Disappointed. I walked in and there were no customer inside nor at drive thru so I expected it be attended by the young man who was at cashier when suddenly the manager told cashier to take care of drive thru, a car that had just arrived. To boot i had to wait 10 mins for the potato cakes I had ordered. When I asked if my order was coming out soon, because I noticed people came afterwards and left with their orders and was told that my order had been bumped. When asked to speak to that same manager all he said was sorry and quickly dismissed me because I told him my complaints. Awful service, inconsiderate manager and incompetent cashier. I wanted to try the new burger at Arby's so I went today and ordered the combo not paying any attention to the price. I ordered the regular size combo which included a medium Diet Coke and fries. The bill was $12.62 which seemed high for a fast food meal. I like Arby's and visit them frequently but I can't recommend the burger. It's advertised as Wagu beef, but it doesn't taste any different than any hamburger at any fast food restaurant. It's on a soft bun and nicely dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and a special sauce. It's an adequate hamburger w fresh ingredients but not that much better than a $4,00 burger. I will continue to order the roast beef but suggest you not waste money on their new special burger. read more

Never again, they advertise the hamburger from nickelodeon. I went there at 2 PM around 2:30 PM, 3:45 PM. I had excruciating abdominal pains cramps and pain. II've been on the toilet since 3 o'clock it's now 5 o'clock nausea vomiting, abdominal pain. And diarrhea I don't know if it was the hamburger sauce or what but I would never go back there again sorry Arby's you lost me as a customer never again I don't know if the Crew was playing around as I sat and ate they talks so loud a could not njoy myself. Stay away from this location! They leave the food sitting out all day. Very stale. Been coming to this location regularly until today. You can't mess up multiple items. When the chicken tenders and the fries are so stale and dry you can't break a tender into two pieces they should throw it away. Like it's been sitting there since they opened and got super dried out from sitting under the heat all day long. If you don't want to get sick, go somewhere where the manager cares about food safety and won't allow staff to do this. I've had many nightmares like all of us had with eating out. Never seen food so dry. They forgot the straws. That's fine. They forgot the marinara for the mozzarella sticks that's also fine because the sticks are stale. This place is a mess. Managers need to do a better job leading the staff. Training them to make people sick with old food is unethical. read more

Heh, I'm reviewing Arby's. I should clarify though that I am SPECIFICALLY reviewing the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger sold for a limited time for approximately $6.00. I should also clarify I'm docking a star from the overall review because they charged me for the version that has bacon on it. No bacon, no star. I had previously read that Arby's entry into the burger rankings was, while fairly marginally related to "Wagyu" or "steakhouse" did in fact meet the requirements to be called a "burger". One article in particular said that for a $6.00 burger it was more comparable to the $16 restaurant variety than the Mcdonaldses or the Burger Kings. So is that actually the case? If it is I pity that writer's choice in restaurants. I would say that the Arby's burger finds itself closer to the realm of the Five Guys burger than anything else I can think of. The real takeaway though is that the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is the only thing I've ever ordered from Arby's that I've also finished, so there is that. read more

I must say that I am very displeased with the outcome of my last food purchase at Arby's at Belvedere Rd. I showed the new manager my sandwich and he said he was sure there's 3 ounces of meat on my order. I laughed of course because clearly my sandwich doesn't resemble the advertised picture nor a 3 ounce Beef, Bacon & Brisket $7..29 sandwich. This long-forgotten staple of the 90's doesn't get much love anymore, but they are still doing the same thing and doing it well. The roast beef sandwiches haven't changed and they rotate in new items like King's Hawaiian sweet roll bread and dessert items (the chocolate turnovers are awesome!). The reason I can't give this place a higher score is that their prices have increased dramatically. It's like $8.50 for a large roast beef with small drink & fries combo. The only time I can go is if I have a coupon from Boynton Saver or one of their franchise coupon sheets. The coupons can save you 50%-75% or more off the price. If you don't have one when you go, just ask them for a coupon sheet after you get your meal, sometimes they will have one behind the counter. Right now there is a ceiling leak with buckets all over the floor catching dripping water. It seems like there is always a structural problem when I go. Love this place! Fast service, good food, and the staff are very friendly. Always try different meals when we come and have never been disappointed. I recommend the grand turkey club sandwich as well as the roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. Their seasonal shake selections are interesting. Awful experience! Long drive through wait with only one car ahead of me. They tried to charge me $13.00 for two sliders and onion rings. When I asked why my sandwiches and not meals were so expensive I was told she doesn't make the prices. I then said I would just come in because the woman was clearly confused on the order. Then a manager got on the phone and told me my order was just $4.68 which seems still high but more reasonable. I knew I should've just drove off. After a five minute wait, I received my order. It was wrong, I was so hungry I decided to just eat it. Against my better judgment. I felt sick instantly. About 30 minutes later I was throwing up in a Parking lot. Don't go here! I'm hoping I don't have food poisoning. read more

