Great burger and even better fries. Went here as I was transiting through Medford. This came up on my search and boy was I lucky it did. Nice place, vibe was cool. Bunch of people working there and maybe 10-12 tables along one side. So many choices to pick from, I got the Jose Mendoza which had green chilies and bacon and Jack cheese. It was a great burger especially with the added house sauce. The fries were cooked really well. Super crispy and flavorful, and I got two sauces. Their house sauce and a spicy garlic sauce that was amazing! They have packets of vinegar for your fries also. Yum! Totally recommend this place. read more

Wow, what a killer experience! Uriel was amazing, always checking on us and providing top notch customer service. They have the best fries, onion rings, milk shakes, and obviously Killer Burgers! Visited from Santa Cruz California with family and my fur brother. KB offers patties safe your pups as well so everyone can enjoy their food. A huge plus! Thank you for an amazing experience, definitely will be back. read more

Nice big standalone hamburger joint with all kinds of combinations with names that match the ingredients such as classic, fun guy, Motley Que, peanut butter and pickle burger and meathead show some exciting menu ideas but the tastes didn't match the expectations! The onion rings had thick greasy batter and fried in much used oil with too hot temperature and wrong mix of batter that leaves lingering greasy taste. The fries were served thick but soggy. The hamburger was small and meager meat with combined soggy soulless premade chopped onions and not too fresh lettuce and tomato. The buns were ok. Overall solid three stars for the effort and creativity in the menu offering. I was hoping for thick freshly made hamburger patties with fresh whole raw onions and crispy fries. Maybe next time. read more

Food was very good, good portion, fries were very hot and fresh. One star off for price, but the portion is a good size.

We drove from Sacramento to Medford for this burger and it did not disappoint! The burgers are delicious, seasoning on fries is great, and the beer and ciders on tap were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this chain and would drive the 4-5 hrs again. read more

The first time I ever ate here was when they just opened and it was yummy it's still yummy

Whenever I'm in Oregon I always have to stop by at Killer Burger! The service was fast and the burger was very delicious! I usually go to the Portland location but since I was in Medford I stopped at this location. So many delicious flavors! Instead of going to a fast food burger spot I highly recommend Killer burger instead! Lots of parking available and seating inside as well. read more

Consistently decent burgers. The service is always good and everyone is friendly. The music is really loud and it can be overwhelming when trying to have a conversation. They offer take out which is nice if you're in a rush. read more

Surprisingly great! The fries were so good, prob my new fav in the valley! Everything is seasoned well. Their burger sauce tastes really good though I think is dairy (sour cream maybe) so I couldn't eat it but tasted it and wished I could! read more

We've come here twice now. Both times they got our orders correct despite having a large group and a wide variety of requests. The service was fast and the food was tasty. Plenty of room to find a table and the food was consistently good. I loved getting the hot honey sandwich. read more

If you haven't tried killer burger it's a must. The burger are made to order and they are outstanding. Fast friendly service and the ambiance is a mix between sit down restaurant and a takeout grill. They also serve beer so something for the whole family . read more

All the burgers that I have tried on our trips to medford have been tasty!!! I've definitely bragged to co-workers and now we have a long standing joke of what burger to try when we visit Medford as we come from crescent city we all absolutely love your food, prices and really great staff read more

Went there today. There was a long line, but expected since they just opened. Line seemed to move fairly quickly. We tried the Jose Mendoza, Classic, and Bender burgers. They were great! Jose Mendoza and Bender are both a bit spicy. We also had a basket of fries and tried peanut butter "sauce" and bomb sauce. Both sauces were good. The peanut butter sauce is thick. The bomb sauce is SPICY! Great flavor but pretty spicy. They do have a number of tables to sit at, but they're fairly small. You can sit 4 to a table at some of them but not all. It would be tricky if you have any more than 4 you'd need two tables and they won't be side by side. We will definitely go again! Can't wait to try their other burgers. read more

Came after a flight, wanted to try a place not back home. Burger was great, and seasoned. Love the crispy jalapeños too. Fries fresh and crispy and a nice cold beer. Satisfied the craving ! read more

We came from out-of-state to visit family, so we checked this place out for the first time. We loved it! The food was delicious. Can't wait to go back when we visit again. My only complaint is that there isn't much table space or space for strollers. One of us had to stand and eat because of the lack of available chairs. We couldn't even go outside because we had a senior and baby with us who are sensitive to the cold so inside was our only option. Other than that, we enjoyed it. read more

