We go here about once a week, the "kid" at the front counter, turns out is the manager, he does an excellent job and even cleaned some tables in between customers. The food was delicious. read more

They offer 2 for $6.00. You can pick from either a roast beef sandwich or a fish sandwich. What is strange is that the Hawaiian fish sandwich is $5.59. The only difference in the two fish sandwiches is the Hawaiian has a Kings Hawaiian bun and a tomato. Not worth the $2.59 mark up. read more

This Arby is going downhill fast. Always getting order wrong , fries are nasty, and most of all ripping patrons off. Ask for a half pound they give you single but make sure they get their money. Management needs to do better. read more

My favorite fast food when traveling ask my husband is gets burnt out but I love it especially the poppers

We've been seeing the "we've got the meat" commercials and the wife and I've been wanting to try this restaurant. Today she made the drive to pick up lunch for us. When she went to the drive through she had to ask several times what the lady was saying. At the window another car was in front of her - she noticed the passenger get out of the car to see was anyone working- this after a long wait. When she got to the window she noticed someone had thrown their entire order, drinks and all at the window. That should've been a clue. Anyway she got our order and came home. She couldn't even eat her "fish & chips" because it was too cold. The sandwich she got me was not what she ordered but I tried to eat it. I can't eat spicy anymore so after a few bites I threw it away. So now we can scratch Arbys off the list of fast foods we thought we could enjoy. The service was awful and left us wondering did they do it because she very kindly asked the lady to repeat what she was saying. We also learned they do not really have the meat. Supposed to be open til 10p, doors locked at 8 on a tuesday (11/8), staff inside clearly not wanting the lobby to be open. At least 4 employees working inside. gave us dirty looks when we tried to open the door. would give zero stars if i could. read more

This is a new Store, but its pretty obvious that the management nor the staff have a clue on how to get orders out. Have been there twice, each tme over 30 minutes to wait to get a sandwich. No food comes out of the back , but the money flows pretty fast in the front. I was not the only one waiting, the line was a snake line. Lots of people in there but no one is actually doing anything, lots of movement but nothing gets done. Unless this place changes I don't see how it will stay in operation. The canisters of sauce at the condiment station were empty and no one seemed to care. Seriously this place is run by keystone cop impersonators. Wont be going back any time soon. I give a place at least 3 try's before I throw in the towel. Tonight I threw in the towel on this store. I really like their #5 Fried Chicken with bacon and swiss and all three times it was COLD! COLD, COLD, COLD! Even the cheese was not melted, the bacon was like processed. It was awful! I had my husband take the sandwich up to the counter twice to have it heated and 2X it came back cold. How hard can it be to provided HOT food? I finally gave them back the food and left. We eat out a lot and I have had a few bad experiences, but nothing like tonight at Arby's. I won't go to this store again. We drove to Culver's and I had a wonderful HOT chicken sandwich. Thank you Culver's! read more

I have been eating at Arby's for 30 years. I have never had a worse meal than the one I had here at this location. I got a beef and cheddar and fries. The sandwich was cold and tasted nasty! I was throwing up well into the night. Makes me never want to go back. Didn't even want to give one star. read more

I must say I'm a bit disappointed with the food and service. I went to the PO Arby's last week and again tonight. Last week the soda was pure bubbles an no syrup. And the Greek gyro I got was very skimpy on the the fixin's. Today I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru. And though I'm 5 minutes away my food was cold. I guess I will be visiting the one in South Daytona until they get the bugs worked out. South Daytona is 15 minutes away and my food is always hot when I get home. read more

I just ordered a roast beef sandwich and when I did asked the guy on speaker if it came with any sauce. He said they had packets. I said "please put me a couple in with it then," I didn't bother to look when I got the to go sandwich. I drive back to Edgewater, get home, look in bag and there is NONE. Kinda far to go back. I went to Arby's for supper yesterday. I looked at the Port Orange site, which is a brand new store. I clicked on "menu" and saw the triple decker roast beef club and decided that's what I wanted. I went to the drive through and ordered it, and was told they do not have such a sandwich. I told them I had just looked up their menu before leaving the house, and we live less than 2 miles from there. She said maybe it's a sandwich they used to sell, but don't anymore. I asked, "how can that be? You are a brand new store?" She said she was sorry, did I want something else? So I ordered the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar. When I got home I was disgusted with the small size. I weigh 185 so I am not an over-eater, but like a good size sandwich. I would bet this wasn't even a 1/4 pound. If you decide to go to this store here in FL, don't look at the on-line menu, because they do not have what they advertise on their website menu. Arby's used to be my favorite fast food. read more

For starters I needed to use the restroom and the woman's room smelled like urine. This is a brand new fully built, not remodeled building. How can the bathroom reek so soon? Now to the food. I have gone during the early lunch time (11-2) and ordered the classic roast beef on a slider bun. It was overflowing with roast beef. Supposedly the classic has 3oz on it. Since Arby's is on the expensive side of fast food restaurants with no value meals, today we decided to go for the one special they offer from 2-5 pm, the $1 sliders, drinks and/or fries. We ordered two sliders each. Combining the beef onto one slider bun they appeared to be half of what I got when I ordered the classic roast beef on the slider bun. I asked on my way out how many ounces were on the slider and was told 1.5 ounces. I reaffirmed that the classic had 3 ounces. So unfortunately I don't travel with a scale, but I and my friend both thought that what we should have received, a total of 3 ounces to put on one of the slider rolls seemed woefully under what we normally get when we pay $12 at the earlier lunch. If I go back again, I will bring a scale. The roast beef tastes good. The curly fries, I threw away as they were cold and I didn't care for the taste. read more
