placed an order through the drive thru. when the employee came to the window to take my money and give me my order I almost cancelled the order and go somewhere else. his hands and finger nails looked like he had been out digging in the dirt. He also appeared to not care about his own personal hygiene. I had ordered the turkey ranch sandwich and it was gross. The bread was so dry like it had been sitting for 2 days. I've been to this restaurant several times, most recently today with my wife and kids. So this review is a culmination of several visits, a majority of which are very good. The staff is always super friendly at this location, even when they're busy. Today, we went at lunch time so there was a line to the door. It took a while to get the food, but overall, it seemed rather reasonable based on how busy they were. They did run out of ranch, which seems like a strange condiment to run out of. But overall, the food was good as it usually is and I definitely recommend this location. read more

Went through here during the ice for lunch to avoid the stores, once I got home I opened my sandwich and it was dripping and oozing honey mustard sauce. Surprised to see such bad reviews. My boyfriend and me have gone here a lot recently as I'm always craving a beef and cheddar sandwich haha. The staff are always incredibly nice and service is quick. They do get busy around lunch and dinner time with the drive through but they get through the line decently quick. Our food is always made correctly with no mistakes. Shut it down! Call it quits! Love Arby's but the management of this location needs to end. 30+ minutes to get food. Probably due to the 3 total employees on a Friday evening. Anyhow, get my food only to find out that ARBYS is out of ARBYS sauce! Food is cold. My wife's combo meal came with an overwhelming number of onion rings... 3... the ceiling was dripping water from the AC vents, I get condensation builds up but at least set up a cone or something so people don't stand there... Gretna deserves better than we are getting from this particular franchise. It truly was the single worst fast food experience I've ever had. So disappointed. I will try it again in hopes of improvement but that could be Update: gave them one more chance... now I'm done. Only took 15 minutes to get food this time. Guess that would be because I only got half the food I ordered. Pretty ridiculous to say the least. Didn't get an "I'm sorry" or "can we do anything to make it right". Deuces Arbys! read more

I am so sorry to say that this Arby's drive thru service is less than ideal. You are lucky if they remember to include all items that you ordered. You must remember to ask for Arby sauce or else you will not get any. And they are fairly slow. I live Arby's but this location is definitely sub-par. read more

I usually have a great experience with this Arby's. Maybe that's because I've always used the drive-thru. My wife and I recently dined-in and the service was less than stellar. My wife ordered a sandwich, fries with cheese sauce, a drink and an apple turnover. She received a wrap, fries, no cheese sauce and no apple turnover. She went back to the counter and showed the receipt and said she was missing. They gave her the cheese sauce and a cherry turnover.....no apology. Was not impressed. read more

Went through the drive threw and ordered 3 beef and cheddar $5 meals with 2 cokes and a mellow yellow. I didn't order sauce since the sandwiches should have sauces on them. After almost 30 minutes in line I got the food home and realized all the sandwiches were regular roast beef sandwiches for which I had no Arby's sauce and my coke was a Dr Pepper. We love Arby's but have had bad service at this one twice now and won't be planning on a return trip any time soon if ever at all. The first time we waited over 40 minutes because they gave our food to the drive thru 3 times and it took 10 minutes to make the food that we ordered. They gave us some free stuff for our troubles but that was a huge inconvenience. This time they took forever to make our food and gave us our drink in a wrong container with no whip cream or chocolate drizzle and never said anything to us about it. None of them seemed to know what was going on. Seems like they need a manager that knows how to recruit, train and run a restaurant. read more

First YELP review ever. I like Arby's, but I've had poor experiences here. Things have always seemed slower than normal, perhaps it's just poorly managed. One occurrence in particular has left a bad taste in my mouth. One evening on my way home from work I decided I'd like a quick sandwich. I ordered a fish sandwich, no sides, no additional sandwiches, just a fish sandwich. There was noone else in the drive thru. I sat at the window for 15-20 minutes! To no surprise I was greeted with the food apologetically. The kid was nice and seemed to have an appreciation for my business as he gave me a card for a free menu item. It states "If it's on the menu, it's on us". Expiration the end of 2015. I returned a couple weeks later. Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich and said I had the above card. I handed the card over and the gal would not accept it, as it did not have a manager's signature. She had a rude demeanor and stated there are a lot of scams going on. I'm not a look at me person and rarely think that general appearance should be a be all, end all when judging character. However, I drive a brand new $60,000 truck and always keep a respectable appearance. Do you honestly think I'm going to scam you over a f-ing $5 sandwich???? Seriously WTF???? There is no stars that I can give this place I went in to the place to the sound of a TV blaring so loud you have to almost yell your order I hadn't looked around the place before I had ordered but when when me and my girlfriend got done ordering we went to find a place to sat down and it was hard to find a clean place we sat down and looked around and I have never seen such a filthy place of business in my life never everything you looked at was filthy dirty from the floor the bottom of the tables everything the place smelled of mildew for some reason like they mopped with mildew water and mop .
