Taco Bell is not in my taco craving rotation! However today we had a couple of teenagers in the car and they got to choose. We had a selection of offerings including taco supremes, a lux box with a crispy chicken burrito, sweet tea, lemonade and some kind of a "blast" drink. I picked up a mobile order through the drive thru to find a few items were incorrect. Walked in the front door to to get it fixed and they told me the lobby was closed and forced me out. I tried to explain that I just went through the drive thru and got a few incorrect items but they wouldn't have it and told me I had to go through the drive thru line again. So, I went back and waited in the drive thru line to show them, and to my surprise, the lady told me I had to pull back around the speaker to tell them what I needed. Again, I tried to explain I just needed my order fixed, but she wouldn't have it and insisted I had to tell her at the speaker so they could have it ready. So, I pulled back around to the speaker again, "re-ordered" the incorrect food, and went back up to the window. The lady seemed confused and didn't seem to make the connection that I was the same person as before. After going back and forth with her for several minutes, I finally ended up getting the right food. I was laughing by the end at how ridiculous the whole situation was, but yeah, definitely one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. read more

Cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Bathroom is even clean. Ordered breakfast and sat for while chatting with a friend. The time I've been here this one employee has wiped and pulled every chair out and swept. She was super sweet when she took my order and continued to be sweet. Honestly she's the only one I see working the front. Anyways I'd say check this clean ass place out. I'll come back just Bc of this lady. Back people seem to be doing a good job to. All around. I couldn't believe the state of my food when I opened my bag! I ordered some burritos, pintos & cheese, and 3 sides of chips, and when I opened my bag, they had literally just dumped the chips in there! The lady handed the bag out level, so they didn't get that way from the actual bag being mishandled, and it was too much for it to have been an accident; someone literally just didn't care and tossed the bags of chips in there like they were throwing out the trash! Two of the three chip bags were TOTALLY EMPTY! The content of those bags were loose in the bag, interspersed with my other food items! Unbelievable! Then upon further inspection, after removing the other items from the bag, I realized 90% of the chips were just broken fragments. How am I supposed to use these to scoop into my pintos & cheese? Useless! As if that weren't bad enough, my pintos & cheese were rock hard balls of dry beans with a TINY bit of sauce and cheese atop it. They were so hard that my fragments of chips were utterly useless! I resorted to using the included plastic fork and figured I'd just spread the beans on my chips that way, and it broke my fork! The beans were THAT hard! Essentially, I paid $12 for two burritos! The rest of the order went right to the trash because it was inedible! Thanks for nothing, Taco Bell! read more

Before tonight I never had a problem with the food but tonight's order was so messed up it's not even funny I ordered a custom cravings box and 2 chipotle chicken melts I get home and my chips from my box and the 2 melts aren't there so I had to driving all the way back and wait 30 minutes to get the rest of my order by the time I got home it's already been an hour I go and eat my food and my cravings box wasn't even correct I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito beefy melt burrito and a beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans and added rice and I got 2 beefy melt burritos and a beefy five layer burrito with beans so I didn't even get the premium part of the box I wasn't gonna drive again cause it would've been another hour I'm not stepping foot in the building or driving in the drive thru again thanks for the unforgettable experience it wasn't worth it read more

Worst Taco Bell ever the food was cold after waiting 30mins in a line for food and they almost forgot half my order. I don't recommend this Taco Bell at all if I could I would give this -starts. Also, don't get any chips or hard tacos unless you want them to be soggy and falling apart. read more

Literally sat in the drive up for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Fast food? Not at all! Ridiculous!!

This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell in all of Fort Wayne. Been here multiple times. Never changes.

