Order a new Yorker on white bread, and it had no cheese, no sauerkraut, no pastrami and it was on rye bread. Casher asked 3 times if we wanted a pickle, 3 times we said yes, and no pickles given. Seriously 25 min and they screwed up everything. Didn't notice until we got back on the road. Should have go to subway, at least we can watch them make the sandwiches and know its correct. They don't post the freebies on the board anymore, so you have to ask and ask for them. Dijon used to be free, then other stores started charging ten cents for a packet of Dijon, to this store not even having it anymore. Overall, sandwich was mediocre. Really disappointed with the direction the company as a whole is heading. I don't think it's just this store. Feels like direction from the top as noticed at other stores as well.

We were immediately greeted with muddy floors and had to watch where we stepped. Ordering food was fine and seemed normal but once it came out I was pretty disappointed. The salad ingredients were not fresh and appeared old a top my salad. My grandmother's salad was loaded with toppings but had old salad underneath. She went to fill her cup and there were sticky floors all surrounding the beverage dispenser so I had to step in and maneuver to it for her. The teas were much more sugary than usual. I did not get to take as many pics as I would've liked because I was trying to make sure my grandmother was in a good spot.

And let me tell you- don't miss this gem! Steven, the owner, was so kind and welcoming when I came in! Explained how to order and made small talk. Then the sandwich came and i left to go home. I'd like to say the sandwich made it home but alas-i couldn't stop eating it as soon as I got to my car! 10/10 and will definitely be going back :)
