Ordered my food. Paid for it. Then told to pull around as my chicken sandwich requires 2 more minutes. I then waited 10 minutes out front before ettering the store and waiting in line. My food was sitting in a bag on the counter. It was cold. I was not offered Hot food. The assistent manager was the one that told me to pull around and the one that gave me my bag of cold food. She did not apologize for the poor service, nor the cold food. She insisted it was hot, but while the sandwich was warm, the fries were COLD. A bag left open gets cold quickly. Yes, I know....5 stars for a fast food restaurant. However, every single time I've been my food order has always been fresh. No it's not the best burger/food (It's fast food), but I've never received anything that tasted old or stale. Plus, the service has always been top notch and quick. The prices are creeping up, but that's corporate and not the franchisee's fault. No issues and the food has consistently been fresh served with quick and great service. read more

I just moved to Snowflake and I've been to this Burger King 2 times. The employees are very friendly and the food is tasty. I love their iced coffees! I would rather get a coffee from here than The Perkatory to be honest. read more

I haven't been to Burger King in probably years. Not that I don't like them but they're not close to home and I usually go for options that are closer, plus I worked for them in high school and probably got sick of all the free food I ate in my years there- lol. I was gonna stop at the Taco Bell across the street from here but decided "What the hey, I haven't been to Burger King in forever. I'll give them a go." Lol. And I'm very happy I did. The meal was ready when I got there as I ordered from my phone in the WalMart parking lot where this BK is located. The onion rings were perfect size and fresh and crunchy. The Bacon Double Cheeseburger was fresh and the cheese was nicely melted. And the chicken tenders hit the spot with my large sprite. The calories for the meal maybe could have been a little lower for guy who's supposed to be watching his weight but they weren't actually as high as I thought they might be. I will definitely be back to this location again but maybe I'll just stick to the combo meal with the extra chicken tenders on the side to watch my weight just a little bit- lol! Update: I've added another star because Burger King got back to me and was very helpful regarding the situation. I'd love to add more stars, however the experience with the woman was just way too out of hand. I do appreciate them getting back to me and forwarding my concern to the store owner, though. I just hope they can fix her bad attitude. I'm not sure who the closing woman was at the window tonight, 12/26/21 at 8pm-ish. But the attitude we experienced over a simple mistake was absolutely unnecessary and needs to be handled. I wasn't going to leave a review because it could have been such a simple fix, but when we pulled up to the window she was shaking her head side to side, arms crossed, I'm honestly surprised her eyes are back to normal after how hard she rolled them. We ordered a Double stacker king. It's the ONLY thing I will eat from here (now that they got rid of the mini double stackers). I order it specifically for the sauce. They have a very similar sandwich, the Bacon King, however it doesn't contain that sauce. Now, normally I wouldn't care. I would have whined about it at home and left it at that. However I'm pregnant and hormonal and this Double Stacker King was all I wanted. They ended up giving me a Bacon King. So I went around the front to see if they could just give me a side of the sauce, door was locked. So we went around the drive-thru. A man, who I assume was the cook, came out the side door and asked if he could help us with something. As I was explaining the situation, and let me remind you ALL I WANTED WAS SAUCE lol, the woman at the drive-thru window popped on telling us they were closed. I explained I got the wrong order and she says "there's nothing Much I can do. Our meat grills are off". I said "I just need the sauce.." the man then told her to tell us to pull forward to the window. So we pulled forward to the window and this is when she had her back turned against us, shaking her head back and forth like she was annoyed and pissed off, slamming stuff around. She finally opens the window and says "the grills are off" I again said "I just need the sauce for the burger." She says in a HUGE attitude filled voice, "what sauce." I repeat to her the sauce I'm talking about. She gets on her headset and rolls her eyes and proceeds to tell the cook that we "jUsT nEeD tHe SauCe". She then closed the window and a couple of seconds later she opens the window and practically throws a bag at us and says "he remade the whole sandwich." And then closed the window. Honestly. ALL OF THAT. OVER A SIDE OF SAUCE. Again, I'd normally leave it as is. But I noticed it while we were there so I figured that was my chance to get it fixed. I wouldn't have made such a big deal over it had the woman not thrown a 3 year old fit over it. I get it. You're closed and want to go home. But it was such a simple fix. Someone needs to have a talk with that woman because I've worked in customer service before and the attitude she had and the way she spoke to us would get ANYONE fired. Not ok. I appreciate the gentlemen who remade the sandwich though. read more

It is a burger joint. Usually clean and they get the order right. They don't always accept mobile orders for some reason.

Nice inside and out. Big and spacious inside and the play area, while small, seems to keep the kids entertained. Never had issues with customer service when coming here and for that they get 4 stars. read more

I LOVE this place! Great food, great service, managers are super nice, not very busy. Prices are better than McDonald's.

Food's good. Service is great. Just keep your eyes on your credit card. Went thru today and they didn't give me my card back. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the charges started coming in a few hours later. Not good. Not good at all. read more