Went here at 9 pm on a Friday. The place was slow and we were the only Car in the drive thru. I didn't want To cook since it was getting late and my daughter wanted Taco Bell. I chose this one because I've always had good luck with the food. That wasn't the case tonight. When we pulled our food out of the bag the beans on the triple layer nachos was in a hard ball with red sauce blobs all over the chips making the. Chips really soggy and there was a small dot of cheese. The bean burrito barely had beans and cheese in it but it was soft and edible. The Cinnabon bites were cold and the tacos were either missing meat or half the shell was filled with meat and the other side empty. It was so bad that my 10 year old asked if she could make soup instead. The tacos went in eaten and the burrito was picked at being so late in the evening I didn't want to drive back to Taco Bell to say something. The next am I drove up there an asked to speak to a manager. Kent walked up to the counter and truly listened to the story, looked at the food (I saved it to show them) apologized then offered three options. He was making my daughter laughed and offered her Cinnabon balls. Which she gladly accepted. Kent refunded my money, apologized again and again and was already having a huddle to show them what happened. Not only did take care of the situation but he treated me with concern and making it right. He made it very easy to lodge a complaint. I'll go back because it truly could have been a training issue or just an off night. If it cont to happen then I'll go to another TB since there are three close to my house. I gave the food the one star. As far as management goes and taking care of the issues 5 stars all the way. read more

I've lived near this Taco Bell for a year and a half. The entire time I've been here, I don't think I've had a single order that didn't have an issue. On top of making of the food itself poorly, you often find yourself waiting in line for 15 minutes at a minimum, the average is probably half an hour, and that's during a slow time of day. I know staffing is an issue these days, but it seems like this one just needs completely shut down. Absolutely DO NOT come here hoping to feed more than maybe 2 people unless you want to wait an hour. And even then, your taco shells will be stale, the nacho cheese forgotten, the meat skimped on, and probably half your order forgotten as well. Save yourself the time and the taste and go 2 miles north to the other Taco Bell location. read more

All things take a little longer with Covid. With that.... The care should be taken to get the order correct the first time through the line. We were asked what sauce we would like, but didn't get any. We had to go back through, so our Taco Bell trip ended up being closer to a 50 minute trip instead of a 25 minute trip.‍ Truthfully pre Covid even 25 minutes would have been ridiculous for the amount of cars, but I give extra time for the fact everywhere is short on staff. I guess for me regardless of the time, I got- for the first time in my life -STALE cinnamon twist. They were so old. I've had plenty with no cinnamon and sugar throughout the years, that's always a major disappointment. This level of stale, and the fact they didn't seem to even try to speed up or run out those condiments made it obvious to me they were slacking and didn't care. It wasn't just a Covid thing. O also we bought 4 soft tacos, cinnamon twist, the chips and cheese, and nacho fries. When we got to the window the said we are sorry here ya go, and handed us a bag of sauce. Y'all, check out the picture. It's 33 mild sauces.... Like I'm not complaining cause now I can skip out on buying the bottle at the store, but man if that isn't wasteful on the employees part. Very friendly staff, fast service, and the food was excellent. One of the best cheesy Gordita crunches I've ever had.

Ordered unsweetened ice tea, said unsweetened ice tea on the screen. When I got home it was so sweet it tasted like sugar water. Ordered quesorito with no sour cream, said no sour cream on the screen. When I got home it was full of sour cream.. pretty sad honestly. I didn't get a receipt to even answer a survey in hopes management will attempt to make this place better. Head to the one on lima in front of Sam's club. They are competent at least. read more

I find the 2 star "Meh. I've experienced better." extremely fitting for this because the experienced better was at the same exact restaurant. Went one afternoon for a fast dinner with my wife. Tacos were incredible!! Everything was hot, tasted straight from the garden fresh and the service was outstanding. Blew my mind! Wasn't like any kind of Taco Bell we'd ever been to. Had such a great experience we went back a day or two later. Talk about a Jekyll/Hyde transformation. The service was terrible, it took forever to get our food, the girl taking our orders obviously hated her job and hated everyone around her, our food was cold and tasted off like it had been under the heat lamps for a day or two and our tacos were so broken up they were better classified as crumbs with toppings.
