Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. Guess I parked slightly over covering someone's driveway by a few inches on accident was in and out of the store within five minutes just needed to grab one thing I knew where it was so was in and out to within five minutes. Getting into my car I had the store owner yelling at me saying she just yelled at other people inside too. I was in the middle of apologizing because it was an honest mistake. The store owner continued to scream at me while and after apologizing profusely, trying to explain it was an accident. I will never be back here. Really sad that the owner thinks it's okay to be so mean to people. I hope the owner learns to have compassion and understanding instead of screaming at people and name calling. Guess I'll be going to Ritters or the local place in the South Hill next year.

The pita chips seemed freshly made and were AMAZING. I wish I could take a bag to go with me! The bites board was also amazing and had some delicious cheeses. We asked to have the meats replaced with other things to make it vegetarian and it was fantastic. They should add it as a menu item, we loved every bit of it! Josh's crew (I forget the two gentlemen's names) were so attentive and knowledgeable. My yard was a wreck, but they patiently walked me through everything they intended to do. She was quick to respond via text, she was affordable and very communicative during the jobs. When she ran into situations where she needed my input/decision, she texted me photos of the problem along with multiple options with pros/cons for me to choose. Unbeknownst to me the bathroom floor sits at a slight angle, which would have made the toilet lean. I appreciated her attention to this. She texted me photos of her level on the toilet showing the tilt along with options for different shims we could use. After the dishwasher was installed, she let me know all of the things she did to ensure it was done right as well as running a full cycle. All of this communication made me feel confident. I was also able to give her the code to the house and she ensured it was locked up and cleaned up each day she left. Another confidence builder for me. Lastly, I appreciated her attitude. She seemed like she enjoyed what she was doing and took pride in it vs making the job sound bigger or more complicated than it was.
