Recently purchased a Philly Cheesesteak, several times. While 1x it was decent the other 3x I had to spit out several chunks of fat. I'm from Philadelphia and know what a great cheesesteak tastes like. These ain't great. They could be much better without the fat chunks if they'd pay attention and get rid of the fatty non-meat. Well, if it had only happened once I wouldn't be posting a review, but this is the second time that I've had a bad experience going through the drive-through with the employee at the window Alexsia. The first time I brushed it off because she had a bit of an attitude this time I ordered a five piece, chicken tender, and it was a man that took my order and he got it wrong and instead he had put it in as a three-piece so when I got to the window and she Had already took my payment and stated your three-piece will be ready in a moment. I said no I ordered a five piece and then she immediately got defensive. With a very disrespectful tone while arguing and said well actually it was a three-piece thank you. I looked and said you're welcome with an attitude right back because I will give you the energy that you give me she needs to learn how to properly treat customers I feel extremely uncomfortable going back to this location and it's the closest one to my home and I like to get my daughter's chicken tenders from there. Hopefully somebody will see this in corporate office and have a conversation with her because you can't treat people that way or make them feel uncomfortable when they are just trying to grab something to eat when they've had a long day at work themselves what that tells me is that she has no self-control, and she probably behaves badly in her personal life as well. The young woman at the drive through apparently didn't finish middle school, she's just lazy, and/or there's something wrong with her. The bill totaled $10.19. I gave her $21.00. She tried to give me me change back with a ten dollar bill and three quarters. I refused it and told her she owed me a ten dollar bill, three quarters, one nickel, and one penny. She appeared quite annoyed. Then I noticed her taking her own sweet time breaking rolls of coins into her register before giving me correct change. And while I'm discussing money, why can't young people count back change anymore?!?! I asked for six horsey sauces, two arby's sauces, and ketchup. My enunciation is perfectly clear, yet she managed to transpose the numbers of the two first sauces that were requested. Next time I go to Arby's I'm going to insist my change be counted back, and I'm not leaving the drive through until I have inspected the entire order to ensure it's correct. I never had an issue with Arby's before, but I ordered from DoorDash which is for some reason more expensive than in the store... It was the one off of Biddle Rd. I ordered chicken strips and a four piece mozzarella stick, for starters I only got TWO mozzarella sticks out of my four I had ordered, the chicken strips were also filled with grease squishy and inedible. They also gave me a drink that I did not order. Upon asking for a refund via DoorDash, they don't do refunds even though food was missing and covered in grease. I am a food courier for doordash. Yesterday I went to pick up at this location. The order included 2 large fountain drinks. When I ask for a drink carrier the Arby's employee at the drive thru made a sound of annoyance and walked away. When she returned she told me to buy my own for MY customers. I reminded her it was an Arby's customer and it's the restaurants job to supply those. She said..."Not always" and slammed the window.That to me is unacceptable behavior. This Arbys is a bit more efficient and have friendly employees- compared to other locations I've been to. The food is pretty consistent. I haven't been inside the restaurant in a year because of covid, but it was always clean and kept up when we were dining in. This location is my preferred location. This is for the Arby's on Biddle, the Arby's on Stewart never done me wrong. But this Biddle Arby's need to get their stuff together. Who working y'alls soda machine? 