My food was sitting in a bag on the counter. It was cold. I was not offered Hot food. The assistent manager was the one that told me to pull around and the one that gave me my bag of cold food. She did not apologize for the poor service, nor the cold food. She insisted it was hot, but while the sandwich was warm, the fries were COLD. A bag left open gets cold quickly. This being said i want to say that my brother had recently been diagnosed with a mental health disorder and reached out to me because he hadnt eaten in days and lived in his car. My brother hours later has still not been able to get food and i cannot get ahold of the bank. The fraud service department is closed till mornimg. How rude and just wrong of her to not even give him a slice if pizza . I hope she feels some of what we went through and knows that she is wrong for this.
