First thing I pull up on a wait for two minutes to get my food a lady next to me pulls up in the next new next lane and gets her food and goes through it doesn't matter if it's mobile or not the first person should be served I was there before she was next thing I pull up to get my food and she was the manager was rude and just shove the food in my face doesn't let me get ketchup or ask if I was anything else I can I need third thing I bring my food home to eat it and it's the wrong thing I had ordered my griddle and I got biscuit. The service sucks we sat there for 35 minutes waiting for an online order and we went up to them, and asked about our order 2 times and they told us that they were getting it ready and 20 minutes later we went up there and they said that they gave or order to someone else and that it wasn't their responsibility. Fast & friendly service. Good mostly made as you order it minus the beef part. That is fresh & kept in monitored hot areas. Clean, well maintained lobby, outside areas, restrooms, & drink stations. Got to the second window where they handed me a chicken nugget happy meal (ordered a cheeseburger meal with no onions and a grilled chicken with cheese no bun) was told to park behind the 5 others already parked. Terrible customer service and orders are always Incorrect or something is missing. Shouldn't be that hard to screw up a number 6?! Drive through seems very bad. Don't think people SPEAK UP when they order. Do not go here finding busy times because cooks are very slow even when cashiers have done their part. Prices of course have gone up but I always get what I order. I do not have issues. The food is always good still. A few weeks ago when shopping in the area I stopped for an order of fries and Dr. Pepper. Drove off and discovered I had a hamburger instead. So the next time I was in town, I stopped and ordered the same and explained to the Clerk of my previous order error and requested a refund. He called the manager over and I requested a refund explaining why. She asked for my receipt. Who keeps their McDonald receipts??? I laughed and asked if she was serious. She said yes. I was a bit peeved at her response and attitude, so I told her "just go away, I'll just take my order". Her response, "no, you go away; I refuse to serve you." Usually this place is packed, but the service is good. There's a really nice lady who usually comes out and brings me my food and she is a pleasure but tonight after waiting nearly 30 minutes on an order for carry out, of which I didn't mind because it was busy BUT they forgot one of the burgers. Just a simple mcdouble and so instead of me driving back, I called, and explained, well the lady on the phone, obv a young girl tried to basically say I lied, that she Bagged it herself. Should be called McColdfries. Fries are ALWAYS cold when u go through drive through, nothing is more frustrating than getting home to cold fries. This happens frequently at this McDonald's. New to town and this mcdonalds is pretty good. One guy couldn't get an order right without a lot of frustration. Managers have been awesome. Staff that has been there a while have been helpful as well. Perfectly golden fries, not over or under cooked. Have not used drive through, but the lobby has always been pretty slow and easy in, easy out. Bathrooms are clean. A sausage egg mcmuffin will have egg......a sausage mcmuffin will not! And taking food home will ALWAYS end up with cold fries unless you live a block away. read more

Does not make a difference any time of the day they always have me pull forward to complete my order, it can take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to even do that. The fries are always old and cold, I feed them to my dog. I guess I'll stop wasting my time and go to the other fast food restaurants better quality food faster service. read more