Worst arbys I ever been to, dirty floors broken tiles on the wall and the bathrooms where horrible. Spoke to a guy who said his name was jason and had a bad attitude about him. When I got my order (beef and cheddar with large fries) the roast beef looked like a cow tongue because of how thick it was and my fries where covered in some sort of black substance I can only assume is crap from the fryer. Will never eat at this location again. read more

Stopped by here twice while on a short vacation. First time was meh & I thought expensive for 2 not so big sandwiches. Girl @ drive thru gave me some coupons so I thought why not go back for a quick bargain dinner. Glad I did because I went in the second time, instead of drive thru & got 2 huge French dips for $6, had to wait for fresh curly fries but they were crispy & fresh & a large portion, deliciousness! I recommend dining inside because the difference was night & day in regard to freshness & portion size. Wish there was one locally. read more

Have not been to Arby's in years. Use to get the 5 for $5 roast beef sandwich. Plain and simple and good. This location is worse then any McDonald's. Ordered new smokehouse brisket sandwich and it was just nasty. Meat was dried up on the edges to the point of being crispy and lukewarm at best. Received one wrong sandwich which was for my child so she wasn't happy. Ice tea is suppose to have ice in it, you would think the name ice tea might help the moron making it get it right. Only car in drive threw was me. After sitting at the window long enough Manager (she) gets up off her lazy butt to figure out what is taking so long. The answer would be the fat pig eating food in plain sight of customers as she fills some poor fool who walked in for service. The other employee forgets my drinks and closes drive in window making me to honk my horn. I personally didn't know people could be this fkn stupid or ignorant I'll let you choose which. Will contact corporate to let them know the night crew is just plain incompetent. Its a wonder how they let 3 clueless people run their business into the ground. Will never go back! Yo many good restaurants out there to deal with piss poor food and crappy service. read more

As I drove around to the first window, I noticed that the car in front of me did not stop at the window, but proceeded to pull up to the second window, which is usually for pick up. I waited at the first window where payment is made for a few minutes and realized that no employee was approaching the window, so I assumed maybe they were taking payment and giving out the food at the same window this morning. As I approached the second window where you would pick up food there was a female employee standing there giving me a very nasty look. I was handing her my credit card and stated that I was paying for my order and she again rolled her eyes and told me I needed to go back. Very confused I asked her: "you want me to back up in the drive-thru?" ... I was apprehensive about this because again, it's early in the morning and the drive-thru was just busy. She motioned with her hands for me to back up, which I did, and as I sat the first payment window once again, no employee could be found. I began to blow my horn, which continued to be ignored (At this point I was about to be late for work for a single hands-brown ABSURD!). An employee did not come to the window until a line began to form behind me from people who had just placed orders at the call box. Again, I am handing my card to the employee to make payment and they are looking at me confused. She asked me what my order was AGAIN and I told her that I had ordered one hash brown already at the call box and had pulled back to pay for that hash brown. She took my payment and I proceeded to the second pick up window again. She shoves a bag out the window at me, (which was still the wrong order). To my luck there was a hash-brown in the bag so I just pulled off to avoid further confrontation. I got their "scoop" of Kelli -- which is chicken salad with almonds and cranberries. It is slightly sweet and the nuts add crunch. It comes with wheat crackers and a yummy iced cookie for dessert. You have your choice of sides. I got their Mac n cheese -- served hot -- which was okay, but did not pair that well with a cold "salad". Next time I'd get their pasta salad, I think. A gal stopped by to clear our table and was nice enough to get me a lid/cover for my Mac n cheese container (taking it home for later consumption) as well as a bag. My husband had a similar meal but enjoyed the grape salad as his side. Just as a note, the ladies room was spotless and had some of the cutest signs displayed on the walls. We will definitely return here. Just wish there were some closer locations on the east side.

We have had lunch at one of their other locations and it was great. This location is exemplary of the consistent quality and freshness of the food and the fantastic customer service. I had the Cranberry Scoop with a side of Grape salad. My chicken salad was delicious as well as my favorite Grape salad. The large lot in this plaza is very busy. It was a good portion of food but the flavors were pretty mild. The prices are fairly reasonable for a pita, a you can upgrade to a combo for $5. That includes either a side salad or fries and a drink.

I don't know how this location stays open. When you walk…read morein, there is no acknowledgment from any of the staff. They continue doing whatever they may be doing. It forces you to go order at the kiosk. Not everyone pays with card. This has not happened just once. This is a reoccurring event. If this doesn't change, I will not go back.