4 real must be somebody not ever had soda in their life time. Ever single time I've gone the syrup to soda water ratio is way off. If I wanted to have barely any flavor in a soda water, I'd drink a lacrouix! I can look past that you gave me a medium fry in my large combo it happens but damn, either fix the machine or fire who working cause this just 2 much. No...it's not enough. I work in the area, and we have had so many issues with the employees at this store. One came in, had a cigarette in his mouth. When I asked him to take it out, he responded "No." Asked him again and he threw a tantrum. THREW his items around the store (heavy enough to seriously harm someone) and tried to fight another one of my coworkers! The same week, another wmployee came in and was Taking pictures of girls in the store, and when I asked him not to, he responded with "I don't care." Called the store and spoke to the manager, who could care less. I described the employee, as their appearance was very distinct. She told me "I don't know who you are talking about." We saw him later walking through the parking lot and confronted him ourselves. A couple weeks ago, as one of my coworkers was outside our store, she was SHOT by one of the employees with an Orbeeze gun. We didn't know what or who it was until the next night when 3 of their high-school aged employees were shooting each other in the parking lot. We called the police on them for assault. The employees still work there! Do not go to this Arby's if this is the kind of people you want to deal with. The manager does not care about how her employees treat people. read more

Ok, so maybe Arby's deserves 2 or 3 stars, but I can't help but overrating this stalwart fastfood chain. When I eat fast food, which is almost never, it is In 'n Out or this...Arby's. This is probably the saddest excuse for high schoolers looking for a quick bite on a budget. The "Big Kahuna" combo will sadly not be remembered as a great sandwich. Although the overwhelming amount of fat and grease pairs well with a coke, I would not recommend getting it at all if you would like to continue to live and eat another day. The overhyped curly fries did live up to their name hence the two-star rating. I will not be returning any time soon to Arbys and will not be going out of my way to get bad customer service during my thirty minute lunch. So we just went to this arbys restaurant. Ordered a #5, a #7, mint shake, and some Oreo bites. . . At 8:43pm! There was only 1 car in front of us, and by the time we got to the window to pay for our food 30 mins had past by! The guy repeated our order over the drive thru Mic, repeated our order when we paid for our food at the window. . . And finally repeated our order when he handed us our food. The oringally tried to give us the wrong sandwich, but then corrected it. Finally after about 45 mins, we left with our food. As good as it gets, multiple visits to this location have confirmed the tremendous increase in food quality, variety of meats, menu selection, and overall customer experience. Even the clientele look like they're happily enjoying the total environment too, which is weird for a fast-food restaurant but only in the best possible way. Really fantastic service, staff are a god send and pay attention to detail. I took 8 hits of acid when oregon was on fire and got dropped off in medford. Then i got lost in a park and started panicking and had to shit in a trash can. Then eventually i found my way out of the park and saw an arbys. I came in through the back and started digging through the trash. Then an employee came and told me i couldnt be there because they were closing but he made me 2 huge ass sandwiches with all the meats on them. They were really nice and fluffy. I like arbys cuz their meat is generous and its very airated. Then he came out with fries and a pack of cigarrettes and 13$ for me. I tried to hug him alot but he was not receptive to it. Then i passed out next to the train track. Im realizing now that this story is basically that i shit in a trash can and got free arbys and smokes but maybe you may appreciate it. As far as Arbys goes i apreciate that They have a variety of sauces that they seem pretty liberal with. Resonable price. Ive never gotten kicked out of an arbys and their sign is a big hat so id say arbys is one of the better fast food chains imo. I've been eating at Arby's a couple of times per week, sometimes more. Usually go through the drive thru. For the last couple of years the sandwiches seem to have a big glob of meat right in the middle and nothing around the edges, sometimes as much as an inch margin. Anthony the shift manager at this restaurant was extremely rude!!! He is rude and very unprofessional. I work as a caregiver and I was going to get what my client wanted and I was given the wrong order, so when I was off shift I went back to get her food and money, the correct order, which I discussed with the district manager, and so Anthony asked me if that is what was in the receipt, I said yes and asked if he spoke to Jose Hernandez and Anthony said yes, I asked why then did you ask me if that was on the receipt. He then got an attitude and told me "bye" like he wasn't going to give me my clients food and her money. I had to call the district manager back, Jose, and he said for me to return tomorrow and I will be given my clients food and money. Bottom line don't be rude to the customers, especially when you have been told and know that I was coming back. It wasn't my fault you got my order wrong. read more
