You know how it goes: You're on a road trip and you get a hankering for curly fries. Only one place to go! Arby's! My husband and I were rather amused when we pulled into the parking lot because the Culver's across the street was PACKED. Both it's drive thru and lot, but this Arby's was practically dead. Which meant we got our food really fast! I don't think that would've happened at Culver's... lol. Anyway, this was a totally fine Arby's experience. We got our food to-go, but I noticed the lobby inside was clean and modernized. The employees inside were obvs a little bored, as they were gossiping about some life drama when we entered (which was pretty funny, I'm not gonna lie), but were attentive and friendly to us. The person who took my order even complimented me on my transgender flag colored nails. Food was yummy and hot. Soda fountain worked well. Bathroom was clean. This Arby's looks like it was formerly attached to some other sort of convenience establishment, but that clearly went under at some point, because there's a barricade preventing you from entering that part. read more

stopped by on road trip out of nostalgia. I was part of management team that opened this facility. nostalgia turned to anger, disgust, sadness. how in the world can this place be this dirty at 530 in the evening (Monday August 3, 2026). why it was empty, with Culver's and McDonald's jammed (we went toe to toe with them back then, a 3000 dollar a day store) became clear in the wait time. I got to wander around to see built up dirt, food on floor, sticky floors, full garbage cans in the lengthy wait as the two crew members attempted to take care of cars first. a third person sat in office. drm management should be ashamed to have their name displayed on owner plaque. you can't contact corporate without a ticket number, nice. Shut it down folks if you can't run it (drm used to be quite top heavy with upper management, where are they). you are doing a great disservice to the Arby's brand. read more

The service was absolutely terrible. The woman taking orders was so rude and disrespectful. She gave me dirty looks while i was getting my food bc i asked for ranch with my wings. They also didn't even get the order right 0-10 never would recommend even to my worse enemy. I didn't see a lot of people in the drive thru probably was a sign. read more

We've driven thru here before and the first time wasn't it too bad. This time was awful. We didn't go to Culver's, which is next door, as there were so many cars there. Arby's only had a couple of customers. First thing I did was go to the ladies restroom and the toilets were pretty bad. I picked the cleanest, which was the handicapped. They had a large garbage can in there for diapers and the bag was just hanging on it, which I thought was strange. We ordered our food and when it came, we went to get catsup. No containers at all. Told a worker on break and she said she'd get some and then didn't come back, even to politely say, sorry, we are out. We told another worker and she checked all the cupboards and she said, we must be out. My husband got curly fries, hardly any curly ones, mostly just small bits of leftovers. My Rueben was pretty bad, the meat inside was barely warm, ditto for my husbands roast beef. We have an Arby's near our town and they have steady business and the food is always good. Obviously this place has a reputation in their area, so explained why so little in the way of customers. I don't have any idea if they will make it even if they improve, because most people won't come back. We will not be coming back at all. They are probably hurting Arby's reputation. read more

Stopped by on our drive home from MN. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. Food is just like any Arby's you go to. We tried the gyro fries and actually really liked it. Definitely a recommended item if you like gyro's read more

I stopped in one evening recently and the gentleman who took my order was very good and asked multiple times if there was anything else he could do to help - friendly and respectful although I agree with another review where the young woman working that night wasn't friendly, no greeting, no thank you for choosing Arby's, and was basically rude and acted like she hated her job - Do Arby's a favor and quite your job!!! Went there just after 5 PM. Lobby seating is not open but we went in to order and carry out because we had a coupon to use. Counter person told us that we would need to go through the drive thru because the front counter registers were locked up from a previous order. Only the drive thru register was working. We went to out truck and got in behind the other 8 cars that were waiting. We waited 5 minutes and line never moved. We decided to go to Kwik Trip. We got what we wanted and drove by Arby's again on the way home. The van that was at the order window was not at the pickup window. This was 15 minutes later and we would have been 3 vehicles behind that van. What a joke. read more

I know there are a few negative reviews, however I'd like to say on New Years' Day (a day no one loves working!) we had great service in a very tidy restaurant. And my husband said his sandwich was the best he's had at any Arby's (chicken bacon club). And all of our food was hot and quickly prepared. It's your basic Arby's. Nice location right off the interstate - easy to hit. We found it to be clean, friendly, and fast.

Don't come here after 7pm. The kids just stand there dicking around.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The wait times in relation to the number of customers in the drive thru line are ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to place an order. There were two cars in line. A couple people behind me were not as patient as me and left frustrated. Please look at your staffing or at training your employees to deliver service in a timely manner. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. The lady in the drive through was nice and knowledgeable but that is the highlight of my stop. I got one sandwich and it was a huge disappointment. Arby's in general can serve good tasting food so don't think poorly of the Arby's brand. This specific store, on the other hand, has a history of serving undercooked or otherwise poor quality food. I've ordered here every so often, and a majority of the time I have received under-cooked chicken, or under-cooked fries, the only good thing is that they sell pepsi and it's hard to mess that one up. I'd avoid this specific restaurant. read more

I was sad to see the Arby's on East Washington Ave in Madison go out of business, so I decided to try the one in Deforest, WI. Of course, had to use the drive thru. There was one person in front of me. I bet I waited a good 10 minutes for her to get done ordering. She either ordered a lot or the employees were not quick to answer the drive thru. My turn to order and I waited again for them to acknowledge me. I placed my order 2/6.00 so I ordered the chicken sandwich and the roast beef with cheese on the onion roll. Got up to the window and again I waited another 10 minutes...at least. Finally get up to the window. Three employees were inside. One at the register, one walking around doing nothing. The employee takes my money. No Hi, sorry for the wait or even a thank you! Then the 3rd person comes out with my order, throws it on the counter and it is then handed to me. Not a word out of his mouth. So I left. I decided to sit and eat my food and it was ICE COLD!! I wasn't about to go back. So, when I got home I sent them a message about my bad experience. I got an email from I suppose a district manager and he said he was going to send me out coupons for my bad experience. Well guess what...NO COUPONS ever came. Not friendly service at all, I felt like I was a burden ordering my food. Floors were sticky and food took quite a while.

Below average, compared to other Arby's. The 16 year old kid, at the counter, had no knowledge of the menu whatsoever. I don't eat a lot of fast food, so I asked a couple questions. "What comes on the grilled chicken sandwich?" He turned around, looked up at the menu, and described the picture to me. "Looks like lettuce, tomato & cheese." I could see the photo on the menu board. I was curious if it came with mayo and what type of cheese it had. Since my curiosity was not satisfied, I decided to move on to something else. "What's on the loaded Italian?" He said, "Hmm..That's a good question." He found a printed menu and read the description to me, "ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinaigrette and garlic aioli". So I went with the loaded Italian. It wasn't great. They microwave the meats together. The pepperoni was on top, and it was so greasy that the top of the bun was stained orange from all the grease seeping into it. It looked really good in the picture, but what I got was nowhere close to the picture. It was not aesthetically pleasing! Everyone else's food was satisfactory. Beef & cheddar, junior roast beef and curly fries all met mediocre expectations. Just keep your expectations low, and you probably won't be disappointed. read more

Stopped there on our way home from Minnesota. I got the Chicken Cordon Blu sandwich. Took one bite and the chicken breast was totally raw inside! I almost threw up. They need to get new management. It will be a really LONG time before I ever step foot in an Arby's! read more
