Boy has the quality degraded, and there's a lot of downscaling. For $12.50, I feel ripped off. Years ago, I'd have 5 starred Chick-fil-A all day long, but it seems corporate is trying to nickle and dime their customers. Seriously, why go here????? It's expensive now, and the portions are tiny. Chicken Sandwich - It's just an average sandwich. Popeyes' sandwich is a much better deal. This sandwich is just on par with McDonald's. I remember the good old days when the chicken was oversized and the bun felt tiny. Waffle Fries - Needed to be cooked more, and it's not even filled up. When I upgrade to large fries, I don't expect a container 3/4th filled. What a joke. In case you think it's a fluke, we ordered 2 identical meals, and the fries were both 3/4 filled. Frosted Lemonade - Not tasty to me, but the boyfriend loves it. Chocolate Milkshake - Typical chocolate syrup milkshake. Here's another issue with the drinks. Why has corporate downsized to kids sized cups? I put my Starbucks Frappuccino bottle (it's the small sized bottle, not the large bottle) next to it to show the travesty. What a waste of money. If I knew how small the shakes were, I would have never ever ever ordered them. And corporate limits 2 sauces per meal. Woooo great, glad I get boring mayo on my chicken sandwich, cause I'm not paying extra for sauce. You took $12.50 for a child's size adult meal, and you think I'd pay more for sauce? You can shove that sauce you know where. Remember the days when sauce was free? I do. I would have at least limit customers to 4 per meal, not like Chick-fil-A is hurting for money. Well I tried the newest open Chick-fil-a on Coliseum .I must say it's not a experience I don't expect from them. When I arrived I was to early for lunch (10:15) , I guess they start serving at 10:30 . So I can back around , i ordered Spicy chicken deluxe meal .Through Drive thru it took max 8 mins to get threw which isn't bad at all ! My sandwich was great , hot , fresh condiments. Unlike other fast food chains, Chick-fil-A is giving you top quality chicken that you don't question what's in it. I love the waffle fries and the freshness of the food here. It's always piping hot and delicious. This establishment is inside Glenbrook mall down at the food court and yes it's worth checking out. I would say it's the best restaurant in the food court. This is my favorite location to come to. I like the mall and the food court is spacious and pretty clean with good scenery. Christian based business that serve you proper and without all the fillers and stuff you don't want, no nano fibers in the chicken like mcdonalds chicken nuggets. I placed my order in the drive thru, but wasn't familiar with the coffee flavors offered. I asked do you have vanilla, so I didn't have to hold up the line looking for it on the large menu. I was told you can find the flavors under drinks on the menu. I'm sure you can smart aleck. She was about to tell me the flavors, but I said ok let me look then. I unknowingly ordered a spicy concoction of maybe chicken and whatever else came jammed between the soggy bun. Then the home coming queen of chickens came to the town. Knocking me to my knees... I am in no way ashamed to say I like Chick-Fil-R and will never go back to that other, "chain" for the small bite sized chicken sandwich. Call it the princess spicy chicken, whatever, I liked it. The waitress was so nice at the North side Location. I was so excited to meet the homecoming queen of the chicken sandwiches. I almost lost my shoe walking out the food court. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, with some nuggets next to a bed of waffle fries. Oh, They have about the most expensive ketchup. I was "amused" by the small things. They had all the sauces and the "honey's mustard" was the best. I had a "Deluxe sandwich" with hot melty cheese and freshly cut tomatos with toppings. It was, as many customers said before, "perfectly seasoned". I had a "sweet tea" and it was "the perfect little thing". That is really all I can say about that. I enjoyed the "perfect things". If I could then 0 stars I would have. I had already placed my drive-thru order, was waiting in the drive thru for almost 10min and the worker who was out there went to turn the menus before it was 10:30 and by the time she got back to me it was 10:30 straight up. She was rude and snippy and said that it doesn't matter at all that I was in line or ordered a head bc she didn't speak with me before 10:30 I can't have my order, so I spoke to a manager. I got up to the drive thru window and the worker I first talked to rude and was like, "we have no breakfast stuff made so we will not give this to you but you can speak to the manager if you need to." So I spoke to her and she was really rude and was like, "it doesn't matter because it's store policy so we will not make it," and then she had the audacity to give me "advice" for next time if I place a mobile order so close to 10:30. I place it at 10am 30min before AND I talked to a worker in the drive thru exactly at 10:30. I've been going to Jeff's Chick-fil-a for many years like since he opened his 1st one in Fort Wayne, and this so awful and so rude. The other chick-fil-a at Jefferson Pointe, they will check with people at 10:30 to make sure they weren't waiting for breakfast or have placed a breakfast mobile order in the drive thru and that's what I expected them to do. I love, love, love Chick-Fil-A so much. So much in fact that I have to drive 1 hour to get there. Waited in drive-thru line for twenty minutes and then ordered $100 of food to feed 2 families for 2 days. Then drove home another hour and found that I was missing 2 large waffles fries. This is the first time that I have ever been a little sad about the restaurant but not enough that I won't do it all over again.
