    They were out of roast beef when I swung by for lunch. So their business model is to not have their primary ingredient available?

    Extremely poor management. I'd suggest avoiding this particular Arby's. The Arby's in Los Lunas is much better.

    I've been a fan of Sonics for many years. I've had their food in multiple places from Oregon,…read moreCalifornia, and here in New Mexico. They're named "sonics" because their slogan at one time was they gave service "at lightning speed." The service at this particular location is slow regardless of what time of day it is. It shouldn't take ten minutes for tots and a couple of drinks with 4 or 5 customers max. I try to avoid this location because the quality is not so good either. Leaky, messy shakes, cold tots, and the clencher is, if they missed something on your order--you're lucky to get it at all. Weeks back they had BOGO wing specials. I'd been going there every other week to stock up on my weekend lunches. Well, this time I only received one. I used the intercom to try and communicate their error and was told it would be ten minutes because "we're busy." If YOU made the error, I should be the priority considering I was in line before the other customers. My kids in the car growing just as impatient as I am. I waited 15 minutes and used the intercom again and was told it would be out in just a few minutes. After 5 more minutes I got out of the car and and attempted to get the attention of someone inside since no one was answering the intercom. Inside I saw 2 or three employees with their backs to the windows conversating, water and shake mix all over the floor, and no one paying any attention to the person waving and knocking outside. I was disgusted and furious and left without the chicken I'd ordered almost a half hour prior. God forbid I have to come here--I only order something manageable and if there are more than 4 cars, forget it. I recommend everyone go to Circle T, or Blake's or where ever because this location is not worth it, especially if they're busy. The teens and management aren't paid enough to care. I know it's fast food, but a little pride and sense of urgency goes a long way.

Sat in the car hop with a million workers staring at our huge diesel truck not one person answered the speaker. According to the manager the battery died on the headset. Instead of coming out letting us know they just stared at us. Little manager had the audacity to tell me that if no one was in the drive thru I should have went through there. I didn't want to go through the drive thru. I wanted to order through the car hop. But instead of you know admitting wrong she just blamed me the customer. Rude little high school kid need's training in customer service. I will be making this an issue and will be reaching out to her boss, and their boss and everyone up the chain to make sure this little girl knows you don't treat customers like this!
