I frequent Arby's a few times a year. I just happened to be nearby and got in the mood for one of their sandwiches. As far as I'm concerned this is one of your typical Arby's fast-food joints with their regular brand menu and special offerings. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried everything on Arby 's menu at least once, sometimes more. Having visited many of their location it appears to me that they're not as good as they once were - generally speaking... and I've seen it consistently across the board. I used to be a consistently happy Roast Beef Sandwich Lover, now they seem kind of dry. This location seems to offer a decent Roast Beef Slider, and the Curly Fries are still pretty decent. Their overall product sizes have most definitely appeared to have shrunk! So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel's attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 2.5 of 5. I am uncertain that I might come back to this location and somewhat hesitatingly recommend it!

Nasty chicken Sandwich

You have the meats and you also have rotten, soggy vegetables. The browned, desiccated tomato and lettuce was either sittng under the warmer for hours or you just threw rotten vegetables in the sandwich not expecting anyone to notice because it would be hidden between the buns. Do better.

Crinkle Fries (Small) and Curly Fries (Small)

Stopped here on a Tuesday evening just to grab fries for my friend and me. We hadn't had Arby's in so long and wanted some fries. I went inside because I had a coupon. It was very clean inside. The dining area was pretty busy, but not noisy. I think it helped that the dining area is somewhat blocked off by a wall in the middle. There was just one person ahead of me at the counter. The staff member was very patient with this customer who was having a hard time deciding what to order. When it was my turn, I mentioned that my $1 fries coupon says it can be used up to three times, and she confirmed immediately. I appreciated that she was knowledgeable about the coupon. The fries came out quickly and looked fresh. Took them to go, and we didn't eat them until maybe 15 minutes later. The curly fries were still crispy with good flavor. The taste and texture was just as we remembered. The crinkle fries were thick - some had a lightly crisp edge, but others were soft. Probably would've been better if we ate them immediately.

First job in high school and I still can't eat here. -burnt out still. Great deals this week. - 5/5 have to order on the app and go into lobby. Ran in order was ready, employees friendly so I rang the bell and got a cheer!! Lunch for hubby 2 days so he's happy and I'm happy! Win-win

This was a treat. They had five or five roast beef sandwiches needed to be ordered on the app and picked up in the lobby. I ordered it in the parking lot by the time I came in it was ready to go. The lobby was crowded but clean.

This is how my slider looked unwrapped. Like someone smashed it. Same with the others.

Ordered Uber eats and didn't get the 4 orders of side cheese we paid for. Didn't add cheese to any of the beef and cheddars. The driver delivered the bag and it looked fine but when we pulled out the food it literally looks like someone wrapped up each sandwich then threw them at a wall before putting them in the bag. Thanks Arbys

I pulled in at about 620, to a very long drive-through line. These guys were as quick as you want fast food to be. But what really stood out was they recognized that I had waited extra long time in the line, so when I arrived at the order kiosk, and I asked for a Ruben, they initially said no, we are out of Rubens. But then recognized I had waited a long time. So they said one more for the Homie and made me a Ruben. I've never tried a Ruben before, so I don't know the work involved in corning beef. But the fact that they came through, was super awesome. Thank you Arby's for keeping it real.

I was killing time in Chandler when lunch time approached and getting a sandwich was on my brain…read more Thanks to the Yelp app, I was able to find Retro's Subs & Brews and it seemed like the perfect spot to cure my itch. I was super stoked to check a place with "retro" in the name out, and I gotta be honest here, I left with pretty mixed emotions about a lot of things. The restaurant itself is pretty boring inside, mostly just being black with a few small pictures hanging up. I was kind of expecting big retro movie posters or something hanging around, but I definitely didn't get much of a retro vibe from this place minus a small neon "bar" sign and a claw machine in the corner. The menus were very cool, right by the front door its a record shelf and the records were the menus, so thumbs up for that idea. I thought i was mistaken, but I don't remember seeing sandwich prices on the actual menu, but as I look at other photos on yelp it does appear that the sandwiches don't have prices attached to them, which explains why I was thrown off by the end price. I settled on ordering the "take on me" which was black forest ham, roasted turkey, hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and mayo on a Hawaiian style roll. I also ordered a sprite and a chocolate chip cookie as a side. The chocolate chip cookie was okay, pretty standard cookie though definitely not worth $3.75. The sprite was $2.99, and the sandwich came to $15.58. I was also charged $0.96 for something called the advantage program which I have no idea what that is. I gotta say, spending over $25 on a sandwich, a small cookie, and a drink is not something I would care to do at a place like this. The sandwich itself was very good, I won't deny that. The meat tasted fresh, and when it was all together it was definitely a good sandwich, but when there's not combo option and a basic sandwich, cookie, and drink ends up being $25 it's gonna be a no from me on returning in the future. Overall, I really wanted to love this place for the name, but the lack of much decorations and prices left something to be desired. The food itself was good, but not worth what was spent.

I love that they change their menu daily, it's handwritten and the details are posted on their Instagram page if you want to take a look before you arrive. Everything is made fresh to order! The day we had gone in, they had a few sandwich and pasta options available to choose from. My husband got the spicy Italian sausage ziti pasta dish and I ordered the chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich came out first; I really liked the marinara sauce on it. It was a bit difficult to eat but exactly what I was expecting and wanting. The pasta took some time to come out, but that was fine. The sauce was like a pesto vodka sauce, very rich & filling, and also tasty. We were both only able to eat half of each dish since they were both large dishes. I believe they only serve pasta dishes on certain days, so if they have them on the menu, definitely consider ordering one of those. They seem to have sandwiches everyday. It's a pretty small place with a few tables & some bar type seating. It gets pretty busy around lunch time, so plan accordingly. We'll be back again to try other items!

