Ive been to many restaurants but the meat has never met my expectations... but Arby's, ARBYS, nothing is ever gonna match. As soon as my eyes layed upon the half pound roast beef sandwich... i ejaculated INSTANTLY. read more

I've come here a couple times while doing errands on the turnpike. Drive thru quick lunch. The food has always been well prepared. I mean it's fast food. I'm not expecting amazing gourmet food. I will say though that the turkey bacon ranch sandwich I had was very good. I also have enjoyed the chicken salad and Reuben's in the past. The staff has always been pleasant and the service quick. read more

Arby's - Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Newington, Connecticut

Surprisingly, It was my first time at Arby's. Walking in it reminded me of an old Roy Roger's. Old decor, and a little outdated. I just stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken club wrap. It was actually pretty good and a good size, too. It had cut up crispy chicken, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, bacon, cheese, and honey mustard sauce. It came out in a timely matter, and the staff was nice. I'll be back to try the famous roast beef one day! read more

This place is a Joke! Drive thru always a 10-15+ minute wait even if you're the first or second car! Then servers NOT friendly or have an attitude, then the food comes sandwiches VERY Sloppy never neat or clean!!!! My Family will NEVER go there AGAIN! I don't know how they stay in business!!!:( read more

The food was great but grubhub sucks. They never delivered my food after picking it up taking my celery cost and their tip. Recommend Arby's because they remade my food no questions asked after I had to drive 20 mins out to get it read more

My family was excited to go for lunch since we haven't been in a while, unfortunately we threw out our sandwiches. The sauce and rolls were fine but the meat was NOT good. The meat was not at all what we have had in the past where it was super thinly sliced. They were thick slices and only 3 included. I was so disgusted and disappointed. We will not be going back. I was generous with the 2 star rating because the curly fries are great. read more

Arby's - Roast beef and cheddar - Fast Food Near Me - Newington, Connecticut

I took out lunch from this place. Food was reasonably priced and decent. I went for a spicy prime rib cheesesteak and gyro. Both were good. During lunch hours small shake had a deal. So went for jamocha and vanilla shakes. Both were ok. read more

3 1/2 stars really ! I have no problems when I order thru the drive-thru here with them . The food is better then most fast food chains around. They employees are nice and they know how to get your order right the first time. Today I went out my comfort zone and went with a beef gyro meal with curly fries and I was skeptical at first ,but it turns out it was pretty good . Packed with meat, lettuce, tomato & red onions . The curly fries were delish nicely cooked . I did order a small white cheddar Mac n cheese ,but it wasn't tasty to me at all . I usually devour that type ,but this had no flavor and thick sauce made it a No for Me. I've tried many of their items . They have great shake flavors and under 2 buck sliders to fill your belly. Overall ,I do recommend you try them today ! read more

I ordered a delivery, 4 different sandwiches, i've had arby's before but this time the food was absolutely disgusting! The flavor was so off, the presentation was horrible too, ofc I didnt have high expectations bc is Arby's but it was outrageous, it was repulsive. read more

I always have issues here and end up driving away before I pay, typically. They have the slowest, worst service ever at this Arby's. Seriously. Ordered curly fries yesterday - just curly fries - and had to pull around the side and wait for just some of their most in demand product. HOW do you run out of curly fries? What makes this all worse is the fact that it wasn't oh so sorry you have to wait. What, were they hand peeling the potatoes? Would have driven away this time too if it hadn't been for the fact I'd already gone and paid. read more

Arby's - Fast Food Near Me - Newington, Connecticut

I generally avoid fast food chains and Arby's is one of the chains I always avoid based on a prior experience. My wife and I recently decided to give this recently opened Arby's a try after receiving coupons in a flyer. We each ordered a French dip with cheese at the counter. I have eaten my fair share of roast beef and, while this beef may have been roasted. it tasted nothing like any roast beef I have ever consumed, absent my past experience at another Arby's and this my friend is not a positive. The cheese on the sandwich proved to be minimal while the au jus was excessively salty. On the positive side the dining room is clean, the employees were nice and our diet vanilla coke quite refreshing. read more

the food was nasty . I asked for a lemonade and they gave me a kids size and wouldn't fix. the fish was nasty and the help was awful. 4 people after me was not happy either. will not go back read more

