This afternoon, I stopped by this location of Arby's for a quick lunch, but had to wait far too long for my food. I ordered at 12:42 PM, just a classic #2 meal with curly fries, and didn't receive my order until 12:57 PM, so I waited fifteen minutes for what should have taken at best five minutes. Though there were four people in front of me, the people waiting still had to stand around until their food was delivered. After speaking with someone working there, I learned that all but 3 people called out today due to flu-related illness. Although I'd rather not have sick employees working there, I am outraged that staffing couldn't have been figured out in order to keep Arby's a true "fast food" restaurant. I would have been better off going to Koto next door to eat better food quicker. Not only was my food slow, but the top bun on my sandwich was WAY too blackened. I honestly didn't know how it was possible to make a bun look like that, but somehow, it was accomplished. I work nearby, but I doubt I will return to this Arby's any time soon, and I will probably avoid all Arby's restaurants after today's experience. read more

Ugh I don't know why I even go here anymore. This was the worst experience ever. The food was horrendous and employees less than friendly. I won't be coming back to this location for sure. There was no one in line about lunch time and I wanted sliders for lunch. I ordered sliders 2 chicken tenders and 1 sliced Turkey. The Turkey was good but the chicken tenders were rock hard. I couldn't even cut them let alone bite them. I was so upset. I couldn't believe how old they were considering I went there about 11 and they opened at 10:30. They must've been the day before a chicken. I threw them out what a waste. I also asked for lots of Horsey sauce and I got two not enough if I would have eaten all three. I also remove the bottom bun because it's so much breading and the meat gets lost in the bun. The sliced Turkey was plentiful however on that slider and I enjoyed it. I do not recommend eating here. Move on. Something better is next door I promise. read more

Sign on door said Dine-in was open till 10. But at 9 o'clock, doors are locked. I walk up to the drive-thru window, and he won't serve me because I'm not in a car. THE SIGN SAYS DINE-IN OPEN TILL 10, but don't count on it. I'm wondering if the jokes and insults loaded onto Arby's are true. read more

Pathetic excuse for an Arbys that I have ever encountered. Sign said dining open it is not. Drive thru speaker is muffled can't understand the person talking. How many other ppl absolutely just HATE it when every company that sells ice cream or milkshakes break down the machines just whenever they want to?? It's just how ever the workers feel that night. Which is NEVER 15-20mins before closing. It's always hours before closing. So then what's the point of having it advertised to buy when the workers doesn't want to actually work. Went to get a breakfast sandwich for my son. I looked up the hours and it states they open at 6am. Get there and they are closed down. No employee in sight. You should really put signs up stating you don't serve breakfast and actually hours of operation. read more

We went threw the drive threw and ordered onion rings and they said we would need to park ahead and they will bring them out. 30 minutes later nothing. We call the restaurant and they had to retake our order! Then when they brought the food out they messed it up!!! Then we just left because we didn't want to have to wait longer. read more

Food was mediocre at best, hard buns are always nice but what really gets me, what really pisses me off as a father are no changing stations in the rest rooms. I've accepted that the majority of stores will not have them in mens rooms but for a large chain restaurant such as Arby's, or any large chain for that matter to now have one in the women's room is completely ridiculous. Now I know what you're thinking, just change him on the counter, that's all well and good except they don't have one! My wife was forced to change a dirty diaper on the disgusting bathroom floor and who knows when the last time that was cleaned. Spoke with the manager who said "well we usually try and mop it often, no quite often" Yeah, that's really reassuring. Will not be returning. Our service was great here! It was quick and accurate! When our curly fries took longer than the rest of the food, they gave us our food and then delivered the fries to our table immediately when they finished. The service here was a relief after we had received terrible service at a different restaurant earlier. read more

Got the Buffalo chicken sandwiches and on both way too much sauce. Same with my friends classic beef and cheddar. Sauce was literally dripping off our sandwiches. I asked for compensation by just getting my money back so I can get a different order. But instead got something cheaper and no money back. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich tonight. It doesn't take a mental giant to put a little meat between two pieces of bread, at least one wouldn't think so. But somehow they managed to contaminate my sandwich with hot pepper juice, I assume jalapeno. First there was the burning pain which I tried to quench with about a half gallon of milk. Then my nose started running so bad it started to bleed. When I called them their first suggestion was that I had an allergic reaction. Yes they really said that. Then I was told that they would give me another sandwich and that they would be sure to be careful not to let this happen again. Their obvious stellar customer service skills was something that I'm sure Arby's would have been proud to know what quality of individual they have in their employ. Be very wary if you decide to eat there. I for one will never set foot in another Arby's. read more

I was a previous employee there. I can tell you from experience, that this place is horrible. Not only is the food poorly prepared, they constantly reuse dirty dishes and utensils, as well as cut corners on protocol. They hardly ever wash there hands and the food is sometimes past there expiration date, or freezer burnt. The GM of this store seems nice at first appearance, but you soon realize that its fake and somewhat annoying. He is a poor Manager, letting his personal life affect the business. He plays favorites with employees, Treating his favorites with illogical bias. He prefers to hire mostly young, attractive males and doesn't have any African-American females working for him. The GM seems to insist upon treating people with utmost respect, YET he doesn't keep his word, and he doesn't return phone calls. He even takes advantage of small loopholes to cut corners in policy. When costumers complain, he bribes them with free food to shut them up. I strongly do not recommend this fast food restaurant.Tell all your friends, as I am doing. read more
