Their salad was pretty huge: fresh crisp lettuce with plenty of cucumber slices and crunchy cashews (!), several small cherry tomatoes, and a really generous sliced juicy tasty broiled boneless chicken breast. The good-sized flaky juicy fish sandwich was hot and crispy-fried in a light batter, served with lettuce and cheddar on a long toasted roll. roll. They boast that their North Atlantic Cod are "wild-caught in the icy Barents Sea, north of the Arctic Circle". The cheese curds were mostly ball-shaped, a bit larger than a quarter.
