I normally don't have issues with Wendy's at this location. I don't mind waiting for fresh fries, chicken, burgers. All good. The tea though....yea it is sour, a.k.a spoiled. A large sweet tea, so may take a second to drink it. 2 hours later with ice still in it and it's sour. It's bad tea and the whole thing needs cleaned. Well this was a huge let down. All day traveling, just wanted some fast and simple but my chicken sandwich was just sad. Ordered chicken sandwich meal, fries were fine, but my sandwich is bare except for pickles. Toasted the bun but what happened to lettuce, mayo and tomato?? Looks like the staff got replaced recently and it's just gotten worse. The new manager Destiny Stapleton is incompetent and quite rude. I asked how I could receive a refund for my beyond unsatisfactory order and wait time, and was told "I can't give you a refund" Maybe YOU can't but somebody is capable of the task. When another employee asked how long I had been waiting I let her know I placed my order 25 minutes prior. This is when Destiny claims I had "only" waited in the parking lot for 12 minutes. This may be true but it took a couple to drive there then another minute and a half to 2 minutes waiting on someone to serve me at the speaker, then waiting on the people in front of me, then pulling into the spot. THEN had another 12 minutes. Avoid this Wendy's if possible. Colonel Glenn and Dayton yellow springs road both have much better service for your Fairborn FAST FOOD needs. read more

Went to the Broad Street store and there was no one answering the drive through speaker and people were leaving. I went inside to order and the lady told me that she couldn't serve anyone inside because they were short handed and I would have to go wait in line at the drive through until they could get to me. I left and went to the location on the other side of town and they had the same number of people working and they did very well. The Broad Street location is a joke. read more

Always the slowest restaurant in all of Fairborn. One car can be in line and it's still a long process just to order food. Now I'm stuck waiting on them to let me order in the drive through with my window down so I can hear when she calls for me. But it's raining. The foods good. Service not good. Cars are leaving the line. It is like this every day I come here. We need a chick-fil-a, or new management who trains their employees appropriately. read more

This franchise used to be the best...now it is terrible. I waited 14 minutes to get to order food in drive thru then 5 more at window waiting to pay with no cars in front of me. They are very very slow at drive thru. Next trip won't inside...it was worse. We pointed out to staff that the door to the parking lot was locked. While eating 11 people tried to enter that door and could not...they left...point is staff is careless and mostly rude. My large frosty was less than 3/4a filled when I asked the server why he just looked and me with no answer. All Fairborn fast food places are filled with rude uncaring employees and dirty....this Wendy's is the worst of them. read more

Used to love this place. They need better Managers or Shift Leads! Whoever was supervising today was rude and was screaming at her employee while I was in the drive through. The employees do not deserve to be treated this way. I rarely ever review fast food because you rarely get any sort of quality food and or good service. Except today was very different. Lunch hour was hopping at this place and the drive thru line was almost to the street and wrapped around the building. They were keeping up well, and keeping it moving. Once I ordered and got up to the window, the gentleman let me know they were out of fries. Like out, out.. no more in the restaurant out. They went above and beyond to make up for it. A yummy baked potato was my replacement. Once I got my food, it was still fresh and hot. The order was correct too. I was shocked for how busy they were. Normally when a fast food joint is that busy, something is bound to be wrong or cold etc. I was so impressed by the efforts the staff took to make it right, and how nice they were. They definitely have great management at this location. read more

In the abysmal food choices that make up Fairborn, it's good to at least have a fast food restaurant that doesn't suck. the food was consistent, fast, and the restaurant was clean. Wendys as a chain is usually a better choice for me vs. the big M. Unfortunately Fairborn seems to only have pizza, asian and fast food for dining options. read more

Was very impressed with yesterday's manager on duty during lunch. He was actively involved with his crew. His communication with them was above reproach. When the rush died down, he came out and offered to get refills for half a dozen tables and removed trays for the same. I hadn't seen that customer service in a very long time. I have to say this Wendy's is my favorite to visit when I want a burger. read more

Dave must be rolling over in his grave and the company's upper management should be embarrased by the two Wendy's stores in Fairborn, Ohio. Terrible service, dirty facilities and poorly trained employees equal a bad customer experience. The Wendy's salads had become a twice weekly staple for me and my wife until two days ago when her salad from the store on Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd. tasted funny and made her feel ill (she's ok). During the long wait for our order, we observed great disorder among staff while they stepped in food that was strewn about the food prep area. I nearly called the health department. I loved eating here...until I worked here. Customer service isn't bad. The beef is fresh never frozen but its been sitting thawed in a fridge for 8 days and loses its pink color. Myself and others have touched your chicken with our bands, Sorry. Oh and you bet when employees walk by the nugget and fry station they reach on in and pop one in there mouth.