Incredible food! Perfect atmosphere and love the brand. IPA is the perfect pairing and they have perfected the smash burger. Will be back for sure! I got the Meathead burger. Sooo good read more

I wnet here for lunch with my mom, it was AWESOME! The burger was hot, juicy, and flavorful! The fries had the perfect amount of seasoning. The ladies at the counter we nice and were patient for my mom, while she decided. They had music playing adding a touch to the experience! read more

This is hands down one of my favorite burger places ever. I typically come in around 7pm and grab a burger and a drink, and it has never been short of a perfectly delightful experience. The food is always absolutely delicious, burgers cooked to perfection and fries are insane. The staff is what really makes the whole thing, though. Always perfectly kind, helpful and welcoming, and the music is always sick. Twelve out of ten every time. Highly recommend. read more

We liked it! Burgers were good, music wasn't too loud! Maybe they just needed too work the kinks out... read more

Ugh, our burgers were both just soggy messes of barf. Killer Burger is a good name for this place because it was like they were trying to kill us with this gross garbage they call food. Will NEVER go back. Gross! Service was good. read more

Service is always great, but the food is the star here. Best burger in Medford by far!! Make sure to try the peanut butter sauce!!

I was hoping my update would maintain the stars, but not so much... Staff is still incredibly friendly and our food came out quicker this time, but the burgers are just OK. And I'm not sure what it is but there is a weird smell to the buns. Nothing is really super fresh or flavorful. I will say the fries are pretty good, but you do need to salt them. Nothing overly interesting with drinks either, fountain or draft. Pricewise, kids meals are $7-$8 and to get a burger with fries is about $15 give or take a few bucks depending on what you get. By the time you add in a tip (even though you're ordering at the counter and busing your own table), I'd much rather just plan for a few more minutes and go to Common Block. If you're in a hurry, there are better options there too. But Little Big Burger, if you're reading this, please come to Medford!! read more

Pretty fast line considering they just opened. Good service but the ambiance is super loud. Burgers pretty good and fries outstanding. The house sauce is different, sort of tastes like pickles. I'd probably stick with ranch - and the sauces are extra and all burgers come with bacon read more

Music is too loud, to have a conversation. Fries are warm not hot. My burger with the egg was not runny . But other that everything was good. Hubs burger he said was good and well seasoned. My bro in law had the peanut butter and pickle burger and loved it. My sister loved her burger also. We waited 25 min b4 for our food so be aware of the wait bc they are busy. Will we go again? Yes. Download there app to get rewards. We got free fries with the app. read more

Overpriced, not good and poor service. Will never try again. We did an online pick up order, fries were cold and soggy, got a text order was ready when arrived to pick up it wasn't ready, no one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. A bunch of clueless teenagers running things. read more

First off the meat is horribly over cooked. Second there was so much seasoning "salt" on my patty you know there's a shortage somewhere in the third world country. The fondue cheese sauce also contained an overdose of salt you couldn't even taste the type of cheese it was supposed to be. More of something does not always make things better. And overcooking the meat until it's ground shoe leather does not leave an enjoyable sensation in your mouth. If not for the water fountain being so close to my table I would have become dehydrated. This is a real shame since my family and I had great experiences at Killer Burger in WA as it's a repeat location when we visit the Portland area. We have tried this location twice and so far it's zero for two. read more

I noticed the advertisement for the boxed lunch and decided to try it. The burger is smaller but a perfect size with the amount of fries. The flavors were so unique and delicious. I recommend the boxed lunch. read more

Killer burger is an appropriate title. They "kill" the burger alright. Dried out with no option to have it cooked medium. A well done burger will always be a bad burger in my mind. First time trying out killer burger! The staff was super friendly and kind, and the line moved quickly even during the lunch hour. I had the Teemah burger with fries and really enjoyed it. Burger was hot and had tons of flavor and the Fries were crispy and flavorful. All in all I'd go back again and would recommend it! I will say it's not the cheapest burger in town, though I can't say it wasn't worth it either! read more

Honestly, such an amazing experience. Taylor the owner is there almost everyday ensuring that the service and the food was exceeding expectations at every degree. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, I was greeted immediately. The sun was just setting which was able to offer a lot of natural ambient light through the windows on the west side of establishment. Not a bad spot for a date, casual business meeting, or family dining experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend. read more

I was so disappointed I'm having to use my daughters account to complain. Was not happy at all with there burgers, they tasted just like Burger King, it took an hour to get our food, and it was cold, the only thing killer about it was the price, but it was good enough to make a turd. read more
