When i ordered, the lady was not nice at all. She didn't say thank you or smile one time. Not the kinda service I like at all. Especially If i'm buying from your business. The guy who gave me my food and cooked it seemed a lot friendlier and gave me a smile. The food was just not good. I hate to be harsh but the taste was off. My boyfriend agreed that something just did not taste right. I appreciate them cooking it right then and there, so I was expecting a good taste but did not receive that. If there are better choices in the area, i recommend going to them any day. for improvement, the staff needs to be friendlier and more inviting!! i've seen that in a couple other of their reviews too!

What made this Wendy's unique is that everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with the app and the crew member who served me got it all fixed for me. He helped me pick out a meal based on their specials and he made me feel like a valued customer. I think many businesses forget that these days. The guy who helped me was just an hourly worker and not a manager. That made his gesture even more special. I did have an interaction with the manager and she was equally helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spacious, clean, well decorated and modern. There must have been some recent renovations or improvements because it was very contemporary. This restaurant was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. Prices weee reasonable and the food consistent with Wendy's across the nation. No surprises there. I use their app to get good deals and points. It wasn't the food or the atmosphere or the decor. It was the friendliness and helpfulness that made this restaurant stand out.
