Ordered a bucket of chicken and it was mushy. There was about an inch of liquid grease at the bottom of the bucket

12/14/2024 Just got the 8 piece bucket. The chicken was cut weird, looked like chicken wings, with breaded bones. The bisquits where dry, the beans tasted weird,none of the meal tasted good! The prices are high( over $20.00) you expect to get better food! Sams Club has a better chicken for$5.00. Need to hire people that knows how to cook! read more

The food quality has changed so much. Today I paid for 4 large family sides. 2 cole slaw, 2 green beans. They were in bowl containers with a single scoop in each! I would have gotten more if I had ordered individual sides. Not to mention they are VERY rude every time. read more

Terrible customer service. Food is ok, not the best, but management on location and corporate don't seem to care about how customers are treated. Beware of expecting to have order correctly filled and if it isn't; DON'T Ask. The manager will berate you and even lie. I asked her name and she said it was Janet only to find no Janet work there! Fairborn already suffers with horrible fast food locations and staff...this was the only one I would frequent (at least 1x per wk) but not after the tongue lashing I got for asking to get what I ordered and paid for...I suppose they will be out of business soon too...very low customer population and even worse business principles! I know it's just KFC, but come on people. A little pride in your work goes a long way. I got a 2 piece chicken meal (thigh and leg). The chicken leg looked 1/2 eaten. Flavor wise it was mediocre. And by "it" I mean the thigh and the sides (biscuit, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes) as I didn't dare try the 1/2 eaten leg. Quality check your products before sending it out. My boyfriend and I went through the line 3 times total and still didn't get what we ordered. He ordered a famous bowl and didn't even get the bowl the first time, the second time they didn't even put chicken in it- like I thought it came with chicken? third time around he didn't get any gravy at all and barely any mashed potatoes. Came here and the hours show 10:30 am to 11:00 pm on the front door. Upon going up the doors were locked.....we asked what was up with the doors being locked and she stated that the hours are only for drive thru, that the lobby closes at 9:00 pm. This is not posted ANYWHERE and it clearly shows their hours of operation on the door....no separate hours for the drive thru. This needs to be rectified.....PLUS there was no one in the drive thru or the lobby (obviously) and we had to pull around and we had to WAIT at least 6 minutes for them to bring it out. Got a chicken little to hold each of us over until we got home and BOTH bottom buns were hard....not the best experience for sure! Totally ridiculous. read more

Sorry, but these people weren't watching the food and we got terrible, dry, totally overcooked chicken. My husband thought they gave us extra crispy, but nope, this was original recipe burnt until dark brown. Awful. This was a batch of chicken that should have been tossed out and not sold. i went to my local fairborn kfc in july 2023 and placed an order at the counter. i forget to tell the lady up front taking the order that i did not want no mayo on the two chicken sandwich i ordered. she said no problem we can fix that real quick no problem. she told the girl preparing the food and that girl literally went off as in started rolling her eyes bebopn her head side to side and mumbling some serious frustration under her breath as in basically goin off over the situation. i told the other girl to give me a refund and that i was sorry for my mess up on the order and i would leave asap. the nasty attitude girl came around the counter and really started goin off over this situation and said no refunds so i left and called kfc a few minutes later and they took my complaint and the food i paid for 31.45 and that i left on the counter when i walked out. now its jan 2024 and im still trying to get my refund of 31.45 after six months and every time i call in its we will take your complaint and call you. read more

The service is hit and miss. One cashier gave me a free drink with the day's special and that was nice, and she was nice too. I went back later and another cashier looked like she didn't want to be there and didn't want me there either. Charged me for the drink but then gave me a free cookie. I don't know what I'm complaining about actually. The food is as good as other locations. read more

I tried to go through corporate offices before writing this review, but it has been two weeks since I talked to someone and not a word has been heard. My husband went through the drive thru and brought me home a pot pie. Now the pie was very good, but it had a 1 1/2 to 2 inch bone in it. Thank God I discovered it before swallowing it. What if it had been a child? I may have let it slide, but it was the second time this has happened. About a year earlier I had also received one with a good sized bone. The person I talked to took all sorts of information from me but I have yet to receive even an apology. Such poor customer service! Please be wary if ordering the pot pie! read more

I have been ordering every other Friday for the past four months, without an issue except for the last two orders. I submit my order of 8-10 meals on Thursday afternoon for pick up at 11:15 Friday. This has went smoothly until this week and the order before. Previously names were on each box and the manager added a cookie at no charge for the children. Now that there has been management and staffing changes it is extremely poor customer service. Last week I was told "You're just lucky we even have the order ready because I found it buried on my desk." Not sure how an employee losing track of my order is my fault?? Also refusing to open the lobby door for a large order with a scheduled pick up time. Larice instructed that I would not have to wait in a drive thru line (which only happened the past two visits). I was to call the store or her and the doors would be unlocked for pick up, as it is with catering orders. But NOPE - called the store and was told use drive thru lobby closed, so waited in drive thru again. I found Manager Larice phone number and called her. She was going to call and have them open the door but I was already in the drive thru that you can't exit. Pull up wait for employee to figure out how to ring my order with the discount provided due to service and mix up at previous visit. I'm standing outside my car at the drive thru, waiting on 8 meals and 8 beverages to place in hatchback of my car. I'm not sure what happened to cause employee and management changes - but the customer service is WORSE. This was my last visit to this KFC. What a shame - for them because our small 8-10 meal order this year would have turned into 30-40 meals this fall. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

we are blessed in fairborn to have this awesome KFC. They are the friendly and great food. we love the flaky juicy homemade pot pie, hubby is addicted to the wings, and the homemade biscuits are like granny use to make. they are located close to the senior center so we can get our drink discount with our order and they make sure that we get our food fresh and hot. tuesday steak deal is a regular at our house as we are spoiled. been alot of traveling around with our motorcycle group and fairborn has the best KFC around. Keep up the great cooking and love your friendly staff and their smiles. read more

I just went into KFC, here and all I have to say is... WHAT HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very rude, forgot half of our order, and my fiance and I went back through and very politely asked if we could our order fixed. The person that was working the drive thru, was very rude. She had a horrible attitude, she about through the food at my fiance.
