It was a moment of weakness. We had sworn off this place two or three years ago. Should have stayed with that. Ordered the pizza well done. It was barely done. So we had to put it in the oven. Wanted jalapeños on one half and sausage on the other half. Got sausage on the whole thing and no jalapeños. The other ingredients -- pepperoni, onions and mushrooms -- were kind of there. Not especially plentiful or noticeable. Waste if money. Did not complain because they would have wanted to send us another pizza. We never want that again. I'll burn a $20 bill and feel better about it than having to try and eat that crap again. But if raw pizza with some of the toppings you ordered and very few of the ones they got right, then this is the place for you. read more

Ordered at 4:56. Called to check on order at 6:23. Two minutes later, driver knocked on our door with an order that had the wrong name and address on it so we refused delivery. Doordash called at 6:28 to blame us and Papa Johns for the incorrect order. (Clearly not the case since the delivery didn't even have our name or address on it.) We attempted to call PapaJohns and got placed on hold for over 30 minutes. We were in the car ready to drive to the store at almost 7pm when our call was finally answered. horrible service!! they said are pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes. we came in to get our pizza and they then acted like "it's coming out right now" meanwhile they hadn't even made the pizza. an they acted like they were busy but there was nobody there but us. they served all the people who came after us even though we were there first. an then when they finally gave us our pizza, and the people in the back were snickering and laughing, like they had made us wait on purpose for no reason. their was 2 guys a chubby white male with glasses and a hat on. an another white skinny male. we got there at 8:20pm and they didn't end up giving us our pizza till 9pm. didn't even apologize for making us wait. instead they smiled and laughed. I don't know what it is about their bread sticks but I am absolutely in love with them. In my opinion the best pizza chain bread sticks hands down. With that being said, the pizza is pretty decent too. Not spectacular by any means but just plain good. They usually have decent coupons and promotions (if you sign up for e-mail you get a 20% off coupon). This particular has a fast and friendly staff, they always have their pizza ready for pick up when they say it will be. read more

Inconsistent at best. Of five pickup orders recently two were not correct. This afternoon, after being notified on the app and by email my order was ready I went inside to pay and pick it up. I was informed it would be a few minutes. I asked why if I received notice it was ready. He replied the emails meant nothing and it would be a few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer and was told another few minutes. I asked for a refund as my order hadn't even been started yet. Think twice. The pizza is overpriced and the service is mediocre considering they charge for sauces I never receive. It's too bad too because I am legitimately fearful of not receiving what I pay for, so I'm reluctant to purchase from here. I have had the worst service from this location. I ordered two pizzas a few weeks ago and the staff had no idea where my order went. After 45 minutes waiting in the lobby, I showed up 20 minutes after ordering, (I was quoted 20 minutes). I chalked it up to being busy and short staffed. I was given a free pizza coupon for my wait. Today I ordered two pizzas, one to used coupon. I arrived after 20 minutes (no quote this time) and waited 45 more minutes for my order. I counted 26 pizzas made along with sides that stayed in the warmer and never left the store. At least 10 other customers came and left with their orders while I waited. When I finally got my order I was offered a "free soda" as I left. The staff didn't didn't know what they were doing and continued to ask each other where food was supposed to go. my boyfriend and i thought ordering papa johns for college football night was a good idea. we thought wrong :/ we ordered a large pepperoni light cheese w extra pepperochinis, 10 piece chicken w buffalo and ranch sauce and cheese sticks. they forgot our pepperochinis... he put 1 extra and usually other papa johns give us hand fulls of pepperochinis but we only got 1, the standard. and we never got our buffalo sauce for the chicken. very disappointed. especially when you specifically wish for these extra items to have a good experience (the experience you wanted). guaranteed, I called back and asked for a refund because i really didn't want to wait for them to be delivered and our other food to be cold by the time it got here. they said they would do that for us so we thanked them and proceeded to try to enjoy our food. my boyfriend then complains that the light cheese is too light cheese and i agreed. it's very inconsistent between papa johns and i will not be ordering from this location ever again. read more

This location has great customer service. We placed an order for delivery yesterday. It wasn't until my delivery driver left that I realized one of our pizzas was completely wrong. I called the store and the employee was very friendly and said they would send me out a new pizza. Within a half hour, the delivery driver was back with the replacement. Obviously, it's never fun to have to call about an issue but they handled it very well. On top of that, the quality of the food was delicious and fresh, and our delivery driver was very nice. Considering we've had some bad experiences with other pizza chains in Fairborn, this was a refreshing experience. read more
