in all actuality they are price gouging you for a used electrical device something you could find cheaper and brand new at home depot! Buy used electrical supplies at ARC at your own risk and pay twice the price for something used that you could get for half the price new at home depot! Some of the employees in the furniture department just do not care about quality! And the worst part is if you return something that didn't work they'll just throw it back on the shelf for some poor unsuspecting smuck to buy! Oh yeah some of the electronics aren't very good either! Most electronics are hard to test, a lot of RF modulators are no good dead on arrival! So be careful what you buy if the item is an electronic, tool, or electrical item! Half the stuff I see should be thrown away instead of being donated! read more
