Clean, friendly, fresh food made to order. These guys are awesome! Mcdonalds needs to beef up their chicken game. Thanks guys!

Employees rarely give a "thank you" and today at drive thru employee said nothing. I had to remind him I had a drink with my "value" meal.

manager is racist and very rude. but she's a Native,,? and only treats other natives kindly. Her ancestors would be disappointed with her obesity. Phillis is her name i think. you can tell its her. She is tan and round and barely fits through the front door.. not sure how she even gets inside,, maybe she lives in the back? id believe it considering how much of a hambeast she is. i don't trust her with food, sometimes things from my orders are missing, she must be eating them to grow bigger. although ive never seen her do any real work. Just Big and Loud and not at all hard working. The food is good but its fast food so it is consistent. lots of mistreated teen workers.. i have never in my life been this upset with a fast food worker. i respect them and treat them with kindness. The Big Phil is where i draw the line. read more

McDonald's - plain double cheese burger, im sure if there was any topping Phillis wouldve eaten it - Burgers Near Me - Snowflake, Arizona

I stopped by while road tripping through the state. Road trips are about the only time that I'm going to swing by a Mickey D's. Each time I do I am reminded why I shouldn't. This time no exception. Angry cashier? Check. Overcooked food? Check. Cold fries? Check. Leaving with a feeling of shame for stopping and giving them another chance? Check, check and check. read more

McDonald's - Not pretty. - Burgers Near Me - Snowflake, Arizona

I'm not a big eater. I went into the snowflake McDonald and ordered a Big Mac with no pickle and no center piece or bread. Therefore it came out like a regular burger. It had the sauce, lettuce and it was extremely good. It's the best burger I've had in years. I only ate half of it and ate the other half the next day. I will order it again read more

I am very pleased with the service and I'm very enthused. They got our food out almost immediately and the worker is a baddie.

By far the cleanest and quietest McDonalds I have ever been to. Food was fresh and brought out quickly.

Very boring and weird staff honestly the one in show low is better and very tiny room always crowded on fridays

They are always so nice when I go through the drive through. the food is always good and yummy definitely filling. read more

Went to the bathroom, it smelled so horrendous I actually got high off the fumes and passed out in the big stall. Woke up at 11 pm to someone doing a line in the next stall, never going back. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I absolutely would!! The manager is the rudest most disrespectful person ever!! I ordered on rhe app and when I went to pick it up he thought it was a good idea to scream at me. Listen man you have no business being in customer service because you treat customers terrible. You should be fired! read more

If I could give a zero or no stars I would!!!!!!!! First thing I pull up on a wait for two minutes to get my food a lady next to me pulls up in the next new next lane and gets her food and goes through it doesn't matter if it's mobile or not the first person should be served I was there before she was next thing I pull up to get my food and she was the manager was rude and just shove the food in my face doesn't let me get ketchup or ask if I was anything else I can I need third thing I bring my food home to eat it and it's the wrong thing I had ordered my griddle and I got biscuit. She needs to learn to manage better or leave it was a manager that was giving me this troubles and she is not managing that plays well at all!!!! Bad service bad attitude!!!!! read more

Fast & friendly service. Good mostly made as you order it minus the beef part. That is fresh & kept in monitored hot areas. Clean, well maintained lobby, outside areas, restrooms, & drink stations. Hope the back areas are kept as clean. I suppose they are. Haven't gotten food poisoning yet. I frequent here with the discounts on their app. read more

The service sucks we sat there for 35 minutes waiting for an online order and we went up to them, and asked about our order 2 times and they told us that they were getting it ready and 20 minutes later we went up there and they said that they gave or order to someone else and that it wasn't their responsibility. I'm never going there again and would not recommend it read more

I have often said this has to be THE WORST McDonalds in the US and today proved my point. 2 people in line including me...got to the 1st window super nice guy Took my money. Got to the second window where they handed me a chicken nugget happy meal (ordered a cheeseburger meal with no onions and a grilled chicken with cheese no bun) was told to park behind the 5 others already parked. Waited for 15 minutes until some kid (smoking a vape!!!!!) came out to deliver a cold Big Mac and a Cheeseburger happy meal with EXTRA onions! Took it all back inside and was told by the employee "we don't do returns". If there was negative stars they'd be getting one. that was last straw, will never go there again read more

Decided to give them a second chance. Ordered Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and large fries. On the sandwich the forgot the tomatoes! How does that happen? read more

It's pretty bad when the drive through can't even get you the right sauce. How do you mess up a kid's nugget order? With buffalo sauce of course..... read more

I love visiting my hometown and when I do I always enjoy enjoy going to McDonald's here in Snowflake. They never mess up my food or have me waiting too long. Very tasty food and refreshing coco-colas read more

It's just a fast foo hamburger. Breakfast is a little better, but they don't serve it all day

I order a sausage Mc muffin along with the rest of our order. We were told to wait in the parking lot bc the sausage Mc muffin needed more time to cook. Waited ten minutes, received my sausage Mc muffin and they forgot to put the egg on it !!?? Wtf???? What was I waiting for and where's the rest of the sandwich??? Lol read more

Me and my friends do not have vehicles so we ride scooters and we got to McDonald's past 9 o'clock and ordered on our phones and we tried to go through the drive-through because curbside was not open and the fucking bitch ass manager said we do not give orders to people not in vehicles and not giving us a refund which we paid for our food never come here the Manager is always out to get everyone read more

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Prepare for a 20 minute wait for your food. Might as well just go to Taco Bell.