My wife and I went to Arby's the other night and I used to go to Arby's back 3 years ago once a week because they had the best fish sandwich and the best deals on meals of any place that you could go to a fast food restaurant last night was like the worst food I've ever had in my life on top of the staff was very rude gave us the wrong food then when they were supposed to give us the right food it was still the wrong kind of food and everything was ice cold uncooked roast beef unmelted cheese a chicken sandwich that's supposed to be a chicken breast with chicken tenders in it and everything was horrible I wouldn't eat there again if you put a gun against my head. read more

Food use to be good came here food was really bad the buffalo chicken worse sandwich I get it from other Arby's is good this location horrible bread all hard ... chicken hard with some buffola spice not even deeped I wold not recommend this place Buffola sandwich with bearly any buffola sauce read more

My husband loves Arby's roast beef sandwiches. He won't get them Anywhere but here. If we are ever near one that's where we have to do lunch. I like the turkey sandwich. We always do them in PA as to find one in CT is difficult. There is one in the Hartford area. We have gone here a few times. Was wheelchair accessible also a plus for us. read more

No thank you! The commercials definitely do it no justice because my expectations were set TOO HIGH. The food was not warm, it was not tasty, the bread was semi-hard. Overall I do not plan to be returning any time soon! read more

I am not a big fast food person, but when time is of the essence, I often go to a drive-thru. I live close to the Berlin Turnpike, and it's occurred to me that over the past year, this particular Arby's has consistently gotten my order right and has also repeatedly had exceptionally friendly service....I certainly cannot say the same for the bulk of other fast food chains on the turnpike. We were assisted tonight at the drive-thru by Kyle - he was cheerful even though it was a cold night and there was a line of cars. The food was ready within minutes and Kyle helped us pick the right sauces for our order. The line moved quickly, per usual, and the food was hot and hit the spot. This pretty much sums up why we choose this Arby's over other chains in the area whenever we opt for fast food. Please keep it up because it's nice to have a favorite spot! read more

Good food and good service. Recommend the Jamocha shake and any roast beef. Yes I know it's not "deli" roast beef. I go into Arby's not expecting it to be. But it's GOOD. Extra points to the staff for understanding my son's order from the "secret menu" when most places give you nothing but a confused look. And yes, my son ordered the "Meat Mountain"! read more

I think this place was just very basic! It wasn't what I was expecting at all! I looked at the commercials and I must say the sandwiches are better there! The taste was just blah and the customer service was horrible. My first time there I was so confused and felt rush. I wouldn't go again. read more

Dunno what some of these other reviewers are going on about. :/ The food is warm and delicious and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly. High in salt and sometimes greasy? You do know you're at an ARBY'S, right? Could the in-store service sometimes be faster? Sure, okay, sometimes; it's certainly no worse than every other fast food place I've been to in CT. I have never gone in here and found the place to be dirty, much less "very dirty". Sauces are always available upon request. I often reheat food because I get takeout and it always turns out just fine. As for "the meats", well, a certain "savage critic" below really should stop posting stuff on the Internet because the meats in question are tasty AF. Haters... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

The fries are not good. I went to this restaurant a year before COVID started and the food was horrible. The curly fries didn't have any flavor in it compared to Jack in the Box curly fries. I was very upset when they did not have any flavor read more

I have been going to Arby's since I was a little kid. It was a special treat when we were kids to go to an Arby's (we had to drive almost 30 minutes to get there). As an adult, I do not go frequently, but when I am ready for that treat, Arby's is my place. This location is spacious. Lots of parking and lots of seating. The service was excellent and the food tasted exactly what I needed for a treat. read more

Dear Arby's, please come to Rhode Island! It's not fair we cant have the best curly fries and amazingly scrumptious roast beed sandwiches whenever we want! The bread is always fresh and the roast beef sandwich comes out just the right temperature... read more

