Arby's offers online deals including a 25% off coupon which made us want to visit for lunch. We placed our order for pickup and it was ready for us when we arrived. For a family of 5 we had a lot of food and sometimes there can be things left out or made wrong with fast food. Our order was completed with no issues. Total cost was around $35 dollars which is not bad for all we ordered. The food was hot and fresh. We all enjoyed the well seasoned curly fries and sandwiches. We ate our pickup order in the dining room. It was fairly clean. The remodel outside and inside looked good, very modern. Sadly, our food looked and smelled so good we dove right into eating and didn't get any pictures. Arby's is not close to home for us so we don't visit often, but the food was so good I'm thinking we will want to come back soon. read more

This was our first visit to this Arby's location and it went like this...Nothing really spectacular about this location but at least the food was served quick, fast and tasty...We have been craving Arby's for a while, the beef sandwich is always good and nostalgic to our taste-buds...So this visit was just as good as we remember the food to be...The room was clean, friendly service an enjoyable meal all around...Give this location a try and forget the location on West Henrietta Rd unless diarrhea is something you desire to achieve. read more

Okay here's the deal the brisket sandwich is 5 stars if it's made fresh and hot. The main issue I have is that I it's not consistent. For their price point everything should be made fresh. The staff is always willing to correct quality issues, but that can be hindering especially if you're on a time crunch. The bathroom facilities were clean and stocked. While Arby's has made several changes over the years, they still peddle their reconstituted beef sandwiches made with what they call "roast beef". This miracle of science still sells, which amazes me. Why, you may ask me, do I still go there? My wife LOVES their Reuben sandwiches & curly fries. She digs em a lot. Me, not so much. So, whenever she has a hankerin' for an Arby's Reuben Sandwich I'm more than happy to swing by this clean & well kept franchise to pick one up. I enjoy Arby's but they don't have many available anymore. I usually go to the one on Monroe Ave. I've never been inside this one before but have used the drive thru. I got my Grand turkey club sandwich. I got the meal deal so had Curley fries and large drink. My food was good as it always is but there was a line so it was slower than usual today. This location is also weird to get into unless you realize there is a narrow alley looking driveway to use to come in and leave by. It's narrow so if someone's coming in you have to wait to get out. Just a weird location road wise since meridians have been put on Monroe Ave. read more

To be frank I don't go to any Arby's on the regular so.. no joke we had coupons so. The food is pretty standard.. all roast beef sandwiches all the time. They now do other things like chicken, gyros & etc. I got a classic roast beef sandwich and mozzarella sticks. (it was pretty good) The beef is basically like lunch meat or something. My husband got the beef and cheddar so. The inside of this place is pretty clean and the staff here at the check out good. It's on the other side of Monroe if your coming from the other way you will have to drive to do a turnaround. It is what it is.. if you need your Arby's party on.. we should have gone to Tom Wahls down the street. They have their own parking lot. That's all I got read more

the past couple times i've been going to arby's they have been so ungodly slow with the drive through. i waited about 20 minutes just for the car ahead of me to get their food. i always waited 20 mins and the person after me. and the person after that. it does NOT take 20 mins to fill up a root beer and one order of curly fries. this time i went through the workers were fighting with each other, yelling and swearing and everyone could hear. the workers don't do there job, their slow and rude to each other. terrible. read more

It is hard to give a place like Arby's a review because they are almost all the same but the manager was so very kind that this Arby's gets a great review. I came here to grab something quick and easy to eat before getting on the road for a trip. I used the the drive thru to order. It was easy to hear the staff member and they understood me well. It was very easy to order. I always get the same thing so I didn't need to peruse the menu. I was told that unfortunately there were not any chicken tenders cooked and they will have to cook them fresh for me. I said it was okay, it is hard to be angry when they are cooking something fresh for you. The manager apologized over and over and I let her know it was okay. When my food was finally finished I got it and was on my way. Once I started to eat my meal, I realized the manager gave me extras of both curly fries and tenders! I was super excited because I was able to split the meal in half and eat more later. Overall, I have never had any problems with this location. It is located in a great spot and everyone is friendly. Such terrible customer service. First to place an order I waited a few minutes when the restaurant was not busy at all. I'm not unreasonable so I didn't think much of it. When I drove up to pay I waited for several minutes at the first window to pick up my food and no one came to the window. I drove back around and said that I had been waiting and no one came to the window. I was told "yeah I know I'm busy making orders". When I was finally given my food I went to say thank you and had the drive thru windows closed mid sentence. Needless to say I won't be coming back here. read more

I like this Arby's because its the only one within city limits that I can walk to , AND, they actually have all of those deliciious Arby's condiments you know and love. Break it down like this... get that original roast beef, add that Horsey sauce, BOOM, then a littel ketchup on top of that, BOOM, and finish it off with either the 3 Pepper sauce of that famous Arby's sauce. This is my favorite Arbys in Rochester. The food is presented well, the service is always genuine and friendly, and the dining room is spic and span. The curly fries are also in great shape, not too greasy, and not broken up into little dry pieces like a lot of other Arbys restaurants.