Talk about rude service, just went there for a quick bite. Drive through guy went to hand me my bag of food, so before I grabbed it I asked if there was any ketchup in their for the fries? He sighed and said no there is not. I asked can I get some please? He throws some in the bag and says "that should be enough" with a very I don't want to be here attitude and unfriendly service. read more

I worked there for one day and they immediately fired me no warnings nothing, also staff is so rude,

Terrible customer service and orders are always Incorrect or something is missing. Shouldn't be that hard to screw up a number 6?! We were given a hash brown, coffee yet we're missing the Mcgriddle portion of the combo and they said it was our fault because we failed to say order on screen was correct. Wth?! Really! When I bring up the issues to the staff they have a very blase, I don't care attitude, very rude. And these people want to get paid $15 an hour?! They're horrible! We will never support this McDonalds location in town. read more

Everytime I'm here I have to wait in the parking lot to get my food. I haven't ordered anything special. They need to get it together.

Drive through seems very bad. Don't think people SPEAK UP when they order. Do not go here finding busy times because cooks are very slow even when cashiers have done their part. Prices of course have gone up but I always get what I order. I do not have issues. The food is always good still. Docked just because the cooks are super slow so it's very frustrating to get in and get gone. read more

A few weeks ago when shopping in the area I stopped for an order of fries and Dr. Pepper. Drove off and discovered I had a hamburger instead. So the next time I was in town, I stopped and ordered the same and explained to the Clerk of my previous order error and requested a refund. He called the manager over and I requested a refund explaining why. She asked for my receipt. Who keeps their McDonald receipts??? I laughed and asked if she was serious. She said yes. I was a bit peeved at her response and attitude, so I told her "just go away, I'll just take my order". Her response, "no, you go away; I refuse to serve you." I wasn't sure I had heard her correctly and asked her to repeat herself. She responded "I refuse you service and if you don't leave, I'll call the police and have you arrested". I left. Potentially the slowest service I'm ever experienced at a McDonald's brand. As I'm sitting here typing this review, I've been waiting on my food for 10 minutes and I've been told that they ran out of french fries for lunch. I know this is a small town, but there's no excuse for this type of service. read more

Asked for a breakfast item at 10:31 and was told they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Really? Just another reason to shop elsewhere. Sales down? No wonder to me. read more

Usually this place is packed, but the service is good. There's a really nice lady who usually comes out and brings me my food and she is a pleasure but tonight after waiting nearly 30 minutes on an order for carry out, of which I didn't mind because it was busy BUT they forgot one of the burgers. Just a simple mcdouble and so instead of me driving back, I called, and explained, well the lady on the phone, obv a young girl tried to basically say I lied, that she Bagged it herself. I'm like no, I went through it, it's not there. There were 2 other burgers and a kids meal that was ordered. That's it, if I were to lie I'd have said maybe the more expensive burger was missing not the cheap one. Anyways this little girl decided to tell me to come back tomorrow and decided to just hang up on me. Which is why I'm giving a bad review. Like I get it it was busy I even told her the long wait was fine. I've worked in fast food as a teen, but for her to just basically say I lie then hang up mid sentence was like a smack in the face and super rude. read more

Yea this mcDonalds is a joke you order your food and then they argue with you when they screw your order up it's ridiculous I would like to see this McDonalds shut down when I asked tim the guy working the window for his manager's name he refused to give it to me then I walked in to get the manager's name and she ran and ran into the back of the store very quick with the phone you screw up my order I just want you to make it right not argue I will never go in to another mcdonalds as long as I live read more

Should be called McColdfries. Fries are ALWAYS cold when u go through drive through, nothing is more frustrating than getting home to cold fries. This happens frequently at this McDonald's. They are also very slow when coming to getting ur order. They always have me pull up and park and then bring my order out with, you guessed it, cold fries. read more

Very slow very bad service I'm here been here for 20 min waiting on my food at the drive through 5 cars behind me go to Denny's u get served faster fast food no more like slow food!!!!! Wow what a joke read more

New to town and this mcdonalds is pretty good. One guy couldn't get an order right without a lot of frustration. Managers have been awesome. Staff that has been there a while have been helpful as well. Perfectly golden fries, not over or under cooked. Have not used drive through, but the lobby has always been pretty slow and easy in, easy out. Bathrooms are clean. A sausage egg mcmuffin will have egg......a sausage mcmuffin will not! And taking food home will ALWAYS end up with cold fries unless you live a block away. read more

Does not make a difference any time of the day they always have me pull forward to complete my order, it can take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to even do that. The fries are always old and cold, I feed them to my dog. I guess I'll stop wasting my time and go to the other fast food restaurants better quality food faster service. read more