A round of applause for Arby's. This update is long overdue. Arby's quickly sent me a coupon for a free value meal for my troubles. And ever since the incident I reported, I haven't seen the swindling man in question, nor have there been any issues regarding incorrect pricing or change at the drive thru. Yay, complaining to corporate works! read more

Five minutes just to order. About the same to get my meal with cold soggy potato cakr. No ice at the fountain and in front of soda fountain it was literally so gross and sticky it was like walking on fly paper. More meat outside the bun than in. Even if you are busy how hard is it to aim for a bun with a piece of roast bee? Who knows how filthy the back is if the front is this gross. Not worth it. read more

I've never had a issue with this place. Call me crazy but I don't consider arbys fast food. Mostly cold cut not greasy burgers! They have the best drive thru bacon on the planet. There mozz sticks are better than most Italian places. Warm roast beef, corned beef, brisket, and many more options for a great meal !! I always grab there horsey sauce for my sandwiches. Sorta of a mayo horseradish mix.... 5 stars!! Oh. And seasoned curly fries and great onion rings as well..... I need to stop I'm gettin hungry.... read more

I went to Arby's because I had a coupon for 4 free mozzarella sticks if you bought a reuben. I went through the drive thru and told them about the coupon and placed the order. When I got to the window the woman said it was$10 and change. I told her it couldn't be that much and explained the coupon again. she closed the window and took about 5 minutes trying to ring it up on the register. When she opens the window she handed me a large soda and said "You're all set." I had to tell her that I didn't order a drink and repeat my order again. After another 5 minutes I got my order and it was correct. I am usually happy with food I get from this Arby's but the sandwich was terrible. It was soggy, greasy and the meat was full of fat. The mozzarella sticks were fine. The clerk was very distracted. When I got home I tried to take the on line survey and I couldn't because my receipt didn't have a unit number. I usually have a good experience at this Arby's but the last 2 or 3 times haven't been great. read more

This place is very mediocre, the food was not hot and the restaurant was very dirty. I ordered for a Reuben and my partner had a fire roasted philly burger. My sandwich was ok and nothing special to mention. Since we ordered for a meal we got the curly fries along with it. The fries were cold and lacked flavor. The lady who took our order was good. read more

Arbys is the best. The combination of sliced roast beef on plain bread combined with a not so pocket friendly fast food pricing somehow creates culinary bliss for closet chubsters like myself. If you go there, you know what youre in for. Leave the dinner jacket and tie clip at home, skip the valet parking and order a roast beef sandwich with your choice of sauce. I enjoy the horsey aioli and arby's signature sweet bbq reduction Lather, RInse, Repeat. You can thank me later. Note: I cant attest to anything but the plain roast beef or occasional beef n cheddar. As they say, if it aint broke....get the roast beef. read more

Reviewing 5 stars in comparison to other Arby's, not necessarily in comparison to other restaurants. If you want Arby's, this one is great. Friendly, clean, quick enough. Food was made well. Would definitely come again. read more

Today was my first time having Arby's and this place definitely took care of me! Their customer service was awesome and the food was soo fresh and as good it looked in the pic at the drive thru! I will definitely be making weekly visits to this location read more

Horrible! The Sandwiches are SOAKED in grease and the fries are burned so bad, the garbage man wouldn't take it away. The drinks were warm, they were out of coca cola, Sprite and Ice! WTF!!! I would love a sonic here instead! But the worst part was the meat! Oh...MY...GOD!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MEATS! They have the CRAP!!! It is so overloaded with salt that my blood pressure rose by 10 on the first bite, it had so much pepper I gagged, And it was so gamy You could mistake it for elephant meat! It was nasty, and It smelled like plumbers crack! My intestines felt like a nuclear bomb site! I will never be back to this rotten cesspit!!! read more

Great turkey Rachel. Order taker could have spoke up a little more. But all was good .also roof leaking in dinning area.

I brought my family to this Arby's after shopping in town. The kids that took my order were too busy giggling about who knows what to even look at us. The restaurant was pretty disgusting. The condiment and soda area were filthy and there was garbage on the floors. There were very few people in the restaurant and quite a bit of staff... they could have cleaned. Very bad culture there. Definitely avoid this place, we most certainly will not return. read more
