My wife's Reuben was perfect and my Wisconsin Swiss Melt was smothered in onions, fresh and piping hot. French fries fresh and crispy. The receipt had a code to take a survey, we did and was rewarded with a cup of fresh butter pecan custard....Score!! The interior is beautiful with top to bottom detail and the people who work there are very kind and inviting. The tres leches was over the top delicious and so was the elote, and especially the California burrito. This is one of the best burritos I have ever had as well as the best mangonada. Their elote (street corn), in particular, were very bland and not at all what I expected, not to mention it was actually more esquite than elote. Also, their mangonada has a fridge/freezer taste which is, obviously, not ideal. I'm sad to say but I wouldn't return.

Restaurant clean and has very ample parking in their own parking lot, plus a drive through. Would give 5 stars but I'm old with hearing aids. The place echoes with machines and louder music. Typical menu for…read moreMexican food- enchiladas, burritos, tacos, etc. My Dad ordered a combo with a variety of meat items. I don't eat meat so I did not sample but he loved it. He just doesn't eat a lot of food these days but he ate almost all of his dishes so it must have been good. My mother enjoyed her enchilada as well. My meal was so so. I ordered the vegetarian fajitas. The veggies were over cooked and all looked the same dull color with little seasoning. most disappointing was that they brought me flour tortillas with the meal. I asked the server delivering the food to exchange for corn. I think he took my packet into kitchen and brought it back out. I opened it and asked if they were really corn. He assured me they were just white corn. I call BS- corn and flour have distinct textures. These were flour. Not sure why he lied to me. But after that I did not trust that the beans or rice were vegetarian so basically I had a pile of overcooked veggies. would I go back again? If just me, no. but it made my parents really happy so if they wanted to I would in a heartbeat.

I was there this evening and what a fiasco. The young man who took my order was exemplary, courteous and friendly. The young woman who brought the food was sweet and trying so hard to make my order right. I asked for the new apple pie bites, and she was quick to offer Cinnabons instead when she realized they were out of the apple pie. Then they gave me a regular nacho fries when I had ordered a large. She went back to correct it and whoever was back there was so mean to her they made her cry. Then she told me there weren't any more nacho fries. She offered just about anything I wanted to try to satisfy my order and I asked for an order of nachos and cheese. My nacho fries were burnt and almost too hard to chew, the Cinnabons tasted like they had been sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and there was a piece of chicken in my cheese sauce. My friend asked for tomatoes to be removed and paid extra for sour cream to be added and got tomatoes but no sour cream. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular store, now I remember why. Whoever actually assembles the food is terrible and rarely gets any substitutions correct. The girl did her best to give me a satisfactory experience, and I had to console her because of how badly they treated her when they were the ones who messed up my order.
