When I ordered online it said about 40 minutes. This is how long it says for just about anything I've ever ordered from here. Must be a default. When I pulled up the parking lot was pretty empty and the first thing I thought was that this pie was not going too hot because I am sure they made it right away. And I was actually 5 minutes early from the stated pick up time. There is usually a wait once you get in but my pizza was already done. When the girl handed me the box I immediately put my hand under the box and it was not hot. It was a 5 minutes drive home so it was only getting colder. When I did get home, I opened the box it looked great. I love their muffulettas so making a pizza out of the bread is a great idea. As I grabbed my first slice I noticed the pizza was not even warm. It had to have sat for 10 minutes before I even picked it up which is what I was worried about. Then, as I was trying to get the slice out I noticed that hardly any of the slices were cut all the through. I tried 3 different slices and none were cut through so I couldn't eat anything until I went looking for my pizza cutter. Yes, I had to basically slice up the whole pizza and the cutlines that were there, were not even. Some very large slices, some very small pieces. Not sure how you get slices that different in size. It was actually annoying. The taste was great, crust was cold but still very crispy. The cheese and sauce were so cold that they were already starting to thicken. Not exactly what I would expect with a $28 pie. And yes, not only did I have to cut my own pizza, I also had to microwave my slices after the first slice I ate. There was zero stretch to the cheese. So as I said, I don't think I got the best version of this pizza. It was a $28 pie that I had to cut up myself and warm it up in a microwave and that's after being early to pick it up. Not sure I'd order this again, I was really disappointed.

Well, I'll raise you 1.2 for 5 stars for Host!! Ample street parking on a Wednesday morning in Utica (also public on south side), hubby & I walked past a few businesses and into Host and immediately somehow felt we'd been elevated! The ambience is edgy and elegant giving off an elite vibe matched by the informative attentive staff and everything that was set before us. The barista approached us immediately taking our latte orders from a versatile coffee menu, and our lovely waitress Bailey didn't miss a beat welcoming us, fielding questions and sharing the restaurant's cool concept of "Host"-ing new chefs bimonthly representing freshly-curated menus of palate delights. She later informed us of classes held on 2nd floor for making cocktails and sushi! While enjoying our lovely lattes, we quickly ordered veggie omelets with mushroom and bacon additions that were timely served and clearly plated with care. My husband noticed there were no salt & pepper shakers anywhere, signifying the chef's confidence in his dishes! And indeed our meals needed no help, as we savored each bite of perfectly cooked omelets bursting with flavor complimented by crisp sliced potatoes dressed in a lemon drizzle. Easily the best omelet I've had in my hometown, probably in my state! I made sure to compliment the chef through the open pass-through kitchen on our way out after lingering after our meals not wanting to rush out of this lovely place. Easy to make through Open Table, and we were able to put in a request to sit outside on their patio (which they honored). Parking was convenient - they have their own lot or there's street parking right out front. On this particular night, Utica was lively with activity so it was a fun atmosphere and the restaurant was packed. First thing they do is plop down a huge platter of free chips and salsa, which is not something you don't see that much anymore. Unfortunately, we barely touched them because the chips were kind of stale, just didn't taste good. On the other hand, we both enjoyed our drinks - I got the classic hand squeezed margarita and I would get it again. My friend seemed to enjoy her tacos but I got the mahi mahi street tacos and they were not very good - fish was dry and flavorless. Seems like this is a little bit of a "hit or miss" kind of place for food. They do have huge portions so it feels like a little more quantity or quality. Service was good in the beginning, but our waiter maybe forgot about us towards the end and we had to really flag him down for our bill. I would come back for drinks and to enjoy the patio again if I was in the area.
