I don't understand why companies come out with special sandwiches and when you go to try them they are out of the said special? Losing paying customers is not the way to go. read more

Been to this Arby's twice in about two months & last time I swore I would never go back...then, the sandwich was just mehhh...Arby's classic but the curly fries were inedible...it was a Sunday evening and the fries were like they were cooked over and over in the way- overused oil...I think all of us know the taste of things cooked in old oil at the end of the day...if they couldn't produce better fries then they should have say they were unavailable. No excuse for selling inedible garbage to customers. Today, I gave in and gave them another chance; the regular Arby's was ok but again, the curly fries were awful. Close down if you can't do better than that. If I could, I would give them a half star. I'm done!! read more

I hadn't been to this Arby's since it was redone and was hungry. Its near Wendy's and McDonalds and a really nice Chinese carryout,but I thought I had heard they had a special on Beef and cheese so I pulled in. Order taken promptly. Paid my $7 at the window and received what felt to be a light bag,but I pulled on out to continue my errands while I ate.Opened the first sandwich up and was immediately disgusted by what was being called roast beef. Looked like the junk that fell to the bottom of the tray stuck to the bread. I'll post photos. I couldn't eat them. The beef looked rancid. Sent Arby's corporate a complaint and photos. Pretty quickly I get a reply back that they were going to end me "something" to make it up to me. Oh great, they're going to make it up to me. I get an envelope from Arby's Atlanta with a real letter in it telling me they'd made management aware of the issue and to make it up to me they sent me a coupon FOR ONE FREE sandwich. Buy two crap sandwiches and get a coupon for a free most likely crap sandwich? Thanks for really stepping up there Arby's. You've lost a customer. Think I'm going to give the coupon to the next highway begger I run into, No employee who cared and no manager who cared would have sent these out of the window. read more

Got out of arbys for $13! The guy at the window was super nice. Then we get home it's looking good, the jalapeño peppers are freshly fried and we open our 2/$5 sandwiches only to find two strands of LONG GIRL HAIR in one sandwich. Not one, but two separate strands. How do you miss this? Or it was done on purpose. I called up there and told them to put on hats she says we'll I made the sandwich and my hair is pulled back. Probably just brushed it at the sandwich station all into that sandwich. Hair is one thing that completely ruins your meal. And not just like a little hair, literally hanging over the edges I'm disgusted right now. No you cannot remake my food thanks. read more

If I could have given a minus rating I would. Ordered 2 classic RB sandwich's. What I got was two horribly dry piles of RB that looked like it sat out all night...and cold! Fairborn already has a fast food/restaurant problem. This place needs to close like BK! Sad they put a lot of money into the renovation only to have terrible employees who do not care about quality or corporate image. I am now officially out of lunch locations in Fairborn. I hope the city intervenes to improve and regain customers. read more

I had to greet the staff when i walked in.. 1/2 were wearing masks, the other half werent. Manager was preparing food without gloves on. Tables were dirty. Countertop where you order and pick up your food was filthy. In my opinion, this restaurant wasnt prepared to be reopened after covid-19. On top of th3 sanitary issues, i had to listen to the manager, or who i assume was the manager, complain to her emolyees about how much she was working.. she told the employees to put masks on, and none of them even flinched a muscle. In fact, they argued with her about it and then continued without masks... if i could give this review less than 1 star, i would. I won't be returning to this location. read more

I got home and got very comfortable, opened my sandwich and there was no cheese on my beef n' CHEDDAR. So annoying.

It's an Arby's, it's clean with friendly staff. Things seem organized and there's a cute seating area. Pretty typical Arby's in all honesty. Nothing special here but nothing bad either. read more

Used be great place, went 3 times in oast 2 weeks, sandwiches cold, curly fries been sitting awhile. Trays sticky, tables dirty.

I've been to rundown truck stop gas stations with better food, staff, and management, but that's not surprising from the 3 separate times I've tried to eat there. First time I went inside and got into an argument with a disrespectful manager over missing food items she was refusing to give me even though they were ON MY RECEIPT! 2nd time I, once again, had multiple missing food items and the food items I had received were put together so incorrectly that it wasn't worth salvaging. 3rd time I got to the speaker and was greeted with "What do you want". I just drove off. The best thing for this Arby's, besides just closing it, would be to fire everyone in it and start over. Insides disgusting, staff is terrible, clearly poorly managed. read more

This location sucks so bad they should shut it down. Nobody knows what the hell they are doing. They have you standing at the counter at lunchtime waiting for someone to notice you standing there. The manager runs around like she doesnt know what the hell she is doing nor what her workers are doing! The sandwich maker always messes up orders. They are always running out of meat and you have to wait for them to prep more and all this going on at lunchtime. Horrible location. They need to bring Anthony Crockett back to manage this location. He had things together. The girl at the front counter with her big eyelashes walked right past me three times and I finally had to ask her if she was going to take my order. After she hesitated as if I were bothering her, she finally took it. Maybe she would have rather worked on prettying up her eyelashes than doing her job and waiting on customers. We've been to this Arby's location a lot over the years. It was good for a while. But in recent years, not so much--rarely good at all. This evening, we went there and they were out of roast beef!! Just went thru Drive Thru and ordered a Medium Roast Beef. Paid the correct amount for a Medium Roast Beef. Got back to work and unwrapped a regular sized roast beef! RIPPED OFF!! read more

Absolutely disgusting . An employee overcharged us for our meal, and called over the manager. The manager was standing right in front of us with the other employee and reviewing the receipt. He then began to pick his nose . When we asked for just a full refund , the man became defensive and tried hard to prevent us from receiving a refund by claiming that he was just "scratching his nose" and that he wouldn't even touch our food . He then slammed the window shut and rolled his eyes while processing our refund . He got angry that we called him out on picking his nose while we were nothing but nice about his gross behavior . He then said "what do you want ? You want me to comp you with a free meal or something ?" when we declined , he became even more angry and gave us the receipt for our refund . I will never in my life go back to that establishment , and it will be a very long time before I eat at another Arby's . read more
