It's not very often that I get food from this location because I'm not in the area for lunch. However, last week I had an appointment so I grabbed food here. Each time I've ordered & gone through the drive thru, it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff are always friendly & pleasant. It's always busy, buy fast. The food comes out quickly. The food is hot & accurate. The fries were so good! Just like you used to be able to get at McDonald's. They were crispy, hot & not too much salt. This place is horrible , chairs are dusty , and service was awful , condiment side with dried ketchup all over , bathrooms are filthy , I don't even step in it , place with paper napkins all over the floor . I was there recently and I saw a couple of their employees throwing up and coughing all over the food, including one of their managers whoever is running this establishment is following no health guidelines or anything I will be letting the health department know of this safety. It brings a risk to the community and the kids. This is not how you run the business. Why make your employees work sick? Maybe hire more people, but I will be complaining to the health department and I will have my family complaint too, and I will be talking to the people who are sick working and seeing if I can get them to testify against you guys. This establishment is crap. Who lets employees work while very sick. I saw them coughing on the food and no, I did not get a refund even though I wanted one. DO NOT GO HERE! I'd bet a million dollars they will get the order wrong and on top of that they don't answer their phones and they're very busy so you won't waste time to go back and get it fixed. This store has not only the worst food but horrible customer service - I'll never go there again. In fact I called customer complaints with McDonalds corporate and one of their first questions was "what was the nationality of the person who served you" What kind of dumb ignorant question is that! As I write this on Yelp I can see this store is consistently rated a 1 out of 5 stars - how embarrassing for whoever owns and manages this store. No pride in food preparation and absolutely no customer service - I guess you'd have to answer your phone in order to resolve a customer complaint. Went to this 24hr McDonald's and tried to knock on the door to see if I can go to the window and order something to eat because I don't have a car and I was told No, But i kno at the same time your not supposed to have your kids playing in the front of house where all can see.. Don't go here late at night, even tho it's one of the only late-night options for food in the area it's not worth the headache. I placed a mobile order when I was on the way because I only had my phone with me and wanted to use Apple Pay thinking it would be quicker but it was not and I sat in the fucking drive through for 45 MINUTES. The person working the drive through was telling everyone that they couldn't place orders and it was only mobile orders which caused a major back up in the line as people who didn't order in advance were stuck in line with the people who had preordered. Whenever you think McDonald's, you'd probably think that they are one of the last major fast food restaurants that pre-cooks most foods and is known to be quick... However, I had a mobile order for another location that processed the order, but it turns out they closed early somehow and I had to transfer it to the next nearest one (here). I have had made-to-order food come quicker; I timed my visit for a simple burger to be about 25 minutes in JUST the drive-thru (I knew I arrived at precisely 10:00 PM), which caused me to be late to work, whereby other restaurants with a similar amount of cars would mean I'm done and on the road in about 4 minutes, 6 tops. On top of that, they almost gave me the wrong order; the lady started rattling off an order with about 6 orders, including a kid's meal, and when I told her it was not even close, she had an annoyed look and told me to park nearby.