Before even stepping into the building, I was excited because the outside looked like something from a Western movie. There was plenty of parking, and from the parking lot being majority-filled, I knew this would be a good stop. You can also see the outdoor seating from the parking lot, and it was filled with a couple families. The walk in directs you straight to the smokehouse/restaurant. You order at the counter, and then you either get a seat number and choose a seat or wait at the counter for pick up. There was a decent sized menu of bbq options, sides and drinks. The dessert display was filled with what looked to be DELECTABLE goodies! :) (this is what I'd try when I come back, FOR SURE!). I ordered the double meat platter with a half rack of ribs and brisket. The sides were chose were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The platter came with the two rolls, as well. This was to share with one other person. I'd say the ribs were okay, not my favorite! The brisket, on the other hand, had a PERFECT Smokey taste. The Mac and cheese was okay and so were the baked beans (they were super sweet, if that's what you're going for!). Add the regular bbq sauce on the side for dipping and you've got a tasty meal! After dining, we were able to go around the antique shop in the back. It was HUGE! And it kept GOING AND GOING! There here vendors of all sorts from furniture to home goods to jewelry to clothes/shoes. There's a little something for everyone here! There was even a hidden (I guess not hidden if you know about it), second hand, vintage clothing store in the very back. I didn't walk out with anything, but it was as worth the window shopping! The exit was through the antique shop near the cash wrap. Overall, the experience was lovely. The food was in the mid range for me, but I'd come back for dessert and the shopping.

I've been here once so far and honestly, I'm not just a fan. I'm an air conditioner! I'll admit that on that Saturday that I came across Don Guerra, I had originally went to another bagel shop that was sold out of bagels two hours before closing. I was disappointed as that place wasn't nearby. But this place, Don Guerra Bagel & Slice, is so close to home that I'm embarrassed to admit I should have came here sooner. - Slice Potato & Onion Pizza Combo ($11.00 - Olive oil, sea salt, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, red onion, potato, rosemary, honey drizzle. Option of salad, chips, or wheatberry salad): We got this with the wheatberry salad and a 20 oz cold brew to wash it down with. As someone who loves a good potato pizza, this one right here... oh my gosh. It even beats another place's potato pizza from a local cidery that I truly love. Get this. GET IT. - Jalapeño bagel with lox cream cheese ($6.00 - 85% whole grain sonoran wheat flour, sourdough leavened and no added sugars or oils): I heard the lox cream cheese was really good with the rosemary and salt bagel by one of the staff members but I couldn't pass up a good jalapeño bagel. And honestly, this bagel was perfection. Had I been in a skirt, it would have flipped over how good it was. - 6 Pack of Jalapeño Bagels ($18.50 - 85% whole grain sonoran wheat flour, sourdough leavened and no added sugars or oils): The bagel I got was so good, I had to order more for the week. I enjoyed the heck out of these for the next few days. - Chiltepin Cream Cheese ($6.50): As soon as I saw "chiltepin," I was sold. A Chiltepin or Bird Pepper, is a wild, hot pepper native to the Americas, often considered the ancestor of cultivated peppers. It's a perennial shrub with small, white flowers and tiny, red, very spicy berries that are dispersed by birds, and it thrives in warm, sunny conditions with well-draining soil. My grandma and parents use to grow them and I didn't realize how good I had it until I tried looking for my own chiltepin plant to grow. I can't find any so I guess I'll just have to come here for some cream cheese. - Chocolate Cherry Loaf ($12.00 - Only sold on Saturday and Sunday): Yum yum YUM!!! There's another local bakery in town that makes a chocolate cherry loaf but it's seasonal to Valentine's Day. My partner and I got a few different breads to try out: half a dozen bagels, two different sandwiches on different breads, and their bread samples they had out. I was incredibly impressed with the bread quality overall. I can see why many of the customers before us only came in to buy loaves of bread for the week. As for the bagels, I'm incredibly picky coming from the northeast. The everything bagel is pretty sparse with toppings and what toppings it did have was mostly just poppy seeds. There was such a teeny tiny amount of garlic and onion! The actual quality of the bagel was good, but I'm a little sad about the topping situation. Not only that, there was a very hard pebble or grain bit (?) in my bagel. I'm not sure if it was in the bagel itself or somehow mixed into the topping, but it did not seem edible as it couldn't break down at all. I hope this was just a one time mistake! As for the sandwiches, the breakfast panini's best part was actually their focaccia. The rest of the sandwich components were okay. The beef slider is much smaller than the focaccia slices, the steamed egg easily falls out, and the chipotle aioli gets lost amongst the other components. I probably wouldn't get the panini again, but would happily buy the focaccia only. The Italian sandwich was a bit better. We got it on the torta roll, which was also very good. It's hard to go wrong with a classic italian sandwich. It does get a bit salty with all of the components combined, but could be offset with the combo with a drink. The samples they had out the day we visited were of two different sourdough breads. This was some good sourdough! It was very pleasantly tangy, but not too much. There was also a very good crumb and crust. The building is designed to be more of a fast casual and pickup kind of spot. There's shaded seating outdoors where you can also wait while your order is getting ready. They also offer online ordering and drive thru pickup. Although I wasn't as wowed by their bagels and breakfast offerings, the actual quality of their bread was so good that I would solely recommend their breads alone.
