I went into Arby's on Texoma Parkway in Sherman this evening and had a Chicken sandwich. It was amazing. It tasted great. And the people who work there are all so nice and they give great service. And the restaurant was very clean and relaxing to dine in. And they really have a lot of different things to choose from. read more

The half pound roast beef sandwich is beyond delicious! The employees are always nice and the prices for all sandwiches are reasonable. The only negative is their parking lot, the gigantic pot holes can damage your car. I would give 5 stars if it the parking lot and drive thru did not have gigantic pot holes. read more

Got a French dip and original #1. asked for Arby's sauce 3 times. THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever had at an Arby's. Both sandwiches were soggy I didn't even get a French dip they gave me something else. No Arby sauce either. Worst Arby's in Texas. read more

Wow, Arby's used to be my go to for big sandwiches. I got the giant roast beef, and it's HALF the size it used to be 5-10 years ago! Plus they no longer have potato cakes. Extremely disappointing especially for the prices. Crazy. read more

I enjoy Arby's food, but it seems their fast food chain has categorically taken a nose dive in quality over the past few years. Despite most food service places being of poor quality now days, Arby's doesn't seem to want to invest in upgrading their stores or equipment. They are either making loads of profit or are struggling as a company. Today's visit was yet other disappointment. Do better Arby's! read more

Food was cold and I did not get roast beef with my brisket order. Paid 7.00 for a piece of brisket snd cheese.

Wish i could give zero stars. Got to this arbys 10 min before closing and they weren't happy, said they pre closed and were out if things and that they were trying to get out if there. Food was all wrong. Went again 3 days later(today) hoping different crew but same lady, heavy set brown hair and think she recognized us because we waited a good 25 min for our food, got home missing items, no meat on one and worst if all a gross metal rod in another sandwich in which i will include a photo. Will never go to this arbys again. Only in town for our moms funeral and cant even get fast food without harassment from this store. read more

Wish I could give a zero! This Arby's should be shut down. This is the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. They had a asst mgr that has NEVER been in an Arby's or fast food restaurant in her life. She couldn't even figure out how to bag an order! Total chaos inside. I'm giving them a higher score than I'd care too but I'm hoping it was just they was busy and a one time thing... went through the drive through and soon as we pulled up we was being rushed to place our order on the spot..when we did order As we was trying to explain our simple changes (like add cheese) he was already rushing us through not listening so I would assume that's why my order was wrong... Just passing through to get to Dallas. Waited 40 mins for fast food. When we arrived, there was no one in the dine in part and only two people in the drive-thru. When we walked in, nobody seemed to even be preparing food. Two doordashers and 3 other parties came in after us and 3 of the 5 parties got their food before us. I want to commend the person that I think was the shift leader, because he helped us get our food faster than probably what was going to happen. The other people seemed new or was occupied catching up on other orders but it seemed like our order kept getting pushed back.. very unfortunate experience and I highly doubt we will be back to that location. read more

Love love Arby's. Delicious well made sandwiches. The curly fries are great , a little greasy at times. It's a hit or miss. The drive through is one of the quicker ones to go thru if you are In a hurry. read more

I don't normally expect much for a fast food place, but the Sherman Arbys is different. I started going to Arbys when I was pregnant with my third child. It was almost a daily trip for 4 months and many times after my baby was born so I know ALOT about this particular Arbys. Food: GREAT! It is always hot and fresh. I typically have to wait a few minutes on fries but its not long and its so that they are fresh. Worth the wait I think. Out of all the times I have went I cant remember one time when the food is not of good quality. Also, most of mine and my husband's orders are special orders (no this, extra that, etc) and only twice can I think that my order was wrong. To me this is almost amazing because almost always other fast food places mess it up. I don't eat roast beef but I am a huge fan of their chicken, ham, fries, and shakes. My husband says the roast beef is fantastic. Service: AGAIN GREAT! They are always smiling and extra friendly. There was a short time I could not have dairy due to my baby having an intolerance. When I asked about allergies the manager herself came out to help me and we went over a paper they had with all the information. She took extra time during the lunch rush to help me pick something. Also, they are very helpful! Along with my baby I have a 3 yr old and 4 yr old which can be hectic. They help me get my food to my table and even once helped me get my girls to the car. I recommend the Sherman Arbys to anyone! read more

Only gave one star because I had to. Only place I have ever been to that purposely tampered with our food to make someone sick. If you eat here whatever you do.....don't piss them off! FYI for the ones who work there....the person in our group that pissed you off, she didn't get the food you messed with. I did unfortunately, and I didn't do anything to deserve that.
