So much to say about this location... positive stuff! . I'm a big fan of fast food fish sandwiches so I had check out Arby's fish sammish! I chose the crispy versus the deluxe. The deluxe has tomatoes it looks like. This order come with a small fries. Without a drink it's $5.41!!! In today's market economically this is a great deal. Let's see how it tastes. Unpacking it's not aesthetically pretty but the taste is very good. Thank goodness! First bite... very soft sesame bun. Not soggy, fresh. Lettuce is fresh, good coloring, tarter sauce is good. Got an extra container just in case... okay I like dipping my fries in the tater sauce. The fish was crispy, as advertised but what I liked most is the firmness of the fish and the flavor wasn't "fishy"... Overall I give Arby's fish sandwich a 4 out of 5 because food should look good. It matters but it was very satisfying. They have curly and crinkle fries. I selected crinkle. They were okay. Crispy. Crispy is good for fries. Soggy not so much. The reason I'm giving a 5 star is because the gentleman that took my order was very service oriented and incredibly polite. The previous visit I had impeccable service as well. I don't usually write reviews but since my last visit here I felt it deserved one. Can't go through the drive through because my truck is too big. Not a big deal. I go inside to order and the man taking my order doesn't speak any English. Doesn't understand anything I'm trying to tell him. I didn't want a combo meal. I want it to go not to stay. You get the point. The manager finally comes over to help finish up my order and I pay. Wait time was quite fast not bad at all. I get my food and I'm on my way. Once I go to eat, I realize my order is completely wrong. In conclusion I was not impressed. read more

I accidentally ordered online per the Arby's app from this location. There is no way to cancel the order via the app. The app gives the phone number for this location as 801-445-9300 but no one answered the phone after several attempts. I called the next day trying to get the charges reversed since I couldn't cancel the order without them answering their phone. They still don't answer. read more

I have always liked Arby's, but die the random occasion that I have stopped by an Arby's there seems to be inconsistencies with the food and the quality. This time I stopped by because I guess I'm a pushover for advertising and their fish sandwich has looked so good for a couple of weeks now that I headed there to try their fish let's just say I think they should stick with roast beef. The fish itself was quite good. Definitely messy with the shredded lettuce, but the tartar sauce is what kind of makes a good fish sandwich or wedge of lemons But this-- the tartar sauce wasn't anything I recognized as being tartar sauce, it just did not taste good at all. Plus my other guilty habit is loving the curly fries however, for being a medium, I think I got the bottom of the barrel for the whole day I should've returned, but I had already driven away. Can't decide if I'll be brave enough to have a next time but I sure love the fries when they're nice and hot whole Curls an fries should be served Hot and for sure hot, not re-heated or under the hot lights for several hours! If you ever find yourself craving Arby's, you probably forgot about your last experience because it has been so long since your last craving... but stick to the cheap sandwiches and sliders, the more expensive sandwiches will disappoint you once again and cost twice as much.. also, don't be in a hurry. read more

Arby's is one of those places that I don't generally frequent partially because their signature items such as their Roast Beef sandwiches just have never done it for me for some reason. However, those that do enjoy Arby's do know I have a weakness with the chain and on the right day the lure of a Chicken Bacon & Swiss Burger with Curly Fries and Arby's Sauce can get the better of me. I do have to admit, in general I find their breaded chicken items to be pretty good. In fact, this particular Arby's sometimes gets my custom when I crave a quick chicken snack on a weekend since my favorite chicken based fast food chain is closed on Sunday's. In this regard I have also come to enjoy their Chicken Tenders also. read more

DEFINITELY A GOOD ARBYS LOCATION! I'm not typically an Arby's person... not that I do t like them- I just don't eat a lot of fast food and when I do it's not usually Arby's. However- today I needed a quick lunch in the area I was in and the line for my first choice was too long so I decided a gyro at Arby's sounded good. This location was quick at the drive through and friendly. They suggested a few upsales but it was seamless. The guy that met us was professional and friendly. And the gyro was really good! Next time I'll ask for more Greek sauce but that's cuz I love that stuff and want more! All in all it was a pleasant experience! read more

As far as the food goes this is standard Arby's food. I love the Chicken Cordon bleu and jalepeno poppers with bronco berry sauce. Even though there were only two other customers in the restaurant and 4 employees the restaurant was not clean. There was food on the floor and the wall by the soda fountain was so sticky it appeared to have not been cleaned for quite a long time. My food was made quickly and the staff was nice. read more

I love Arby's. Plain and simple! I go to the 2 different Riverton locations and there always pretty good! I always get a regular roast beef and add cheddar. I loooove the cherry turnover. It's been on the older / cold side sometimes but still tasty. The fries lately have been making me feel over full so I skip them sometimes. There sliders are PERFECT little sandwiches for my 5 & 2 year - old they love them. I haven't had a messed up order for a very long time so I'm happy about that! They always honor my coupons as well. This location recently went through a complete remodel and still continues to disappoint. Every time we go there, the service is extremely slow and the employees are severely lacking in customer service. Even at fast food places you should be greeted promptly and courteously. I expect something like, "Welcome to Arby's" or "How are you today?" A simple, pleasant greeting speaks volumes. On this particular evening I ordered two combos, nothing special or tricky. The place wasn't busy at all yet we waited more than 15-minutes while employees stood around, joked with each other and then made jokes at one the other employees when his girlfriend came in to talk to him. It appears to me that there's no leadership or discipline. It was complete chaos. This is the 3rd visit with the same result. I figured that maybe a fresh remodel of the location would bring a better experience from the employees but in the end, it wasn't to be. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Fortunately, I've got at least 2 other locations within in the same driving distance from home. read more
