Slowest experience I have had in a long time at a food place. It took fifteen minutes from ordering to receiving. We were warned so I timed it. Not crazy busy either considering it was lunch time.

No eye contact, no hello. Just take your order and than serve you a cold sandwich...which should be hot. Horrible!

Worst fast food service ever. No sense of urgency. Should have looked at the Yelp reviews first.

The noodles were overcooked and the whole thing was too goopy for their liking. The Chipotle chicken sandwich felt a little small for what you'd expect for $10. The flavors were really good, but was still hungry after. Didn't jam it with a ton of toppings, but could definitely use more meat and cheese. I do recommend the tuna salad. Very good. The tomato bisque soup was delicious as well. Could use a side of bread tho. The place was nice a clean as usual and had plenty of seating. The rewards program was a real miss. They didn't ask for our rewards code and apparently you can't get credit using the receipt (like most places). I totally get that this location didn't make the app, but they should know about this limitation and be a bit more proactive to prevent these types of situations. Still a family favorite...look forward to a better experience next time.

It's now 11:25!!!!! I finally knocked on window after seeing my sandwich sitting there for at least 5 min. The drive through employee was pulled into a large order they said WTH / however never paid attention to the drive through order. Paid $10 for 1/2 sandwich combo and waited 25+ min. Food is priced to high for what you get and to take that long without any customer service. Last time I will go there.

I ordered the Lunch Steak (GF) for $28: an eight-ounce flat iron steak finished with balsamic bone marrow butter and served with broccolini. The char on the outside was fantastic--deep, flavorful, and exactly what you want on a great steak. I requested medium-rare and it came a touch closer to medium, but it was still incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with rich, savory flavor. The broccolini was a perfect fresh counterpoint. Everything about this meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

Our waiter, Zane, was amazing. He was super kind and helped guide us in the right direction when deciding what to eat and drink. He even offered a new mocktail he was working on that tasted just like a watermelon jolly rancher (no name yet), yum! The menu had lots of gluten free options to choose from, which I really appreciated. The shakshuka was excellent and a super yummy, fun experience. It tasted almost like a creamy eggy, bean dip. The Sandhills chokecherry mocktail was fruity, and sweet which paired beautifully with the dish. I definitely want to come back again to try more of the menu. My overall experience here definitely was one of the better brunch experiences I've had in a long time!

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! They do support Down Syndrome Adoption which is amazing and something I did not know before going into the restaurant!!

The ambiance is casual, yet a little upscale with the red, black, and white color palette. The party room on the side is a great place for an event or celebration (we had a Yelp event there). The Garlic Cheese Sticks starter is heavenly. Basically a little cheese pizza (but fancier cheese) with marinara on the side for dipping. So good! The Philly Fries are another starter that's delicious and it's huge, so could almost be an entree if you get it just for yourself. Huge chunks of Philly steak with a cream cheese drizzle (that I could drink in a cup). The salad bar is also great, if you want a lighter starter. I cover mine in their homemade ranch so it's definitely no longer "light" in my case! My favorite pizza is the Parm Alfredo, with an Alfredo base, tender chicken, and grilled broccoli. I know what you're thinking, "broccoli on a pizza?!" But just trust the process, it's amazing. The best Philly sandwich is the House Steak. Huge swaths of the Philly meat, green peppers, onions, provolone and the awesome Cheez Whiz! You can't go wrong getting this classic, with 531's twist on it. We met the original owners at a Yelp event we attended, and they were so nice and genuine and obviously cared so much about their food/product and pleasing their diners. I hope they have plans to stay in the restaurant business in Omaha, because I will support any new venture they have. I so am hoping the new owners don't change too much about the menu. I will give them a chance to see their vision, obviously, but hopefully a few of my faves remain!
