I ordered my sandwich at 3:43 PM and immediately pulled up to the window. The clerk took my money and then proceeded to tell me that my sandwich would be out in just a minute. At 4:00 PM, I watched a lady who was counting money at the drawer from outside the window. I gently tapped on the window and I asked her if I could check on the status of my sandwich. She rudely says "they are working on it." and shuts the door before she even finishes the sentence. A few more minutes go by and she proceeds to open the window and shove the bag at my face and says "here." Because my husband and I frequent this particular location so often, I know we have seen this person before, and I believe she is in a manager role. Well, miss manager, unfortunately, you just lost yourself a customer. I am sure Jimmy John's would be more than happy to take my money any day.

The Philly Fries are another starter that's delicious and it's huge, so could almost be an entree if you get it just for yourself. Huge chunks of Philly steak with a cream cheese drizzle (that I could drink in a cup). The salad bar is also great, if you want a lighter starter.
