We stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for service. Everyone in back made eye contact at least once, but refused to even acknowledge us. One woman came in through the staff door to the counter area, laughed at someone else's comment, closed the door and went away. Not a single "We're busy, please be patient," gesture, or "Someone will be with you shortly." We may as well have not existed. I have always enjoy KFC but the last 2 times have been a huge let down big time. It was just about 5:30pm about dinner time & they were out of chicken & it was going to be a 15minute wait no big deal. 15 minutes turned into 20 then 25 then 30 minutes @ 33 minutes I walked back into the restaurant & they were just starting to bag my order. There were over 5 cars that had came thru order & left. The girl that was running the drive thru totally forgot she ask me to wait up front. Horrible experience with a Grub delivered KFC order from this location! I ordered a 4 piece original combo and they put 4 pieces of nearly black chicken in the box. Absolutely inedible--WAY WAY WAY OVERCOOKED! Then as if that wasn't enough, they put the coleslaw in the box with hot chicken, so it arrived warm :(( Then as if to add a third strike, they put a gravy floating loose in the bag and it exploded all over the entire order! Food was not the best. Chicken was burnt. Fries were covered is salt. Service was not the greatest either. Had to yell to get their attention. They ignored the fact that the Fryer was beeping for at least 5 minutes. Almost all the tables were dirty. All but one garbage can was full to the BRIM. The bathroom had a horrible stench to it. I've been here at least twice since my last review because of the updates to the building (also I just can't keep away!). Both times the staff have been very sweet with excellent customer service; the food was ready FAST; and my order was correct and warm. I only ever go by myself through the drive-thru so I'm not sure what the experience looks like for someone with more people to feed or people who dine-in, but I'm hoping that service continues to be excellent and this branch continues to get better! read more

Horrible experience!!! They left paying customers standing while one guy prepped orders for door dash, another employee locked the patrons out of the ladies room while she blazed one up, two other employees in a back room chit chatting. Ordered food for 4 and then told part of the order needed fresh made...not an issue until the deep fryer was left beeping for 5 full minutes as the time was up for the food to be done. They all ignored it! The blazed up lady, instead of emptying the trash, tossed her garbage on top of an over flowing garbage receptacle! Fries were so salty, I'm calling my cardiologist Monday to ask for an ekg and lab work! The chicken was so over cooked, I am giving them to my dog as an indestructible chew toy! Would I go here again? Nope! I saw roadkill on the way home that was more appetizing than this place! And wtf is the deal with all the garbage on the floor!? It was as if they just held a frat party! Went there last Sunday. Worst experience I have ever had. The order was wrong from the start. The corn was dry and over cooked and looked a week old. The 3 prices of chucking were all dark meat with no flavor and all grease. The sad part was the best part of the meal was the cole slaw. I really think these people working here need more money because they cant be polite or listen for the life of them...They are underpaid therefore every car that makes that drive through or person goes inside you are doomed for bad service because they dont like you already and you only have to order...Never seen bad attitudes in my life until this pandemic crap but now its lingering into something more. This was the worst kfc I've ever been to . They never have any chicken made . I waited 40 min in the drive through and was to that my chicken wouldn't be ready for 25 min ! I finally got sick of waiting and walked inside . The manager saw me and basically ran for the hills . She sent a brand new employee who was on her first day to hand me my food . I asked them to get the manager and she said that the manager wouldn't come see me . After I was handed my order it was completely wrong !!!!! But since the manager wouldn't come talk to me I had to just take the order I was given and leave . The fact that the manager wouldn't deal with her own mistake was a down right insult !!!!! Gone down hill! I used to frequent this KFC every week. Their $5 Fill-Ups were a good deal. In the last year they have reduced what they offer in $5 Fill-Ups, the cookies are no longer fresh baked. Today I wanted the Mac&Cheese Bowl but was told they no longer offer it. So I ordered the regular Famous Bowl with green beans and white gravy instead of brown. I was told they can no longer offer the white gravy off the buffet. The place is a mess, the service is slow and what was once a very customer friendly place is NOT. The manager was the rudest I've experienced in a long time. Ordered the mac and cheese bowl and three piece meal only to be told that they do not have the mac and cheese bowl anymore and shouldn't be able to order it online. Tried to cancel and she refused because its an online order. Well, tried to call the number on the site to be on continuous hold and no answer. Finally agreed to take the order but go with regular bowl with no corn. Only now, the 3 pc got substituted with extra crispy on the thigh and they ran out of biscuits and gave me a cookie instead. All this on their decision and did not even ask me. We thought they missed a cookie for the other bowl so the manager threw another cookie on the counter, threw us out, threatened to call the police and said they are closed. Bought the $20.00 fill up, when we got home in Ohio we found that the chicken was over cooked, Biscut's were in the bucket with the chicken as well. Never had an issue with this location until today!
