My boyfriend got a Giant #43 Chipotle Philly Cheese Steak for $15 on his gift card. Upon entering the store, it was pretty clean and pretty empty. It wasn't too busy. The employees were nice. The sandwich was delicious. The meat had a spice taste and was very fresh tasting. The peppers added a nice zing to it. The cheese was melted into the meat perfectly. Everything tasted fresh. The sandwich is pricey, but massive and filling. Their sandwiches are pretty pricey, but can be worth it for the fresh taste and size. Don't expect cheap quality from them. Used my free birthday coupon. Real good deal a regular sub and free 22oz drink. I ordered the Italian sub it was very good, was not overloaded with lettuce like some places. The meat was very good. I placed an in person order at this location on 10/15/2022. My order was inaccurate when I returned home. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke with someone named Adam that stated at that time he was the manager. I relayed to him the inaccuracies of my order and his reply was "Is that all that was wrong with your order"? I was truly taken back. Not only was my order inaccurate but the staff member was extremely rude and lacked quality customer service to say the least. She stated she would have the General Manager contact me the next day, of course that did not happen. This is my favorite and luckily local go-to Jersey Mike's. It's never way too busy. The staff is always super friendly and catering. The sandwiches always turn consistently well. Easily the best Jersey Mikes I have came across to date. The place is spotlessly clean and the 2 employees working the day I came in were beyond friendly. My sub was made exactly as I asked without the normal eye-roll I tend to get when making my sub. Look, I like my veggies. When I eat a sub I want my veggie ratio to double my bread and meat portion. Yes, I pretty much want a giant salad smashed in the middle of the protein and carbtastic bread. So when ordering a sub I always say "heavy on the veggies", with a emphasis on the HEEEEEEEEAAAAAAVY. 9 times outa 10 employees will usually throw 3 onion slices, 2 tomatoes and 3 more pickles on my sub. First timer. Ordered a tuna giant sub. I could hear the young man scraping the tuna salad container, when I saw the limited amount of tuna on the bread, I questioned it. The guy answered with an unpleasant smirk and said that's the amount it normally has. His name is John. He and his coworker appeared bothered by my question. The guy wrapped up my sandwich pretty aggressively. The other guy rang up my order in an unfriendly manner. I normally tip. But this time I refused to tip them. I really should of walked out. I called another location and asked what amount of tuna salad do they apply. I was told the sandwich should cover the bread and up to 1 inch thickness of tuna salad. This is not what I paid for. The sandwich looked like maybe 2 centimeters of tuna on it. He just smeared it like "applying a thin coat of butter." I paid $15.21 and the most expensive tuna sandwich I have ever bought. And, i don't usually go to jersey mikes for subs because the one closest to my house has the rudest,laziest workers. But I was out yesterday and my kids wanted sandwiches so I decided to stop at the Hall and Hayes Location. The guy who was there (Blake) was super helpful, courteous and polite. He was very patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted and gave me great suggestions. I know working with the public is hard but he does a great job!!! I have been here three times in the period of one week. Twice I got the number 13 Italian, once the Chicken parm. Personal preference, the chicken parm was not my favorite. The sauce was good but there was too much for my liking. I like that the chicken was real but it was dry and there was not enough. However, the number 13 is amazing! I could eat it every day. I get olive oil, spices, mayo, pickle, and lettuce on it. They put plenty of each. The meat is yummy and the cheese is good. My husband really likes their chipotle Philly steak. Subs are good per usual with jersey mikes. Customer service sucked. Made it seem like an inconvenience to make my subs. When I said I needed a second sub they asked me if I was serious. I'd understand the attitude if I came it right before closing but I came in at 6:30 and there were people in line behind me. We ordered a #17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly, a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and #20 Grilled Pastrami Reuben. All 3 were gross! I've been to Philly and enjoyed Pats. Jersey Mikes was god awful. The #17 &#43 tasted like old dried meat slapped with some cheese and a 3 strands of bell peppers the #43 yuck what sauce that wasn't sauce.
