(I'm sure there must be one but it is not obvious and will regularly be blocked by vehicles). I appreciate that the restrooms are available for travelers. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. My dine-in order came out quickly and correctly. I got burgers and fries, and they tasted exactly like I expect a McD burger and fries to taste. Soda and water were the only drink options, no tea today. Atmosphere - it's a typical corporate McD's, completely soul-less with very 1984 vibe (the book, not the year). There are self-order kiosks if you don't want to interact with any humans. Let's face it, nobody comes here for the atmosphere anymore. Fortunately there is still an actual register too. The cashier was quick, friendly, and helpful, and she is the reason for the third star.

The other employees were nice, but this one woman was just a very rude employee. In addition I ordered a meatball sub which had one meatball so burnt it tasted like charcoal. I had read that their new…read morecrispy chicken sandwich was very good and thought I would give it another try since the first one I had didn't seem crispy at all. In fact it didn't seem like the sandwich for which the reviews had been written. They were rather busy with a dozen people waiting for their food. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and they were ready in about twelve minutes, a bit longer than most fast food establishments. The sandwiches come in a foil pouch and were warm when I ate them. As I bit into the first sandwich it was difficult to avoid the spicy sauce dripping out as it was bathed in sauce. The sandwich was not at all crispy, was much more mushy. I would rate it a c- at best. It was very similar to the first sandwich I had tried some time ago, so it was the norm rather than a fluke. Needless to say I have no desire to ever have another.

Once we walked up to the counter, though, hospitality left much to be desired. I do not like giving bad reviews, and I understand that running a business is tough, but this was an eyebrow-raising experience. We were left standing at the counter for several minutes unacknowledged, despite the fact that there were two people behind the counter. No one even said "we'll be right with you." Once the woman behind the counter finally was able to help us, her entire demeanor said we were inconveniencing her. We ordered the chicken pesto panini, a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, a blackberry lemonade refresher, and a turkey club. We did not receive a receipt and the girl walked away from the register before the transaction was even finished processing. We sat in the dining area and waited for twenty minutes. A member of our party went to politely check the status of our food since we had been waiting for some time for sandwiches. She was informed that the restaurant next door "got busy." Assumably they are sharing a kitchen? I'm not entirely sure what that meant. When we eventually received our order, the same girl who took our order brought our food. She brought out a box of napkins and silverware and threw them on the table. The food was nothing particularly special. The pesto chicken was so dry it was actually hard. The turkey club ended up just being a turkey sandwich with no bacon. The blackberry lemonade refresher tasted like sour mix. I was very disappointed in this place that I was hoping to really like. I will not go back and I will not recommend it to anyone. If a business would like to acquire patronage and keep people returning, the staff might want to treat customers like they actually want them there in the first place.
